But wait! Not only did Eric von Anderseck get a message from Jesus in 1982, Jesus also gave him one in 1984:

Why Mosselbay? Well…
“‘n Menigde profesieê en openbaringe meld dat daar ‘n groot herlewing sal wees en dat dit in die Kaap provinsie sal begin. Meeste Suid Afrikaners is baie bekend met Siener van Rensburg. Vanaf 1871 tot en met sy dood in 1926 het hy meer as 700 visioene oor die toekoms van Suid Afrika, ander nasies asook wêreld gebeure gehad. Sy profesieê is tot vandag toe veelbesproke.
Hy het die groot griep epidemie van 1918 profeteer; Engeland se verlies van al haar kolonies, die onafhanklikheid van Ierland, Die Chernobyl ramp van 1986, Princess Diana se egskeiding en dood “‘n pragtige Engelse dame in ‘n motor ongeluk wat deur die hele wêreld betreur sou word) asook die bankrotskap en skuld van Amerika en Engeland.

Dis ver in die toekoms en ek glo nie dis oorlog nie. Dit lyk soos ‘n trek. In die boek ‘Stem van die Profeet’ word daar na hierdie optog verwys as ‘n ossewatrek. Dit weerspreek dan die feit dat die profesie se ‘dis ver in die toekoms.’ Ons is lank nie meer in die era van die ossewa nie. Hierdie is ‘n geestelike profesie, daarom kon die siener nie bepaal wat hierdie skare mense voorstel nie. God lig nou hierdie profesieê uit aan die wat Sy tydvlak verstaan.
Siener van Rensburg meld ook dat die tweede koms van Jesus Christus, ‘n JUBELJAAR sal wees en dat dit sal veroorsaak dat die grense van Suid-Afrika verleng sal word tot in Zimbabwe and Namibia. Hy sê dan ook in een van sy profesieê dat die probleme in Suid Afrika van baie korter duur sal wees as dit vergelyk word met ander lande, want die Here gaan Sy krag en seên oor ons uitstort en so veroorsaak dat Suid Afrika ‘n veilige hawe gaan wees vir Christene van oral oor die wêreld.
Siener van Rensburg het ook voorspel dat “duisende Christene Europa gaan verlaat en na Suid Afrika toe gaan stroom. Hy het gesien hoe hierdie mense se tente staan vanaf die KAAP tot in die Kalahari en Namibiê; vanaf Durban tot in Mosambiek (Maputu). Dit sal tydelike verblyf aan Christene bied; want Suid Afrika sal in daardie tye glo nie net die veiligste land ter wêreld wees nie, maar ook die enigste Christenland. Apostel Rina Bekker van Second 8th Week Bedieninge, wat 10 jaar gelede een van Suid Afrika se nuutste Apostoliese bewegings hier in Mosselbaai gestig het, glo dat daar ‘n geestelike skakel is wat hierdie profesieê koppel aan dit wat God nou hier in Mosselbaai doen.
“Ek glo daar is ‘n direkte skakel tussen die Trompet foto’s, die Herder in die wolke en die siener se profesieê. Ek glo dat God duidelik met ons praat deur die Siener se profesieê, wat duidelik verwys na die JUBELJAAR (waarin ons nou is) God bevestig dit nou met hierdie tekens in die lug.”
Die optog van mense en Christene wat van dwarsoor die wêreld instroom na Suid Afrika, spreek van God se wekroep tot al die nasies. Hy roep die massas op na hierdie area om met Sy eindtyd werk te begin. Vyftien jaar gelede het God aan my openbaar dat Sy herlewing hier in Mosselbaai gaan begin, en soos wat God Sy tekens en wonders gaan vermeerder, gaan die boodskap en krag van God soos ‘n wiel uitrol. “Ek het gesien hoe dit begin in Mosselbaai en dan uitrol tot in Kaapstad, dan weer in die teenoorgestelde rigting na Port Elizabeth, dan uit in al die dele van die land, die wêreld in.” Ons leef in ‘n tyd van vervulling van hierdie profesieê.
As ons na die wiel in Siener van Rensburg se profesie kyk kan ons ook die skakel sien met woorde wat in die afgelope paar maande in apostoliese byeenkomste deurgegee is. God het woorde deurgegee oor “die wiel van mobilisasie”, “mobilisasie van die kerk” . In Januarie 2010 het God aan apostel Rina die volgende woord gegee: “Ek mobiliseer nou my kerk.”
Geestelik gesproke is die kerk op ‘n laagtepunt en is dit nodig dat sy sal terugkeer na God se goddelike orde vir geloof, die verbond van Jesus Christus. Ons het briewe ontvang van mense oral oor Afrika wat die foto’s van die Trompet Basuin en die Herder in die wolke gesien het, en hierdie dinge bevestig wat God nou openbaar. Internasionale reaksie stroom nou ook in.” —

This was my first time on your blog and I am amazed by the extent of criticism used to express discernment in your comments on each and every topic discussed. Since when is discernment a “license” to criticize, judge and condemn (almost) every ministry (or so-called ministry) on the planet. (Not that some of them does not deserve it!)
I was brought up in the Reformed Theology, tried and tested the Old Apostolic Church, was then reborn and landed in the Pentecostal/ Charismatic stream where I became a Pastor.
Recently I took the brave step of cutting the cord with the Institutional Church and now I am on a simple but fantastic journey of FREEDOM in the Love of God for me.
Interestingly searching your blog, I found NOTHING on the topic of being FREE, because Christ (or can I say His Love for you) sets you free. I only found a lot of RELIGION on both sides – weather placed as a positive or negative article. (Elmarie 28 Feb and Gert on 4th March are a good example of just that.)
Where is the freedom that God offers?
Secondly, I really experience your discerning commentary as GRACE KILLERS. It seems that you are saying to all the ministers of the Gospel that they are condemned out of reach of the STONGEST POWER on the face of the planet: God’s LOVE & GRACE. Obviously ministers make mistakes and even mislead people sometimes, but that surely does not condemn them to hell!!
I see God’s love as the only redeeming factor needed for us to enter into a relationship with Him. NOTHING we do, or even don’t do, can earn us any points to get more or less of His love. But, when you get a revelation of the love He has for you, you will learn to TRUST it – His love for you – and by trusting Him, be drawn into a love relationship with Him. That is what God is longing for!
I honestly believe that many people miss this – the purpose of creation – playing God, by keeping themselves busy with the work of the Holy Spirit, convincing people of their trespasses and sins!
My prayer for you (and your team) and every reader, is that you may have a revelation of His love for you!

Yes, as Adam missed the purpose of his creation and sinned against God in disobedience, so does all sinners miss the purpose of Gods creation and by sin serve the devil as their father instead.
If their is nobody in the service of God Almighty to keep them busy warning people to repent from sin and get into the cover of Gods love, God forbid. He will not at this stage send angels to warn but this is why he commanded :
Eph 4:11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
In help so the Holy Spirit may fulfil His work if the people listen unto the gospel of Jesus Christ by the witness of men.
Yes the players for God in and on His playground had to blow the trumpet, shout with a loud voice unto the people to repent and get back on Gods track, and then the Holy Spirit will do the convincing work by Gods Grace and Love for salvation unto them that REPENT…..

I am convinced the “Watchman” has the most dangerous task of all. Not just standing exposed on the walls but he has to watch for the enemy outside as well as inside the city walls. And the he has to first convince the city dwellers that it is indeed the enemy – in time that when the enemy arrives, all is prepared and equipped with armour.
It is not always pleasant to work for God on this earth… if it wasn’t for the retirement plan that is out of this world!!

I believe it. I was in England last year, and God gave me dream of the heavens opening,and a bright light began to fill the sky, AND THEN I HEARD A TRUMPET and i was told to come to mossel bay

It is interesting to see the right hand side of the trumpet photo was cut back, initially the sun was in the centre of the photo, removing proof that this is just a reflection of the sun reflecting towards the center of the SRL camera. This was pointed out to the “professional photographer” who still published the deception as supernatural.

I was in Mossel Bay myself and met the apostles there. I am from Ireland. I was given a load of Eric VonAndersecks teachings on mp3 in order to try and convince me that he was the real apostle of the Lord on earth. He claims he was called to be an apostle in dreams wher he was visited by the apostle John and Enoch. Enoch said to him “Hail the deliverance one”. His teachings are off the charts biblically and he also believes that the bible as we have it is a lie of Satan. He believes that the books of Enoch(one which was written in the fifth century at least four hundred years after Revelation) are scripture equal to the books of the bible. He also believes that other books are scripture such as the books of Adam and eve. I have read some of them and they are just plain whacky.
So Christian, still want to go to Mossel bay? I believe by the way that eric VonAnderseck has moved there. Not sure if that is true. Can anyone verify it. if he did it is because they are mainly the ones that have been duped by him. America has sussed him out.
He believes that Enoch who was transformed into the angel Metatron and who is sitting on a throne on the left hand of God, is in charge of a creche in heaven where the souls of dead children go. He states that they must return to earth in human adult bodies to undergo a salvation experience. This belief about Metatron is from the Kaballah. He also believes that a book called the Shepard of Hermas is scripture and he teaches from it extensively.
He also states that we will be walking around with aliens on the earth who will be excepted into society just before the two witnesses come. So Christian, still think you should move to Mossel Bay? I think you should pray about it and seek advice.

Hi, An update to the above post.
The reporter of the Mossel bay advertiser featured in the article is a member of second8thweek. She unfortunately believes in a different gospel. Her name is Lucinda Viljoen;
or she may also go by the name of Lucinda Cross. I wrote to the paper some time back when it came to my attention on a blog called endtimesprophetic, that Eric VonAnderseck was visiting Mossel Bay. I wrote to the paper and rang them but they never wrote back or contacted me. Now I know why. For this reporter to pretend that she is just reporting on a flood of enquiries without mentioning that she herself is a member of second8thweek is misleading I would venture.
She has a blog of her own if you google “Prophetlucinda”.

Yes I know about Rina Bekker I have met her myself and was in her home. She is a hospitable woman but is in deep error I believe. I have aquainted myself with their teachings very much and listened to hours of Eric VonAndersecks teachings. Actually it was his presence on Charisma Magazine forum and that of his followers that eventually led to it being shut down by the owners.
I and others debated him there on his teachings and his supporters mainly from South Africa came to his aid and swamped the forum. People had a go at the owners for allowing him so much space and they banned people and eventually shut it down. The administrators e-mailed when I asked why people were banned and they said the people had been insulting to the editors.
I have been following his developments for a year and a half mainly because of personal reasons. I have written to him personally also for righteousness sake. Many people have been hurt by his teachings and I believe marriages have been broken because of his movement. But the Lord knows the end from the beginning. I believe that his followers in South Africa, Mossel bay believe he is the man that will usher in the prophecies of Van Rensburg.

Greg do you know Pof Johan Malan. I have followed allot of his teachings and I just have an idea. As far as I know he resides in Mossel bay. How about you contacting him for a lesson or two to Rina Bekker. lol lol .

They also found similarities concerning the prophecies of the well known South African Boer prophet of his time, Siener van Rensburg and that which is happening now.
Siener has, according to Apostle Rina, saw a peculiar movement of worldwide revival that will begin in Mossel Bay. He saw a wheel rolling from Mossel Bay towards Kalahari and from there all over the world. One of saints from Second8thWeek has in 2006 already taken a series of photographs which seems like a reddish trumpet in the sky. Only one minister says he is sceptical about Second8thWeek and their activities. Minister Siegfried Louw, who no longer lives in Mossel Bay, says that this group is bumping heads with too much church groups here. “It remains peculiar to me that Second8thWeek says that they honour church unity but in the same voice they say that all other churches is false. This is not for me to say with whom God is speaking and who not. I am sceptical about the interpretation of these photographs.”

Thanks for the encouraging words. I will definitely contact Prof Malan. But you know, people who attend their meetings for the most part would not listen to anyone contradicting them. They are constantly being told that all other churches are false. You see at the heart of it the gospel they preach is that if you do not speak in tongues you have not received the spirit. They believe that speaking in tongues daily is the requirement for regeneration.
But they believe a lot more wrong stuff besides.The thing is that when people go to their meetings they get prayed with and speak in tongues so nothing you say will convince them they are wrong. They believe angels appear as purple and white globes and this confirms their truth. They believe that the breaking of bread is carnal and that the real breaking of bread is sharing the word when you get revelation. They believe that water baptism died out in the early church and that people who practice it now have no understanding. They tell you these things when you enroll in their courses. Believers have been very hurt by them. But I have written on the net to people warning them and some have said that my letters to them were timely and that they were disturbed in their spirits with the teachings and my letter confirmed it to them. These were people I wrote to on youtube. But Elmarie, I pray that the Lord will deal with them in his wisdom. He desires that none should perish.

When we study the Scripture’s it is indeed so that we can clearly see that Jesus coming isn’t far of but we still don’t need to know when. Matthew 24:36 What is clear to me that we must at all times be ready for his coming and keep our lamps full of oil at all times. Matthew 25:4 We must keep awake and watch and pray. Luke 21:36 and Colossians 4:2
Yes we must fight the good fight and hold to that which is true indeed. 1 Timothy 6:12 so that we pray that we can also say one day 2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.
I am indirectly involved in the group (committed wife). Apostle Rina Bekker, the Bishop of South Africa who manipulated the group into existence some 8 odd years ago has been democratically removed from her leadership role by a number of votes from the group. She has been followed up by Apostle Bishop Leonie, her (missionary truly Godly) husband might also have left home.
Astonishingly Bekker is following “almost all” of the teachings from von Andersec. I remember the persistence in their teaching about submitting to the leadership of Apostle, sorry Chief Apostle von Andersec. So the Bishop did not follow the first basic rule of unity, which is the utmost requirement. Remember those (all churches) not solely following the teachings of von Andersec are the False Religious System. Even though the leading sheep has gone astray the group just follows the new leader without even thinking twice – blinded beyond belief…. There is none as blind as those who do not want to see. May God open their eyes!!!
After she broke up with her husband, Lucinda, the newspaper editor behind the trumpets (see previous comments), she got married with the son of von Andersec who followed dad and mom. Unfortunately the marriage lasted only a few days, he is now back in America. This sounds like gossip, lets wait for any feedback on this open forum?

Eric teaches that apostles are the principle authority over the church, so ask your wife how could Rinna be voted out. Also ask her how can Eric teach that he knows who Melchisideks mother and father is when Hebrews says he is without geneology. Eric teaches that the books of Enoch reveal who Melchisideks parents are which contradicts the real scriptures. Ask her can she explain this..but do ask her in love.
Ask her to go through the books of Adam and Eve with you and compare them to scripture. Ask her how God accepted Adams own blood as a sacrifice for his sin as taught by Eric. You will find this in the first few chapters of these books which Eric regards as scripture. It is the bit where Adam mixes his dried blood with water and offers it to God for his sin in the garden. He wipes the blood from the rocks upon which he previously threw himself down upon.
Yes Adam commits suicide a number of times in these books. You should start a bible study with your wife. Does she love you Timothy? Ask her if she still loves you and trusts you. Look into her eyes and ask her. Then ask her to do a bible study with you.

I have written to prof Malan and he wrote me a gracious reply. He has not yet looked into the second8thweek group in Mossel Bay. The real thing is though that they will not prosper. They will eventually come to nothing through self destruction when the bitterness and sadness of failure in their mission sets in. it’s just a pity that so much time will have been wasted in peoples lives.

But it seems this group is typical cult like and in the minority as is usually the case. We pray that those under RB wake up and turn from them and find the real Jesus. Yes the time wasted is sad to see but I believe the Lord is mercyfull and those whom He chooses to remove from that cult group will be shown the truth.
