I know this article is a tad late, but I beg you if you went to see Todd Bentley on his South African Crusade Tour with “Prophet Zion
Matthew” in Durban, followed by visits to the Solid Rock Church in Johannesburg run by Johan van Wyk (who got into a bit of trouble by the Advertising Standards Authority over “miracle healing” adverts), Jabulani Camp Site in Bronkhorstspruit, then Worcester (hosted by YWAM) and finally to Cape Town at Lighthouse Ministries and Celebration Covenant Church International which belongs to the NCMI group headed up by Tyrone Daniels…..please, please, please ask Jesus for forgiveness for going to see this false teacher and ask Jesus to remove any demonic spirit that might have been transferred to you at these meetings. Todd Bentley’s doctrine is out of the pit of hell and this is where his ‘fire’ comes from as well.
A short history of Todd Bentley: Todd started the Lakeland Outpouring back in 2008 in Lakeland Florida which I watched from the beginning to it’s dismal end. The ‘revival’ was run by a heavily tattood man by the name of Todd Bentley but in the background you had Apostles and Prophets from the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) holding things together, namely, Super Apostle C. Peter Wagner, Rick Joyner, Bob Jones (Kansas City Prophets), Mike Bickle, Paul Cain, Che Ahn, Lou Engle, Stacey and Wes Campbell., Dutch Sheets, Patricia King and many others. Magazines like Charizma Magazine promoted the revival and Wendy and Rory Alec from God TV gave it ample air time. » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »

By Pastor Anton Bosch – www.antonbosch.org
One of the non-negotiable essentials of orthodox Christianity has always been the completeness of Scripture. By completeness we mean that the Bible (66 books) is the complete and final revelation of God to man. Nothing is to be added to the Scriptures, nothing is to be taken away from it, and nothing is to be placed above, or next to it (in authority or priority). The Bible stands on its own, is complete, and is the final measure by which every other doctrine, statement, creed or revelation is to be judged.
Over the centuries various groups have strayed from the principle of the completeness of Scripture. Most notably the Roman Church places the Apocrypha, the Magisterium, Canon Law, the Ex Cathedra statements of the Pope and a bunch of other stuff at the same level, or higher than Scripture.
One of the things that most cults have in common is that they all have their books, prophecies, and teachings that are equal to, or that supersede, the Bible.
Some historic churches hold their traditions, creeds and council decisions as equal to Scripture. Many also believe the teachings of deceased teachers above God’s Word. Most (not all) Charismatic and Pentecostal churches place prophecy, visions, revelations, experiences, and the teaching of special gifted leaders (often called apostles or prophets), above the Bible. » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
Cindy Jacobs was invited by so called well to do preachers and ministers to come and speak on the 23rd May in South Africa at the Global Day of Prayer. Why she was invited I have no idea because Cindy Jacobs is part of the New Apostolic Movement and a false prophetess. Oh wait, so are the organisers of the GDOP.
She prophesied that Zimbabwe would be the breadbasket of Africa – that was over 10 years ago.
When Cindy Jacobs was invited to Australia in 2001 she prophesied the following:
1. Australia is going to be a first fruits nation, an apostolic nation – a sending out nation. [DTW note: A first fruits nation? That’s quite bad for Australia, because it means no matter what happens they will have to be the first ones to cough up the bucks first time, every-time for eternity.] » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
Andrew Strom gets it WRONG again…
This is becoming a habit Andrew Strom and very irritating. Come now, stop it.
This email just came into my mailbox from REVIVAL List by Andrew Strom. Read and laugh or cry…
REVIVAL IN SOUTH AFRICA
ANDREW: A couple of years ago I was in South Africa and wrote when I got back how encouraged I was to see how God was moving in that nation – especially amongst the white Afrikaners – which was powerful and amazing. Below is another report of the great things happening in that country:
It is NOT about FREEDOM, it IS about DOMINIONISM
“The NEW BREED of Christian is poised to take over the earth, precinct by precinct. God’s Army is rising up. It is time to put on the militant garb. The glint in the eye becomes fixed as the exhilaration of the hour sweeps through the masses. They can make a difference! The world has been waiting with bated breath for this LAST DAY GENERATION. False prophets in their midst are caught in sin, under discipline, yet their tapes sell to believers of their false prophecies. The call for unity is the common cause bringing them from every denomination. They are calling their unity “revival.” After all, when they have set up the Kingdom here on the earth – they will have fulfilled the mandate given to Adam to subdue the earth. A new sound is heard in the land. The music gets louder and the beat gets stronger (even bringing in rock, metal, and funk) but oddly enough the lyrics are always the same! – The choruses proclaiming the triumphant song of the conquerors!” “The Kingdomizers Have Arrived!” Discernment Newsletter, May/June 1992
Note to Herescope readers: What follows may be the most important article ever published by Discernment Ministries in its 21 year history. The first edition of the Discernment Newsletter, published in May 1990 began chronicling the activities of a group of men calling themselves “prophets” and “apostles,” claiming to have extra-biblical revelation and calling to build an elite army to take over the Earth. This obscure cult infiltrated Pentecostal circles with its doctrines, but it wasn’t until these “Kansas City Prophets,” as they were called, connected with… » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
Doesn’t Rick Joyner (right) look just smashing in this Freemasonry Knight of Malta outfit.
“This Order, which at various times in the progress of its history received the names of Knights Hospitalers, Knights of St. John of Jerusalem, Knights of Rhodes, and lastly, Knights of Malta, was one of the most important of the religious and military orders of knighthood which sprang into existence during the Crusades which were instituted for the recovery of the Holy Land. It owes its origin to the Hospitalers of Jerusalem, that wholly religious and charitable Order which was established at Jerusalem, in 1048, by pious merchants of Amalfi for the succor of poor and distressed Latin pilgrims… » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
This is probably the most disturbing ‘dream/vision passed off as being Godly’ I have read in a while. Andrew Strom attached a WARNING to his email saying, “WARNING: This is a highly unusual post!! But hopefully you will find it has some insights into what has been happening in the church and among many leaders. If you get nothing from it, discard it!”
And Andrew says he is not into this Apostolic and Prophetic stuff anymore. I think we should just discard Andrew Strom.
Dream of the Sad Preacher – Unusual!
by ‘Bubsie’ – South Africa – 18th Feb 2010.
[Bubsie] dreamt or had an open vision that she was in her bedroom
when she heard the voice of God call her and ask her to wake up.
… He asked her to go to a church as there was a man there that
needed her help. No directions were given but as she drove in her
car she seemed to know where to go and she arrived at a very
large church building: it was magnificently constructed and was a
dome-shaped hexagonal building that stretched for a great distance: » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
Eric von Anderseck – Mystery Christ ‘blowing his Trumpet’ – Identified
Second 8th Week Apostolic Institute of Theology are an online based organisation where you sign up to study with them and they send you ‘biblical’ course material. The problem is the course material is not biblical, the founders of this institute are cult leaders and their entire gospel is based around the Book of Enoch.
Second 8th Week Ministries – South Africa
“God is now pouring out His Grace upon the nations bringing believers back to the Second Covenant of Jesus Christ. The second 8th Week is the time allotted by God for the restoration of the true and living knowledge of Jesus Christ. It is now the time for the body of Christ to come into a unity and oneness that reflect the kingdom of God.” —
This is what Dr. Eric von Anderseck, founder of Second 8th Week, has to say: » PLEASE CONTINUE READING HERE »
Andrew Strom – The NEW but Quite OLD Apostamation and Refopostasy
So Todd Bentley managed to single handedly show the world what a revival should not look like. According to the Andrew Strom’s of the world, how to tell what a genuine Christian looks like all comes down to the look and feel of the performance. Suit or clown suit? Exciting or somber? Crusades or well digging? Titles or no titles? Megachurch or little community church? Is this thinking sanity or insanity?
This leads me to this newsletter sent out by Andrew Strom from www.revivalschool.com: Read it and weep if you can. Andrew Strom, you are truly trying very hard to persuade the world you are one of the ‘good guys’. But many do see through you.
Warning to the “Apostles”

This article was written back in 2008, on Die Erdekruik / The Vessel blog. Since writing this article back in 2008 already, I have yet to hear any news on what’s happening with this venture? Does anyone know anything? Seeing as thought GOD birthed the blueprints for this unique bank you would imagine it would have been built already.
Anyone got an idea as to who these core group of believers are?
Dennis Kotze – August 27, 2008
God has already birthed the blueprint for a unique bank based upon Christian principles in the hearts of a core group of believers in South Africa. And the proposed launch of this Christian bank – to be known as the Manna Bank – is expected to take place by mid 2009.
If successful, this South African initiative, born in this prophetic year of countrywide revival, can have far-reaching positive implications for the whole of Africa.
