Cindy Jacobs – Two Truly False Prophecies for Zimbabwe and Africa

Cindy Jacobs - Two Truly False Prophecies for Zimbabwe and Africa

Cindy Jacobs

I wrote about this prophecy 2 years ago and received a lot of slack.  I seem to be a sucker for punishment cos I am putting it back online again.  The only difference between this article and my last one is I found another prophecy by Cindy Jacobs for Zimbabwe and Africa which is very very interesting.

Cindy Jacobs is part of the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) Apostle / Latter Rain Movement (Joel’s Army) run by C. Peter Wagner and Chuck Pierce, etc.   These new modern day prophets insist that the church is to be governed by them based on the structure of  the Ephesians 4:11 Fivefold ministry – with absolute authority.  Such leaders include Earl Paulk, John Gimenez, David Cannistraci, Ken Sumrall, Gary Greenwald, Norvel Hayes, Bill Hamon, Terry Virgo, Lou Engle, Rick Joyner, George Otis Jr, (Bennie Mostert, Angus Buchan, Dirkie van der Spuy (Moreletapark GemeenteNG Kerk), Wendy and Rory Alex (God TV), Charisma Magazine, Joy Magazine (South, Africa) etc, etc, etc,.

Prophetic Word For Zimbabwe #1

A Prophecy Given by Cindy Jacobs (President of Generals of Intercession)

30/10/1998 – Guatemala City, Guatemala.

The river is going to flow through Zimbabwe and I see a powerful torrent  or water, a mighty rushing torrent, many fish. I see that there are strongholds in the church of division and the accuser of the brethren is active to discourage souls. An army of women with the Deborah anointing will march across the land. They will be like a net all over Zimbabwe with prayer. With a powerful anointing, the women first and the men following. I see ancient thrones coming down, reconciliation between black and white, the spirit of racism which goes back further down the tribes. I will use Zimbabwe like a jewel; she will help feed the world with beautiful produce.  God will break the curse that came through civil war- the curse will be broken.  I know nothing of Zimbabwe. The land will produce beautiful beef. New factories will be built. Zimbabwe has the ministry of reconciliation that will reunite the African people. The anointing of reconciliation will be all over Zimbabwe.
Do not be afraid of the change, although it looks like you are going back wards.I have a plan for you.  Satan thinks he is advancing but I will expose wickedness at high levels. Do not be afraid. Satan will try to bring war, but the people will be used to stop war and bloodshed. A treaty will be written with other nations.  Zimbabwe will be like Switzerland to bring the healing of nations- to break ancient things. Your nation came through trickery but God will restore it.
You will be given a piece of land- a beautiful place to pray. You will build a place to watch and pray. It will be like a village with a place to sleep.  Senior citizens will have places to stay and give their time to pray day and night….
————
>>  An army of women with the Deborah anointing will march across the land.   [There is only ONE Anointing and that is Jesus Christ.  The NAR have a name for everything.  I am waiting for the Moses anointing where they will be able to part damns – that would be a Youtube sensation.]
>>  I will use Zimbabwe like a jewel; she will help feed the world with beautiful produce.   [Cindy is speaking past tense here, cos this is what Zimbabwe used to do]
>>  I know nothing of Zimbabwe [Apparently you know nothing of God either]
>>  Zimbabwe has the ministry of reconciliation that will reunite the African people.  [Actually no that’s South Africa’s job, you are confused]
>>  Do not be afraid of the change, although it looks[Be afraid, be very afraid because when things get worse and go back wards it means God is no where to be found in the hearts of most Zimbabweans – the same can be said for the rest of the world;  as the world gets worse and goes backward] like you are going back wards.
>>  A treaty will be written with other nations.  [Now this one I am interested in.  Is Cindy prophesying some truth pertaining to African nations signing treaties with the Economic Partnership Agreement EPA with the European Union.  Zimbabwe signed this treaty on the 2009/09/04 (this all in conjunction with the EU bringing African nations under it’s control)
>>  Your nation came through trickery but God will restore it.  [Not sure which trickery she is speaking of here?  Colonialism or Mugabe destroying his own people?]
>>   You will be given a piece of land- a beautiful place to pray  [Dominionism – Cindy is saying that Zimbabwe will be a little heaven on hearth and people will be safe and be able to express their beliefs day and night – which beliefs though is another question]

Prophecy For The Nation Of Zimbabwe And Africa #2

Cindy Jacobs, Covenant Church of Pittsburgh

17/10/2001 – Pittsburgh

The Lord has a word for Zimbabwe. This is the word for the nation:    Weeping only endures for a night but joy comes in the morning.

Satan is very afraid of Zimbabwe, very afraid, so he has sent his troops, but the Lord says, I myself have sent my angels and I am going to reveal myself to a people that has not recognized me. And the Lord says, I am going to raise up an army of Intercessors that have had to go deep, deep, deep like the palm tree in times of drought. And this army of Intercessors have clung and stood to the word of the Lord, so therefore I will use them to heal Africa says God.

And I am going to release a mighty prayer army that will go forth from this land. And the Lord says I am going to stay this spirit of violence and I am going to begin to reverse things in this land. The Lord says, don’t look at what you see now, but understand that I am going to make this a peace-making nation. And the Lord says, I the Prince of Peace am going to enthrone myself in miraculous ways there, says God. And this will be known as a country that is a peaceful country and restored.

The Lord gives me Joel. That God is going to restore the years that the cankerworm and the locust have eaten up. This will be a Joel nation and a Malachi nation and I am going to turn the heart of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers.

There is a linking between Zimbabwe and South Africa, that will be miraculous for I am going to bring great healing between these nations says the Lord.

There are treasures of darkness that have waited till this hour in Africa to be released for the greatest harvest that continent has ever seen, and that the Africans will help protect and heal America, the Lord showed me that. And that which was despised, God is going to bring a humility into the heart of those in America to humble themselves to receive this word because it is in the healing of the nation that is going to come the receiving of the Africans.

The Lord is showing me that He is getting ready to build an east to the west road across Africa that will physically open up the heart of Africa. The Lord shows me that He is getting ready to reach the unreached and He is going to break open North Africa, break it open. I’m telling you God is going to break it open.

And this army of Intercessors have clung and stood to the word of the Lord, so therefore I will use them to heal Africa says God.    [Right, well, if ever I read read a load of nonsense this is it (the first line that is lol).  The last line where she says “so therefore I will use them to heal Africa says God” is an interesting one because this is true in terms of the false peace being spread across Africa driven by the EU]
>>   but understand that I am going to make this a peace-making nation.   [Nope, South Africa is the peace making nation (or superpower) in Africa.  Zimbabwe is just another pawn, another example of how 2 parties can come together and shake hands because someone ‘higher up’ the EU told them too – or else no “Economic Partnership Agreement treaty?”]
>>   And the Lord says, I the Prince of Peace am going to enthrone myself in miraculous ways there, says God.  [Mark 16:19-20 19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.”  Jesus current sits in His Thrown in heaven, so I would love to know who your ‘prince of peace’ is that is going to enthrone himself in Zimbabwe.  Is this the same one the Bible calls the ‘Angel of Light?]
>>  The Lord gives me Joel. That God is going to restore the years that the cankerworm and the locust have eaten up. This will be a Joel nation and a Malachi nation and I am going to turn the heart of the fathers to the children and the children to the fathers.  [Oh please, If Zimbabwe is a Joel nation then they are in serious trouble.  In Joel 2:20 it refers to the defeat of the Northern Army, God himself removes it. “His stench will come up and his foul odour will rise because he has done monstrous things.” They will be judged and destroyed in the tribulation (Many refer this passage to Joel’s Army as an army doing God’s will through signs and wonders from the Latter Rain being poured out on them). However, the context in which we read about Joel’s Army clearly shows that this army is destructive to Israel (Joel: 3, 5, 6), and God will destroy it. So why would anyone want to be part of this army – Well anyone who believes Cindy ‘False Prophetess’ Jacobs would be happy to join this false Christian army who God compares to Locusts that cause nothing but destruction.]
>>   There is a linking between Zimbabwe and South Africa, that will be miraculous for I am going to bring great healing between these nations says the Lord   [Ay yes, here is that link again that has indeed taken place as South Africa forms part as the mediator in brining order within the country of Zimbabwe.  If this is achieved (be it a false peace) it will spread across Africa.]
>>  There are treasures of darkness that have waited till this hour in Africa to be released for the greatest harvest that continent has ever seen, and that the Africans will help protect and heal America, the Lord showed me that.  [Treasures of darkness?  You’ve got to be kidding?  Is she referring to Barack Obama born in Africa who will help ‘heal’ America?  Hmmm]
>> And that which was despised, God is going to bring a humility into the heart of those in America to humble themselves to receive this word because it is in the healing of the nation that is going to come the receiving of the Africans. [America will humble themselves to an African president, who where previously African’s that we ‘despised’.  This African will bring so called healing to their nation.]
>>  The Lord is showing me that He is getting ready to build an east to the west road across Africa that will physically open up the heart of Africa. [Yes this makes sense as Obama has promised Africa (on His first African trip to Ghana) financial aid and to not be left out on on meetings regarding world decision making – but on condition they cease corruption and clean up their act].

16 This is what the LORD Almighty says:
“Do not listen to what the prophets are prophesying to you;
they fill you with false hopes.
They speak visions from their own minds,
not from the mouth of the LORD.

17 They keep saying to those who despise me,
‘The LORD says: You will have peace.’
And to all who follow the stubbornness of their hearts
they say, ‘No harm will come to you.’

    Jeremiah 5:31 (King James Version)

The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will ye do in the end thereof?

    Sums it up.

‘…priests bear rule by their means…’

They have created their own priestly hierarchy of rank & rule. They invent things the Lord never said, nor can we verify these ‘prophecies’ from the sufficiency of scripture.

‘…and my people love to have it so…’

Some people love this stuff. It’s what they want to hear.

Zimbabwe needs the Gospel of Christ and him crucified for the sins of men, not some Christianized lord of the rings fairy tale.

    Hi Amanda,

As always I enjoy reading your aricles! Appreciate your humor and /or sarcasm!
I would like to ask something – the following quote has reference:

“These new modern day prophets insist that the church is to be governed by them based on the structure of the Ephesians 4:11 Fivefold ministry – with absolute authority.”

I would like to know your thoughts on how you think the 5-fold ministry will / sould operate?
Even for a “young” believer like me it is obvious that what’s going on at the moment, is not scriptural.
    Thanks for your time.
    Regards,
    K

  • Discerning the World

    Hi Karen

Amanda did not write this. If she did it would say Amanda at the bottom of the article. My name is Deborah (writing as DTW) and then there is Discernment for Africa (DFA) another person(s) who help me with South African type research and other stuff in general. I post the article under the author or DFA sometimes written completely by me or written by someone else with my notes added and then they remain anonymous.

Regarding your question: “I would like to know your thoughts on how you think the 5-fold ministry will / sould operate?”

If it’s clear to you that what is going on is not scriptural why are you asking me how it should be when the bible is clear that the Word of God itself is GOOD enough to teach you without you being governed by a group of human beings who think they are higher up in the realm of spiritual hierarchies than you? Great, happy you answered your own question ;)

Is it not true that all born again Christians are born again, all children of God? We (‘we’ being those who are born again) are all sinners who are saved by Jesus Christ the Son of God, we all have the same Holy Spirit abiding in us who speaks the same truth to us. This is why genuine Christians speak the same ‘language’ so to say, i.e., when someone starts to seriously disagree with you based on biblical teaching red flags are hoisted because the Holy Spirit will not disagree with Himself. So either they are struggling and battling with what is truth or not or they are just not saved and don’t care for the truth. BIG NOTICE. The one who is struggling will not struggle for long if they love the Truth that is Jesus Christ who is the Word of God, the Holy Spirit never lets anyone down who is genuine in their Hearts and love Him. Men are the ones who choose false teachings over Him, we can’t blame anyone else at the end of the day, not even the 5-fold-ministry.

Of course some are more learn-ed than others and this is why we seek fellowship (note with genuine Christians only) where we learn from each other and those who have spent their lives studying the Word. Do you test what they say? Of course. 10 doctorates does not maketh a Christian. (Hmm that’s a good title for an article).

    2 Timothy 3:16-17
“All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.”

So, now you tell me how you think the 5-fold ministry should operate? If you need to study this subject further and search for the truth I request you do so. Don’t take my word for it. Take God’s Word for it.

  • Michael Anthony

    Deborah,

    Spot on!

I heard a question on Christian radio made to Gary Kah – how come all ‘these’ people who have never formally met or discussed their agendas in any detail are pursuing the exact same goals? (ie globalism). On the other hand – how is it possible that two truly born again Christians can meet for the first time and spend the next 10 hours discussing the Lord and scripture? Without hardly any disagreement in their worldviews?

Simple answer. They are being led of the same Spirit.

  • Karin

    Hi Debora,

Thanks for clearing up the name issue! :-D
“So, now you tell me how you think the 5-fold ministry should operate?”
First off, I think that the 5-fold ministry will operate as it should if we realise that titles mean nothing, that function is everything. In other words, rather than claiming the title of “Prophet”, do what a prophet is supposed to do.And if I understand scripture correctly, a prophet is supposed to speak for God and more often than not this would entail serious correction and judgement.
If I listen to modern day “prophets”, they are nothing more than fortune-tellers.
But you are right, more study is needed.
Thanks for taking the time to give me feedback.

To get a better understanding on this whole 5 fold ministry thing you need to find out the core of Latter Rain teaching. That Israel is the Church and we are in the outpouring as per Joel. Which is completely not true and downright dangerous to even think so. The 5-fold ministry Apostle (can be compared to the super apostles, the ones Paul rebuked in Corinthians). The Prophets (are all false) as all the prophecy we need is in the Bible. In fact there is enough prophecy in there to keep us busy for well…until the end lol. And so we go down the line. Also look into the 7 Mountains thing where 5fm (No reference to the Radio station 5 FM) Christians are trying to infiltrate government, religion, education, science, media art…etc, etc.

I used to get quite irritated when I first started this blog 2 years ago (discerningtheworld.wordpress.com) and people would come on and say, ‘Oh your name is Deborah, you must be a prophetess!!!” Shock Horror. I realised there and then that the church was going back to the Hebrew way. Hey being Christian ain’t enough, you have to be Jewish and born again and you have to join Joel’s army and try take over Jerusalem for yourself, all this while convulsing and flailing under the power of a holy Spirit.

Quite frankly I don’t see them getting very far when manifesting these conditions haha.

  • My name is under a stone I hope

Thanks this article & others. We are told the true road is narrow and hard to find. Also to watch & to not be deceived. This is a difficult call when we are surrounded by dominionist “Christianity”. Your work is encouraging.. God bless

Zimbabwe has the ministry of reconciliation that will reunite the African people.

[Actually no that’s South Africa’s job, you are confused]. I want to ask you I think you are a South African. Are you jealous that other nations can be given this ministry. Do you know what she means when she says Ministry of Reconcilliation. Reconcilling people to God and to each other. What do you mean when you say its South Africa’s job? Are you not just speaking out of your self-righteousness and the deception that some in South Africa give to the world whilst displaying prejudice and bias to other African immigrants in South Africa and to each other. Is that the ministry of Reconcilliation. I would love to see South Africa live up that but only through Christ the righteousness of Christ which justifies us before God not the self-righteousness that other people have displayed to the world whilst denying incidents of Xenophobia.

Is that the ministry of Reconcilliation. I would love to see South Africa live up that but only through Christ the righteousness of Christ which justifies us before God not the self-righteousness that other people have displayed to the world whilst denying incidents of Xenophobia.

    Please read here :
Excerpt from link above posted. Please read more at link provided.

    Biblical scenario

The Bible predicts something much worse than xenophobia for the end-time. It refers to a great tribulation when the Antichrist will gain control over the world. According to Revelation 13, he will institute a new world order of political, religious and economic unity on earth. During that time, many wars and natural disasters will occur on earth, but Christians who are spiritually worthy will escape the time of divine judgements (Luke 21:36).

We should look at the bigger picture and determine our actions accordingly. South Africans should not make the mistake of predicting a racially-based war of annihilation on the basis of historical conflicts. Neither should they make the mistake of putting themselves in place of Israel and start listening to the deceptive voices of their own prophets. More importantly still: we should not fall victim to the ecumenical thinking and globalism of the Antichrist’s coming new world order, as we would then deny the true Christ. That will be the most costly mistake that any person can make.

I think you need to lean about the word deception as the Bible teaches us. Cindy Jacobs
is a WOLF in sheeps clothing and a False Prophetess (self proclaimed by the way)

    Matthew 24:24
For false Christs and false prophets will arise, and they will show great signs and wonders so as to deceive and lead astray, if possible, even the elect (God’s chosen ones).

    2 Timothy 3:13
But wicked men and imposters will go on from bad to worse, deceiving and leading astray others and being deceived and led astray themselves.

    1 John 2:26
I write this to you with reference to those who would deceive you [seduce and lead you astray].

    1 John 3:7
Boys (lads), let no one deceive and lead you astray. He who practices righteousness [who is upright, conforming to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action, living a consistently conscientious life] is righteous, even as He is righteous.

Please go read and learn above verses in context. Bible study is important to all Christians. :-)
Why are there teaching about deceiving in the Bible Msanzi??

Whst do you think about this prophecy by one Jonathan Hansen.

    http://www.worldministries.org/south_africa.html

In this one, he says South Africa’s problem of Bias and Prejudice has deep roots and was never cured by Apartheid. He implies it now manifests itself in various forms with the players having changed colour. Would you concur with this description of your country and its leadership

  • Elmarie A

    Mzansi wrote:

No 1) Not one single Bible verse given by Jonathan Hansen that claims to give a Prophecy?
The term prophecy in Biblical terms mean to interpret the Scriptures the word of God. This is not what Jonathan Hansen is doing?

No 2) I quote from what he says here : I, Jesus Christ, see through your plots of deception and warn you that catastrophe and crisis are coming. The pseudo-economic growth projections will evaporize into nothing but a sea of lies and false promises — words of good intentions that never become fulfilled. Plans of blood will be exposed as blood will be shed and continue to be shed. end of quote. http://www.worldministries.org/south_africa.html

This is nowhere to be found in the Bible my humble opinion do not believe what Jonathan Hansen says for the Word of God says test every spirit to see whether it proceeds from God and what Jonathan Hansen says does not. For Jesus never spoke these words claimed above it is not to be found in the Bible. Mzansi start to read your Bible please and start of with the ten commandments.

Men of every colour, race, nationality, are evil and deceitful – without Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour in an individuals life nothing will ever be good and nothing will ever come to fruition.

Jonathan Hansen is a false prophet. He has the audacity to speak about Jesus Christ in the 1st person… “I, Jesus Christ, …”. Unbelievable.

  • Innocent

why not wait and see if these prophecies are not going to come to pass rather than try and get popularity by dismissing other people’s prophesies. are you a prophet yourself, maybe you can tell us what is going to happen yourself……..

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

    Innocent

You see, it goes like this. Cindy Jacobs has been proven countless times to be wrong. Therefore by biblical standards she is a FALSE PROPHET. God never gets anything wrong, and He never lies either. So Innocent, I am sorry to say but you are wrong and you need to do more research before you come and comment. Do you not realise WHO you are really commenting about? Satan. By supporting Cindy Jacobs, a proven false teacher, and false prophetess, you support a false god.

  • Grant C

    Innocent

why not wait and see if these prophecies are not going to come to pass…

There are no people alive who have enough time to wait for these false prophecies to be fulfilled, because to wait for eternity is just a few years longer than most will live.

I have a much better plan, and it’s a whole lot more fun and highly profitable too. Start by reading about the truth in the Bible, you see and forget about the nonsense lies of self-proclaimed money hungry false deceiving prophets. They’re all wrong, anyway, not because I say so, but when you read the Bible, you’ll agree with me.

Secondly find Jesus right outside your door and let Him in. Tell Him you are heartbrokenly sorry for all the sins you have ever done which made Him cry, because he loved you more than your parent ever could. Promise yourself that you will never repeat them, and don’t, ever again. Stay on your knees in prayer for an hour, a day, a week as long as you need to, for you to feel sure that you are forgiven for your old bad life. That will be followed by fun like you never knew existed, because when it’s done, you will be a brand new person. A brand new person feels so good that even a brand new Ferrari makes no impression on them. That is the real deal, that type of fun.

Thirdly now, you will automatically receive so many free gifts, so many you’ll never grow tired of them. Your could lay your hands on some seriously awesome gifts: go see for yourself in the Bible, it’s like a catalogue of wisdom vs foolishness and what prizes you can win for your Faith. Go see the list in the book of 1 Corinthians 12:4-11 and still more for you to collect in Galatians 5:22-23. With these capital gains, used correctly you can start to look toward the only gift that matters, anyway, Innocent, eternal salvation with Jesus Christ in heaven for yourself.

Ok, so lets assume you do the right thing and you get all the gifts and peace. Now you can sit back for a small moment in time and think: “Innocent, my beloved self, you have a great God, so great I cannot even understand why I am so special to Him, why would He give this all to me freely?” The answers will be everywhere and what is more, your personal empire of love, peace and understanding will grow every day, as long as you keep to the simple rules, which you wouldn’t want to change anyway.

How does that sound to you as an exchange plan to rather than hanging around waiting, being totally unsure whether the False prophetess can or can’t and what it might cost you, or it might not work and you’ll be embarrassed. Rather seek where there are only truths, only true Prophets appointed by the one true God, not a showgirl from offices of a TV network. I leave you one little task do do: Find and read the prophecies of the true prophets, I gave you good clues where you can get them, and compare those to Cindy Jacobs flapping her mouth. You should be running, my good friend…With all our love in all of the Christians of the world, made one in the Body of Christ we await your joyful next comment here.

  • We have no rights to tell that Cindy Jacobs,Chuck Pierce are false prophets, because its God who anointed them and Using them in a mighty way as a channel to the nations. The vision is kept for the appointed time and it shall come to pass,so that the world will mourn and apologise for the wrong statements they have given against these mighy prophets..God will honour these prophets and the people will be rewarded according to their deeds. To god be the glory.Amen

Good Morning everyone, that is if you stay in NZ

  • andre borrett

I have been reading some of your comments from the questions asked and it is refreshing to find someone
who holds to SOUND biblical doctrine and uses scripture
to answer. Does not the Psalms tell us that “Thy word is
a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path”. So many
people hero worship the leaders and shepherds swearing
allegience to them and hang on their every word. I for
one do not, as Gods word says to respect, pray , encourage and honour where honour is due and to be a practical and spiritual blessing to them as a mature christian. Many fall into a blind lead the blind senario as they do not apply these truths to their lives, but fall and are seduced by false prohets and
false teachers. Christ is the true light that came into the world, but the world refuses to accept His glorious wisdom and the light of His word.
Blessings and wisdom to to from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ by the power and ability of His Holy Spirit
A brother and watchman in Christ
    Andre

  • Burning Lamp

Ademokun, the ones who are tearing down the Church are the wolves in sheep’s clothing who are allowed to ravage God’s people and lead people astray.

Those who stand for sound doctrine are the ones building up the Church.

This site is dedicated to building up the Church and exposing those who would do harm to the Bride of Christ. The aim is to protect the Church and warn of the enemies of the Church.

    Got it?

Just because the prophecy has not been fulfilled does not mean that is not doing a great thing in ZImbabwe. I am a Zimbabwean and I just read this prophecy today but I want you to know that God gave me Joel 2 from verse 18-27 for Zimbabwe. I want to assure you that God has already started doing wonders in Zimbabwe and if there is a nation that is passionate for God – it is Zimbabwe. Ask people like Joyce Meyer who have come to ZImbabwe and they will tell you. Unfortunatey whether you believe a prophecy or not God speaks & I know God Almighty spoke to me just as He did to Cindy and this is happening!!! It is a season of restoration in Zimbabwe and God is saying “no more shame for my people”! Rejoice all Zimbabweans for God is doing a great thing in our nation! You can call us prophets of doom but even Jesus was not believed. Visit Zimbabwe today and see what is happening, already Zimbabwe has been said to have the greatest diamond deposit in the world. This was discovered recently!! I know God is doing a new thing – Zimbabwe will be a jewel of Africa!

    Charity

    >> I am a Zimbabwean and I just read this prophecy today but I want you to know that God gave me Joel 2 from verse 18-27 for Zimbabwe

Well talk about twisting scripture. Joel 2 is for ISRAEL, Charity – NOT Zimbabwe.

    >> I want to assure you that God has already started doing wonders in Zimbabwe and if there is a nation that is passionate for God – it is Zimbabwe

You kidding? If God is doing wonders for Zimbabwe, then why is the country still in UTTER turmoil with no sign of free and fair elections ever.

    >> Ask people like Joyce Meyer who have come to ZImbabwe and they will tell you.

I live in South Africa Charity, I have more Zimbabweans around me per square inch than the total amount to be actually living in Zimbabwe and from what I hear, things are bad and getting WORSE AGAIN.

Charity, it seems your focus is the treasure you can gather here on earth, but the bible tells us that our TREASURE is in the AFTER LIFE. You are following Kingdom Now teaching where you are supposed to TAKE BACK the earth for Christ before His return. No where in the bible does it state it. In fact the opposite is true. Rumour of Wars, Wars, Peace and Safety and then the Anti-Christ. Which Christ will you be following?

I am an old lady of 72 years old from South Africa. I have discovered this website by “chance”?? Can I say something? I agree 100% with Deborah…no human being is her alpha or omega, but it seems only the Lord is her Alpha and Omega. Correct? I do correspond with a vice principal from one of the Universities in Zim.He is a poet, pastor and a very wise man and I can say this, all these things prophesied never came to pass and that is many, many years ago. I can just shake my head about all these so-called prophecies. This friend of mine, has to eat – what I can describe – the porridge and then as another meal, the burnt pieces in the pot. Compare that to the Cindy Jacobs, Peter Wagner, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, Joyce Meyer etc. Why dont they give some of their millions to help those poor starving people in Zimbabwe…that is what Jesus would have done! They visit the poor and troubled countries, hand out a few toys, books etc, appear on TV and then they are gone! Boy oh boy, all this prophecies re that once beautiful country is in my opinion a lot of nonsense. Ask Cindy Jacobs to go and live in Zimbabwe and then “prophecy” again. In all my 62 years being a child of God, I have never heard, seen or experienced any prophecy to come to pass except those in the Bible. Please people, look to Jesus NOT to man or woman. People put all these “well known” preachers and prophets on a pedestal. They quote their jargon as gospel. If that pedestal topple over and that person falls flat on his face, will you still recognise him/her? I dont think so and what do you do? Go and find another screaming man or woman! The last couple of years all these “prophets” and preachers has fallen flat on their faces for all the false “preaching”. What reason do I have to say all this? I personally attended one of these churches for 18 years who LOVED to prophecy or invite prophets. To me it was always strange that the prophecies were directed to the people sitting in front of the platform?? Who were these people? pastors, leaders etc…the ordinary(?) church goer was invisible. For all these years not one of the prophecies came to pass. Even the promises made by the Senior pastor were false. Did God anoint these people? How do you know? Look at the fruit of these people!!!! Live as long as I have and then you will recognise the Wolves from the shepherds and sadly the shepherds are so few, because the wolves are eating and becoming FAT!

  • Lee

LOL surely that humour must be given as a gift when dealing with so many serious things!

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

    Ria

Wise words from a 72 year old woman! Thank you! Look to JESUS and not to men.

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

    Lee

Actually now that you mention it, I think it must be. Sometimes you gotta laugh at these things because crying gives you sinusitis.

  • Lee

Your humour reminds me acutely of God’s humour in the bible though Debs! Go look at the way Jesus responds to the pharisees in the Gospels lol! Although serious, at times they get angry because Jesus just shows them their stupidity! Thats what I see in your comments. Yeah it must be a gift loool because even God has it in the most serious cases!

  • Michael

Agreed Ria…I’ve been around for some time too…a believer since 1972…and spent a lot of time in the charismatic churches too…I received a prophecy from a prophetess Jan Painter that never materialised…it took me a long time to come to realise this is false…indeed more than this…it is tantamount to spiritual fraud…what is so frightening is the hold and bondage this form of manipulation takes…it is actual spiritual blindness…a form of teaching that is driven by lust for control and power over people and far removed from what the essence of the true gospel…the deceiving part part is that it is often served with partial truths and even at times with truth but the underlying motive is deception. Spiritual fraud is driven by the need of power and greed…the prosperity gospel is a the twisting of meaning in the context…it started way back with the Oral Roberts seed faith ministries and later the Kenneth Hagin ministries and appealed to the materialism that is prevailent amongst the Americans and linked to the American dream…it fell in line with the power of positive thinking…the Norman Vincent Peales…the Napoleon Hills,Dale Carnegy…Tony Robbins style . Spiritual fraud leads to material fraud later on…it is not uncommon that some of these charlatans and fraudsters often end up with their fingers in the till and huge scandals break out giving the unsaved world the incorrect perception of the gospel and leading myriads of souls away from the saving gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ…the sad thing is that many people won’t find this out until it is too late.

  • Ria

Michael, it is so sad that people “waste” so much time in charismatic churches…there could be some sound charismatic churches..or should I say, they start off very sound. Then when the money start rolling in.. things go hay wire. The church I attended for so many years, was Word based, but then the founder pastor and wife started to go overseas and that is when things just got out of hand (my opinion..because I was labelled as a “rebel”). When I questioned the prophecies, I was told..”put it on the shelf and wait”. I am still waiting. To tell the truth, some of them I just filed in the trash can. This old lady shocked her area pastor when I told him that! When the senior pastor had this “revelation” from the Lord to move to a state in the USA, my first question: who prophesied that? My second question: he was prophesied by a prophet that he will start a church in xxxxx way back then, now the Lord sends a prophet that he must start a church in America. WOW. Third question: was it the dollar calling or the situation (at that time) in South Africa? NO reply was given to me. I also believe that many of these churches practice “spiritual witchcraft”. Mentioning “fingers in the till”, oh yes, that also happened in that church. The senior pastor had a personal intercessor, prophetess, at the beck and call of the pastor. This lady had her fingers in the till of the tithers. Those fingers were manicured with false nails etc. She had the “cheek” to start her own church and we as a family ..ignorant of her fraudalent ways, was caught in that web. After thousands of Rands of tithes and offerings, I told her to take her prophecies, “preaching” elsewhere. So strange that all these people who give prophecies, etc., end up with dirt, scandal etc…are they called by God? I say NO! They see the opportunity to make money and they do..but then the “congregation” ends up without a shepherd, they are lost. Oh dear I can go on and on and sometimes I get MAD, other times I am SAD when I see people confused and you still get those people that are blinded by all these charlatans. Oh dear bring back the true preachers. Some of them preached HELL and HEAVEN, but they were true. Be blessed Michael!

  • Burning Lamp

Michael said: “the deceiving part part is that it is often served with partial truths and even at times with truth but the underlying motive is deception.”

How very profoundly true! Most hear even a snippet of truth and swallow the whole thing. I have heard the defense of a false teacher that “no one has ALL the truth”. When I hear that I dust my feet off and move on because that is a sign they are devoid of discernment and don’t want it.

  • Now I am not sure if the publisher of this site is a Christian or a layman but seems anonymous. I am a Zimbabwean and this prophecy was given in 1998. Then I was in school, life was very good in Zimbabwe. Back then it was as if the prophecy meant another nation, we never thought reconciliation was remaining to be done. As far as we were concerned reconciliation was in history 1980 & 1987 Unity Accord. But that same year in November many of my classmates could not write exams, chaos reared its head with riots everywhere. From then it has been a downward spiral. From where i am in South Africa, Zimbabweans have become more conscious of God, many have turned to Christ for restoration and preservation. In 2008 elections it was all out war on the civilians until the leader of the opposition chose not to contest the election run-off, soldiers had been deployed everywhere, threats of war, torture, intimidation was the order of the day. For the greater part of our efforts, we were truly moving backwards. Currently there is talk of a covert coup by the soldiers. As for a treaty with other nations, we have the GPA which we can consider a treaty.
You say you have more Zimbabweans per square inch than those in Zimbabwe. Where in South Africa are you based because I am willing to demystify this lie? You say South Africa was bestowed the ministry of reconciliation how so? Share your prophecy also, don’t leave it in the closet. Overall you seem to have used your head to understand the prophecy, I did that long back and it didn’t make sense then. How do you come to a conclusion that this prophecy will not be fulfilled? Seeing that you use current events to debunk it! Habbakuk 2:3 “For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie, though it tarry, wait for it, it will surely come….” This prophecy in just under 12 years, the things it speaks of started to happen 2000. What is the time frame for prophecy to be fulfilled? 1,2,3 or 5 years? Whats your take on revelation its been over 2000 years since it was written, privately do you debunk it as well? If not why? What time frame have you set for revelation to be fulfilled? Be careful of trapping yourself in unbelief and deny Christ one day at your death bed because Christ did not come in your time. Even biblical prophets were ridiculed for their prophecy which was later a stumbling block to many. Just don’t use your head to understand the things of God or else you will run into serious problems.

  • Burning Lamp

Sir, you don’t seem to understand what a Christian is. A layperson is one commonly referred to and who is a Christian but is not a Christian leader or pastor. God is no respecter of persons – Christ gives His gifts to each member of the Body whoever they are. The writer of this blog is a Christian I assure you and is led by the the Holy Spirit to exercise the gift God has given.

Cindy Jacobs is a false prophet – that is an establish fact. If you quarrel with that, your quarrel is not with this website but with the Word of God.

  • Matt Gilling

    Hi,
I found your site by chance. Ive had quite a bit to do with Zimbabwe (various friends there, church involvement, been there for 3 weeks, brother in law is a black Zimbabwean.) and I found Cindys prophecy very interesting…there is a ring of truth to it i think some of it could very well come true. There is some cool stuff happenin in Zim, despite the problems, and it wouldnt surprise if this happened. :)
    Matt

    >> there is a ring of truth to it i think some of it could very well come true. There is some cool stuff happenin in Zim

Can I laugh now? or now until later?

  • Michael

You know what…this world is not going to get any better…Zim, SA, USA, UK, Russia, NZ, China, Japan…nowhere mate…only the world to come in heaven…it is clear in the scriptures…I get ill in my stomach when I hear WOF, Dominionists, Prosperity and Kingdom now speakers, preachers, evangelists and writers who claim to be Christians speak with optimism proclaiming a new thing and a new world in this physical world…that things are about to change for the better and God setting up the church and Christians to rule. Yes…true believers know that Jesus is coming back to rapture His true church.
When you see how bad and wicked and insensitive to sin we have become, we know it can’t be too long and we look forward to the rapture.
These so-called “Christians” are totally blind.

Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world, my servants would have been fighting, that I might not be delivered over to the Jews. But my kingdom is not from the world.” John 18:36.

Since 1970 the USA has performed over 51 million abortions…yes 51 million of these tiny tots have and are still being murdered every day. These are people, God’s little ones. If only we could see visually this little life in a mothers womb being hacked to pieces and pulled out of the mother in sections as if they were a cancerous cyst.

After the second world war ended and the allied troops entered Germany, General Eisenhower was taken to death camps and what he and his men saw…piles and piles of murdered Jewish people in heaps and mass graves…thousands upon thousands…he could not believe it…he had seen tough battles and men blown up in pieces but this was too much…he just could not believe that such people existed that could do this to their own. He told his men to call the press and get as many photos and cine’s of these awful sights as they can. When he was questioned why, he told them…”because in years to come nobody would believe it” and you know what he was right…today there are people who are skeptical and saying it did not happen.
And yet as horrible as this was it is nowhere as shocking as 51 million little ones been cut to pieces as if they were valueless. It is a pity that these grotesque acts are not filmed and shown to the public.
People are rightly outraged when a serial killer like Ted Bundy murders many young women as he did many years ago and they cried out for vindication and enjoyed seeing this very disturbed man going to the electric chair.
However something worse is here…right amongst mankind whose hearts are so cold, hardened and anti-God and Christ. Society in the so-called modern world has lost it’s soul and turned their backs on the Saviour and His Word.

Jesus said: Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, Matt 24:12

  • Michael

Debs…I my comments here might be off the topic…but what I am really saying in general is that all these false teachers, prophets and their affiliations continue to entice and seduce the total blindness of fallen man by offering materialism, prosperity and hope to impoverished people, well being and prosperity to people and nations…when in fact the real problems and biggest diseases are their sins and their indifference and total blindness (a case of of you cannot see the wood for the trees) and yes sin has all these destructive bi-products.They give false hope and wrongful solutions.
God wants people to repent first…not so much en-mass but each individual taking on responsibilty of his/her fallen state and repent and turn from sin and this means a strong stand against the wickedness in our societies and nations…the danger is that it is so very bad that we tend to bury it and because our hearts eventually become immune and insensitive.
Man has always been sinful since the fall and many atrocities have been committed through out history but we have now reached an age where so-called exceptable norms in societies contain some of the worst atrocities committed.
Cindy Jacobs is just one of the many that give the wrong message. She is very good at tickling peoples ears and giving them what they want to hear.

  • I agree with you Matt, only someone who has not kept a pulse on the happenings in Zimbabwe for the past decade will not understand. Currently the major talking point is of the army generals trying to continue their grip on power albeit covertly. They are not getting their way and in the end they might try to do a coup d’etat. I hope for reference purposes will not be taken down and also it is my wish that the site owner avail who they are so that we can reflect and say Mr. So & So what do you have to say now. Still I got no respose from Deborah regarding question raised regarding the assertions. Layman I did not use it in the context of Christians but a person with limited knowledge of a subject.

  • Cornerstone

The prophecy is trully for Zimbabwe. 12 spies were sent by Moses to spy Canaan. Ten brought a neagative report. Caleb and Joshua brought a good report. Mind you these people were together. If you choose to be negative then take the bad side of Zim. If you are positive then you will come to know that Zimbabwe is one of the countries prospering in the whole world. People who see problems are short sighted. At the Red sea Moses didnot see the sea or Egyptian army but was seeing Canaan.

When a prophecy is given it is true. The positive shall eat the good of the land. And negative will die in their doubt. Read 2 Kings 7v 1-20. You shall see Zimbabwe prospering and you shall reamin because of your unbelief

  • Rue

I am puzzled by this Deborah and wonder as to what her real mission is? Some say she has a sense of humour but I sense anger and such negative emotion I can’t believe this site is meant to give glory to God. So what if the prophecy is not true or is true, whats that to her, let those who want to believe believe it, is there no freedom of worship and expression in SA. And what if the prophecy does come true, I am not aware that a timeline was given. What’s she gonna say then?

If you really love the Lord, use your time and creativity to speak the truth in love and bring people in the kingdom, otherwise we have to wonder who your real master is.

  • Runyararo

I always come back to this site. I hope when prophecy is fulfilled it will not be brought down. If we could know the Harold Camping behind this site it would awesome as well. Everytime I see changes I come here, are you seeing the soldiers portion getting into motion?

Take God’s Word for it.

this sounds heavy man. and although all you say is complete truth my brother/sister try a more loving approach like Jesus would.you don’t wanna be right and ignored because of sound rude.rather you want people to take note and listen to the wisdom in ur pages.for example this i suppose was a genuine question from someone who clearly told you they are a new christian looking for guidance. “If it’s clear to you that what is going on is not scriptural why are you asking me how it should be when the bible is clear that the Word of God itself is GOOD enough to teach you without you being governed by a group of human beings who think they are higher up in the realm of spiritual hierarchies than you? You say you know whats happening in Zimbabwe because you live in South Africa. In reality you hear about what’s happening. Papers report negatively. And allow people to believe whom they want and what they want. You judge. I believe in God and His prophesy He sent through Cindy. I have seen part of it come to pass. You Better come back Cindy…

Extract from “THE ECONOMIST” 31 March 2011

Zimbabwe – It gets worse again

“An election in present circumstances may cause even more bloodshed”

In the past couple of months hundreds of MDC officials, human-rights activists and anyone else suspected of not supporting Mr Mugabe’s Zanu-PF have been arrested, beaten up, tortured and killed in an upsurge of state-sponsored violence ahead of elections that Mr Mugabe wants to be held by June. Until recently, Zanu-PF youth militias, soldiers and self-proclaimed “war veterans” (many of them far too young to have fought in Zimbabwe’s guerrilla war of independence in the 1970s) had tended to limit their terror tactics to the countryside. But now they have begun to rampage through towns as well, smashing windows, looting shops, destroying homes and terrorising the locals, while Mr Mugabe’s police stand idly by.”

Everything allright in a country that has the following…A guy at work just handed me a 100 Trillion dollar bill. It is from Zimbabwe and it is real. He says it is worth about 10 dollars American. True – look it up on Wikipedia. Zimbabwe has had the least valued currency in the world, and in 2009 just started using currency other than their own. In other words, the dollar bill handed to me is obsolete.

Come on get real…where are you coming from…cloud cuckoo land.
Mugabe is worst than all the Hitlers,Stalins,Sadam Husseins,IDI Amins put together …has murdered millions of political opponents.

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

And, now I see that the ‘war veterans’ are taking their looting to the cities. Before it was out in the villages were they would burn, rape and murder. Maybe these people who are living in ‘cloud cuckoo land’ (LOL) would like to spend a few weeks in Zim, maybe that will open their eyes to the lies these prophets speak.

    Deborah,

I am Zimbabwean, from a town 25km from Harare called Chitungwiza so I know what exactly is going on the ground. I visit often and if the people you speak to were truthful they would tell you changes are taking place all around. Perhaps they are preying on your philanthropy to get freebies, who knows. I have seen the crisis blow by blow so I dont need oral relation of the situation, like I said before, I hope this site will not be closed in a few years time or this post deleted, but God is supreme, your conscience will be your judge then as we saw with Harold Camping.

These must be isolated incidents. A friend living in the country was puzzled by these reports and says that there is no such unrest in their sector and this was news to them. There is open reporting in a free press and they do not feel any threat to their safety. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Could this be blown out of proportion? Maybe someone else who lives in Zimbawee could weigh in here.

I give Glory to the Almighty God who chooses the dispised things.. Even in the days of our Lord Jesus Christ, people were saying can anything good come out of Nazareth. One thing we have to know is that His ways are not our ways.. Anyway all i am here to say is.. Let all of us be creations and Let God be God. It is dangerous to argue on the behalf of God. He is God all by Himself. Modern day Pharisees are rising up. They dont want to enter the Kingdom and yet they also prevent others from entering too.. I am Zimbabwean and have seen the Hand of God in this nation.. Let God be true and every man a lair.

I have no idea if this prophecy is true or false, i cant say otherwise. I will however say this. God is with us and He is on our side, He will make a way far above all we know, far above all we hope. Our God is able and in His name we will overcome. He will NEVER fail, Zimbabwe WILL be great again, I will pray unceasingly for this, beseeching God day and night for His mercies which are new everyday. He has done great things and will do them again. Just when the world is mocking and laughing at us saying things will never get better He will raise us up.

I presume you read your bible. I would like you to find scripture for this GREAT REVIVAL in the end days you speak of…

No, you miss the point completely. The entire movement is false, it’s called Latter Rain, Manifest Sons of God Doctrine and it’s out of the pit of hell. So nothing that is said or spoken by people within this movement comes from GOD, EVER. You can read your little newspapers looking for glimpses of what appears to be Latter Rain CULT prophecy being fulfilled, but until you realise that the entire movement is not christian, there is no hope for you. This cult is leading people by the millions right into the hands of the NWO. Please wake up and get out of it.

YAYYYYYYYYY!!!!!! WELCOME BACK!!!!!!!!!!! I’VE MISSED YOU!!!!

Cindy Jacobs was a mentor to Zacharias Tanee Fomum, founder and leader of Christian Missionary Fellowship International. Jacobs prophesied at least 2 times on Fomum and laid hands on him, and her prophecies on him are considered to be the greatest “testimony” of God’s calling on his life by an “established” (Jacobs) servant of God.
Now, read the following article and compare Fomum’s prophecy on Cameroon with Jacobs prophecy on Zimbabwe. Both operate exactly under the same false spirit.

Cindy Jacobs on Zimbabwe is very true 70% of what she said has come to pass and some is for the future. GOD is preparing HIS OWN future leaders or apostolic kings who would not need to be summoned to church to pray. It is during their time of great leadership with some as presidents of the nation, cabinet ministers, business leaders, organisational leaders, etc that Zimbabwe will be restored to a Joel. Remember, for instance, we have Zimbabwe being one of the to producers of diamonds, platinum etc. More of this was prophesied and is very true. Let me give simple statistics on electricity production in Africa. Half of the whole continent’s electricity is accounted to be produced in South Africa. South Africa produces almost 85% of its electricity from the natural coal thermal process. Not only that almost half of South Africa’s fuel is from coal to crude oil conversion by Sasol(commissioned sometime in the 1940s and 1950s. Zimbabwe has many abundant and untappe coal reserves–(though technically Zimbabwe is 5-7 times smaller than South Africa.

Zimbabwe through its God driven diaspora shall enjoy the best world of scientific discovery, architecture, etc—WHY —look at how Japan, China etc got industrialised. Zimbabwe, together with South Africa shall spearhead the last great industrilisation movement, that will start with Africa.

l can not say much, but when the time shall soon come from 2020—when things shall start happening l pray you will be alive and l pray we will call Cindy Jacobs to explain her prophecy further.

If you think that China owning Zimbabwe is a Godly thing then I ponder who exactly you think China worships as it’s God?

Cindy prophecied a FALSE PROPHECY – if Zimbabwe is beginning to show miniscule sighs of prosperity (among the wealthy might I add – not the poor) because CHINA owns most of the country because Mugabe sold it to them, then Satan is the one who told Cindy her ‘prophecy’!

If this prophecy is true, then by default you are saying that all the prophecies in the bible are lies. The reason being is that this prophecy GOES AGAINST what the bible says.

Cindy’s prophecy is true. Please just visit Zimbabwe and see for yourself.

I live in Zim and Cindy Jacobs prophecy is starting to manifest. Deborah does not know anything about Zim and should just shut up. Deborah you are a deceiver. The vision is for an appointed time and we are beginning to see what Cindy prophesied.

Really? Do you think that foreign countries buying out land (like China) and taking it over and forcing the people to work under harsh conditions PROSPERITY? LOL. Your government is selling your land to foreign countries under your nose and you don’t even know it, all you see is supposed $ signs. It’s typical African mentality, they will sell their souls for money and the rest of the world knows this.

Look what happened in Mali, foreigners tried to come in and buy out the countries farming land to grow sugar cain – under the pretense of INDUSTRIALIZATION. The government sold the people’s land to foreigners illegally. The people hand no say, they were told they had to now work for the sugar cain factor forever. They wanted to mow down villages and small farms and trees to plat their sugar cain. FORTUNATELY their was a coup in the government and the whole deal fell through. The villages, small farms, trees were all saved from PROSPERITY.

Wake up, the NEW WORLD ORDER IS TAKING OVER ZIM and you think it’s a Godly thing that is happening? No Al, it’s not, the people that are moving in are there to make you work for them, to make them richer.

  • Truthful Conversation

I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, I left in 1980 just as Robert Mugabe came in to power. I moved to South Africa knowing that eventually, the same thing would happen there. Ten years ago I moved to the UK, but I have kept my eyes on Zimbabwe, and I still know people that live there. I often talk to them about what is going on. There are some Christians living there that are all caught up in these different prophesies, and when I try telling them that it is all one big lie, they get upset. It just makes me angry with these so called prophets, women included. But then all over the world satan is distracting people with his lies, to hide his real agenda. Nothing will get better now.

I am opposed to the NAR… I think it is a false movement. (Doesn’t mean everyone in it is a false Christian… though I think a lot are. The movement itself is false.)

Anyway, I would have seriously looked at an objective review of a prophecy. But this was not objective.

An army of women with the Deborah anointing will march across the land. [There is only ONE Anointing and that is Jesus Christ. The NAR have a name for everything. I am waiting for the Moses anointing where they will be able to part damns – that would be a Youtube sensation.]

Deborah was anointed of God. When someone says “Deborah anointing”… it means “like Deborah”. Obviously, it is the anointing of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ.

“Luke 1:17 And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.”

This scripture tells us that John the Baptist ministered in the spirit and power of Elijah.

Joshua 1:5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee:

God says He will be with Joshua as He was with Moses. That’s a “Moses anointing”.

Acts 19:11 And God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul: 12 so that from his body were brought unto the sick handkerchiefs or aprons, and the diseases departed from them, and the evil spirits went out of them.

    That was a “Paul anointing”.

These are all anointings of the Holy Spirit that can be paraphrased.

To accuse someone of saying that they put Deborah in the place of Jesus when one is using an allegory to say “Deborah anointing”… is sophomoric.

Your comments were not objective truth… but sophomoric personal attacks. So, I stopped listening.

If you cannot function as a minister of Jesus Christ, then please remain silent.

  • laura,

You are using an eisegesis (reading things into Scripture which are not there) rather than an exegesis method to interpret Scripture. The Bible never once speaks of a Deborah, a Moses, an Elijah or a Paul anointing. To use those terms to describe an anointing is to suggest that the person who receives a Deborah, Moses, Elijah or Paul anointing, is permeated by the spirit of those persons. That’s what it means when you say someone is filled (anointed) with the Holy Spirit. In fact, to say that someone receives the anointing of any other person other than that of the Holy Spirit is blasphemy. It implies that the spirits of Deborah, Moses, Elijah and Paul which are all now in heaven are omnipresent and therefore can simultaneously permeate several people in different parts of the world.

The expression “in the spirit and power of Elias” simply means that John the Baptist continued the work Elijah was called to do and that was “to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” To use terminology like a Deborah, Moses, Elijah or Paul anointing is to turn the eyes away from Jesus ands focus them on those persons.

I suggest that you stick to the Bible and to refrain from using terminology that is not found in the Bible. It leads to error. In that case, you are not functioning as a minister of Jesus Christ but as a minister of people like Deborah, Moses, Elijah and Paul.

And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but perceivest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Either how canst thou say to thy brother, Brother, let me pull out the mote that is in thine eye, when thou thyself beholdest not the beam that is in thine own eye? Thou hypocrite, cast out first the beam out of thine own eye, and then shalt thou see clearly to pull out the mote that is in thy brother’s eye. (Luke 6:41-42)

    Dear All,

The problem with man is that they want prophecies fulfilled during their lifetime. Nazareth was the least expected to bring anything good out of her. God promised Abraham many physical nations which he never saw in his lifetime. Joseph’s sons resulted in the strongest nation on earth (USA) and the largest confederate of nations (the British Commonwealth). These, Joseph is not seeing them now but we do. Sceptics and people devoid of any Holy Spirit dismiss everything and anything the Lord Almighty says. They take a pen to correct the Word of God as given to Cindy Jacobs because they are jealousy as if the world is all theirs. They become a Lecturer, a pastor, a preacher, an Analyst etc to the Holy Spirit all in the guise of enlightening the world.

Zimbabwe has got the potential to be everything-the bad and the good. Only God can change nations. Look at Zimbabweans how they rejected homosexuality -an abomination. Zimbabweans go to church and the worshipping timetables start as early as Thursday -Sunday. You see worshippers in valleys, near dams, on mountains etc.

If I had time I was going to explain the similarities between Zimbabwe and ancient Israel in terms of worshipping God. Of course it’s unbelievable but that’s a reality.

The Cindy Jacobs prophecy shall be fulfilled and we knew it long ago before God showed it to her for we have our own trustworthy and true prophets like Johane Masowe (LATE), Ernst Paul Mwazha, Johane Maranke(late),etc who saw all these things in a vision. So to Zimbabweans no-one will take that away from them. Unfortunately, you may not experience the revival for jealousy pangs would have killed you.
Zimbabwe has the potential to be a peacemaker. Peace was established and we are enjoying it even now when ZANU and ZAPU negotiated on their own and they have a UNITY DAY 22 DECEMBER. Zimbabwe proclaimed through a decree that all liberation war belligerents cease to be enemies. Three warring armies were integrated-ZANLA, ZIPRA and Rhodesian Army. Despite all the atrocities committed by Rhodesians Zimbabwe forgave and forgot. Zimbabwe became the first nation in SADC if not Africa to guarantee peace by having two vice presidents in 1987-this was followed by South Africa in 1994 (that is being a peacemaker). As I write Zimbabwe soldiers are the envy of many a nation-they are safekeeping in Equatorial Guinea African Nations Cup. In 1993 they managed to guarantee and maintain peace in Somalia where the USA had failed. During the war of liberation Zimbabwe fought against South Africa, Rhodesia, MNR and against a whole hog sophisticated military machinery but still managed to win the war against highly trained Australian, Israeli, American, British and South African white mercenaries.South Sudan wants Zimbabweans to protect them. Already they are in the DRC. A job well done in Mozambique. n God’s eye Zimbabwe has never been the offender but the offended and at the same time know how to worship and fight in order to guarantee peace. This is a passing phase. Good times are beckoning.
However, the problem of Zimbabwe, politics aside, is they need a great revival especially when it comes to worshipping and interacting with the dead. Most people believe in avenging spirits (ngozi) and midzimu (spiri of a departed relative);mashavi(fallen angels and demons such as mermaids, war spirits )and rain spirits. This is Zimbabwe’s greatest sin which I believe if they do not repent, God will let this generation pass away and deal good with future generations.

Everything is possible with God. Don’t be rude to Cindy because there’s no fulfilment yet and we don’t know when that will be. So how come you just rush to criticize and denounce her just like that.

What the anointing means is just like how Deborah was used by God to save Israel. That same method God used, that same means God put in Deborah. The same spirit clothing Deborah or Elijah which is God’s will be the same God’s spirit in Deborah being used to awaken Zimbabwean women. Why the waffling and howling on a very clear message and its meaning. It’s not somebody’s spirit but God’s.You got it only that you are religiously stubbon.
If God anointed Elijah,Deborah, Paul etc then that’s an Elijah, Deborah, Paul anointing which was coming from God and be careful not limit God’s power, capacity and capability.

Well now! How convenient! Cindy’s prophecies are all going to come true when we are all dead and none of us will benefit from her wonderful prophecies on Zimbabwe.

Be careful. It is dfar more dangerous to attribute something to God when it is not.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! (Isa 5:20).

Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely. For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace. (Jer 8:10-11).

Anyone that believes God would have someone spit out utter garbage which goes against his word better learn about being born again. Thats like calling God a liar. His word is true because it has been true is true and will always be true.

  • Adam

Exatclty. However, Cindy’s prophecies aren’t true. They are false and has nothing to do with true salvation. You are deceived.

  • Lameck Sibanda

This is very true a prophecy, the only thing is that most of the people do not perceive the spiritual things. this prophecy really is going to be fulfilled, for God does not change. regards

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

    Lameck

This prophecy is true? Really, how do you know this? Do you know this because you read in the bible that says this prophecy is true? I bet you didn’t read your bible to prove this prophecy to be correct. This is what the bible tells us about Prophets and their prophecies in the day and age we live in. Are you believing in the African Union- New World Order lie that life is going to flourish in Africa once Africa in unified? Pay attention please to what the Word of God says, and remember the Word of God is WHAT GOD SAYS.

Tom Lessing said in another comment to someone else but it answers your question perfectly:

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; (Heb 1:1-2)

Note that he says in the Old Testament God spoke in diverse ways unto the fathers (patriarchs, kings etc.) by the prophets. These diverse ways were among other things visions and dreams, in a quite breeze and even in a storm at times. When Jesus came to us in the flesh, these diverse ways were no longer necessary because He – the Word made flesh – spoke to the people and is still speaking to us through his written Word, the Bible. Everything that is necessary to know about God, his Son and the Holy Spirit, heaven and hell, the end-times, salvation, sanctification and so forth are contained between the pages of Genesis to Revelation. Peter and two other disciples – James and John – heard God speaking directly to them out of a cloud on the mount of configuration when Moses and Elijah appeared with Jesus on the mount. Just imagine how wonderful and awesome this must have been. Yet Peter writes in his second epistle that we have a more sure word of prophecy than their awesome experience – the Word of God.

For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. (2 Peters 1:16-21).

Therefore, if I were you, I would rather rely on God’s Word (the Bible) than on dreams and visions and prophecies from so called Prophets of today.

  • Oom Andre

Dierbare Deborah, is jy getroud. Voorspoed. Oom Andre.

  • Deborah (Discerning the World)

    Dear Andre

    >> … is jy getroud. Indien wel, hoe hou jou man uit met jou.

My husband (a born again man) and I are a perfect match that God Himself brought together.

    >> Met alle respek jy is ‘n steen des aanstoots.

With all due respect, I would say you are probably one of those people who “smile” while you throw insults in their direction.

    >> Al wat jy doen is om te verskeur en af te breek

Really? How so? Am I that powerful according to you that I can tear down and break down Cindy Jacob’s so called “GODLY” prophecies? lol How funny is that. Wow, I never realised her ‘god’ was that weak. Ah wait, for her god is Satan and Jesus Christ defeated him at the Cross of Calvary 2000+ years ago. Cindy’s prophecies will fail, God never does.

    >> Gebruik eerder jou tyd meer produktief en bid vir almal wat die pad byster geraak het.

I will certainly pray for you as you asked. Because it appears you have gone off the track if you think for 1 second that Cindy Jacobs is a woman of God when she is nothing but a lying false teacher leading people like yourself astray.
