The Manifest Sons of God belief of Angus Buchan

Angus Buchan-Manifest Sons Of God Teaching

Manifest Sons of God – What does Angus Buchan really believe?

On many occasions you will hear Angus Buchan near the end of his preaching shout out loud, “…..waiting for the Manifestation of the Sons of God”.  But what does he mean by this?   Well today I will explain to you  exactly what Angus Buchan believes.

  • Romans 8:19  “19For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God. 20For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who hath subjected the same in hope, 21Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.”

Manifest Sons of God Teaching

In the Latter Rain Movement they have what they call the ‘Manifest Sons of God’ where they twist the above scripture to mean that some will obtain immortality by incarnating Jesus Christ before He returns.

The truth of the matter is this;  All creation awaits the removal of the “Curse of Futility”, sin placed upon it by God from the Fall of Adam. What Latter Rain believers neglect is the CONTEXT and other passages in the bible that explain this event.

  • Romans 8:22-23  22For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

The adoption the redeeming of our body, when, how?

  • Philippians 3:20-21:  “For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.”
  • 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17: “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.17  Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.”

We only become immortal once we are raised up to meet Jesus Christ in the air – not before, never!

Latter Rain Teaching: Kingdom Now / Dominionism

What Latter Rain (Kingdom Now / Dominionism) believers preach is nothing short of another New Age version of becoming a little god while alive on earth in a human body.  The same lie that Satan told in Genesis, just portrayed another way.

  • Genesis 3:4-5  ” 4And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: 5For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

“God is looking for men, and for women, for boys and girls, that will change the world!   THE WORLD!   Waiting!   All creation is waiting with expectation, on tip toes, FOR THE MANIFESTATION OF THE SONS OF GOD!    That’s you and me.”

Angus Buchan, Hillcrest Christian Fellowship, 1 June 2008

Listen to Angus Buchan say the above, quote starts from 1h:08m:06s into sound recording.  Note:  This mp3 has been removed from the internet. I have contacted Hillcrest Christian Fellowship for a copy, they do not reply.

MANIFEST SONS OF GOD HERESY

One of most radical teachings in the NAR movement is known as the “Manifest Sons of God” teaching. According to this teaching, the people who continue to receive the new revelation given by NAR apostles and prophets, now called Issachar prophets will gain more and more supernatural powers until they eventually become “manifest sons of God.” These manifested sons of God will overcome sickness and death and execute God’s judgments on earth.

New Apostolic Leaders leaders claim that this teaching is taught in the Bible in Romans 8:19, which reads:

Romans 8:19 For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God.

The Manifest Sons of God teaching was originally promoted by leaders of the Latter Rain movement, such as William Branham and George Warnock. More contemporary promoters of this teaching include U.S. prophets C. Peter Wagner et al, Paul Cain, Rick Joyner and Bill Hamon and here in South Africa – Angus Buchan -‘Manifest Sons of God’ belief of Angus Buchan  [Note by DTW: Holly links to DTW article you are reading now]

Bill Hamon, for example, teaches that the manifested sons of God will be patterned after the original son of God, Jesus Christ. He also teaches that the worldwide church will be a type of corporate Christ, which will be the full expression of Christ Jesus as Jesus is the full expression of His heavenly Father. Thus, the Manifest Son of God teaching is denounced by its critics as heretical since it deifies human beings.

A related teaching, promoted by Bill Hamon, is that the rapture of believers will occur only when New Apostolic Reformation followers receive the last piece of new revelation given by NAR apostles and prophets, then instantaneously they will be giving them immortal bodies with superhuman powers. Thus, Bill Hamon appears to be teaching that the rapture is not something God does for Christians, but is something mankind accomplishes for themselves as they gain more and more secret knowledge revealed by the NAR apostles and prophets.

The New Apostolic Reformation: Influence and Teachings

According to followers of the NAR, Jesus Christ can’t return until the world has been overthrown and is under a so called ‘Christian’ theocratic rule – without Jesus Christ at it’s head.

I hope you don’t mind me coming back with a comment after a while. The “Manifest Sons of God” is obviously a doctrine that has been rejected by most branches of the church as unbiblical.

The thing with Angus Buchan is that he has no theological training or qualifications whatsoever. I’ve seen him described as a simple farmer with a simple faith. To my mind, he is not fit to be a preacher just as an unqualified “doctor” isn’t fit to practice medicine. And I think he’s not part of a church so isn’t accountable to anyone.

    true, but neither am I

    >> I’ve seen him described as a simple farmer with a simple faith. To my mind, he is not fit to be a preacher just as an unqualified “doctor” isn’t fit to practice medicine.

What makes one fit to be a CHRISTIAN is the indwelling of the Holy Spirit 🙂 There are millions out there with the qualification who are just as deluded as Angus. Without the Holy Spirit, you are nothing.

    >> And I think he’s not part of a church so isn’t accountable to anyone.

Well the Church as is stands is a disaster as we are in the great apostasy. In this day and age being accountable could just as well mean you are accountable to someone more deceived than you.

  5. Robbie says:

Debs, If people would just do a little study on Mormonism to see what the resemblances are… They have infiltrated our churches indeed!.. (as you said in an older posting)

There are other “Mormon truths” that as of late have been exposed.

The Mormon Church instilled the conviction millions of Native Americans were descended from a lost tribe of Israel that reached the New World more than 2,000 years ago.

Mormons have been taught all blessings of that Hebrew lineage belong to Mormons making Mormons special people.

This gives a sense of transcendental identity, an identity with God.

A few years ago, this faith was shaken and Mormon identity stripped away by DNA evidence showing the ancestors of American natives came from Asia, not the Middle East.

For Mormons, the lack of discernible Hebrew blood in Native Americans is no minor collision between faith and science. It burrows into the historical foundations of the Book of Mormon, a 175-year-old transcription that the church regards as literal and without error.

For those outside the faith, the depth of the church’s dilemma can be explained this way: Imagine if DNA evidence revealed that the Pilgrims didn’t sail from Europe to escape religious persecution but rather were part of a migration from Iceland — and that U.S. history books were wrong.

Critics want the church to admit its mistake and apologize to millions of Native Americans it converted. Church leaders have shown no inclination to do so. Indeed, they have dismissed as heresy any suggestion that Native American genetics undermine the Mormon creed.

Thus Mormonism is based on lies. Lies are not a foundation to build a presidential campaign. If a person can lie about what he believes in God, then he can lie to the American people about anything.

Satan is very clever. The way to defeat Satan is to expose his lies.

  7. Michael says:

This excellent article will help those to understand better what false teaching this is.

The Manifested Sons of God is of the most militant of the movements that attempts to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. This heresy was divided into two major sects. The Walk, and the Body of Christ. The Walk came out of the Latter Rain Movement under the “apostleship” of John Robert Stevens, who like Paul Cain and others was a William Branham disciple. The Manifested Sons of God teachings are perhaps the most definitive among Kingdom Now doctrines. They have all the elements of classical Dominion Theory: immortalization, restoration of the 5 fold ministry with the offices of apostles and prophets, having authority through its leaders by strong shepherding and discipleship, absolute authoritarianism, attainment of godhood, etc. Central to this false doctrine is the idea that sonship comes through higher revelation. They claim that the Christian life is fragmented into stages of maturity: [1] servant of God [2] friend of God [3] son of God and, ultimately, gods ourselves. A crucial doctrine in the Manifested Sons of God, teaches that perfection (success in living sinlessly) will result in incorruptibility. This will qualify those who “overcome” as worthy to rule in the Kingdom of God.

“The Earth and all of creation is waiting for the manifestation of the sons of God, the time when they will come into their maturity and immortalization… When the Church receives its full inheritance and redemption then creation will be redeemed from its cursed condition of decay, change and death… the Church has a responsibility and ministry to the rest of creation. Earth and Its natural creation Is anxiously waiting for the Church to reach full maturity and come to full sonship. When the Church realizes its full sonship, its bodily redemption will cause a redemptive chain reaction throughout all of creation.”
(Bill Hamon, The Eternal Church, p.385)

“I see the great year of Jubilee, when we shall pass through the veil into the very Presence of the fullness of God, to be filled with this fullness and go forth proclaiming liberty to all of creation. Romans 8 calls this the “Manifestation of the Sons of God”, and Says the whole creation is groaning and crying for this day. …This is the ultimate anointing! This is the fullness of the Spirit! This is the Spirit without measure that Jesus had, spoken of in John 3:34, reserved until the end time for His Brethren!”
    (Bill Britton, Eagle Saints Arise)

“When the Sons of God are manifested. “The saints will take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever… the Sons of Yahweh, one like the Son of man – not the lonely and blessed Yahshua of Nazareth alone, but the complete body of sons – Yahweh’s masterpiece of the ages, the body of Yahshua, the house not made with hands – My Father’s house of many mansions, each one whether individually or collectively ‘An habitation of Yahweh through the Spirit”…these sons of Yahweh are indeed the ‘One like the Son of man.”
    (George Hawtin, New Beginnings)

“In them days it was God in a man, His Son, Jesus Christ. …It was God In Christ, God, in a man, the fullness of the Godhead bodily In a man. God, in a man; now, it’s God in men. See? The fullness of God in the Godhead bodily in His entire Church, manifesting Himself, fulfilling His Word.”
(William Branham, The Mighty God Unveiled Before Us, p.20)

They also deny a rapture in the classic sense. Some replace it with individual raptures, a collective transformation to immortality on earth, or none at all.

“the doctrine of the Rapture was a great and effective ruse of the enemy to implant in the Church a retreat mentality … already this yoke has been cast off by the majority in the advancing church, and it will soon be cast off by all.”
(Rick Joyner, The Harvest 1989 /1990 revised booklet, p.121)

    The Bible Teaches:

This whole teaching is based on a distortion of Romans 8:19. They falsely believe that some will obtain immortality by incarnating Christ before he returns….

“For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body. For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?” – Romans 8:19-24

Creation is not waiting for ‘us’ to be glorified, but it is groaning together ‘with us’ for that time when “creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption”. Creation awaits the removal of the ‘Curse of Futility’, the sin placed upon it by God from the Fall of Adam. We also wait for the adoption and the redeeming of the body.

“For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself.” –Philippians 3:20-21

“For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words.”
    – 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

“Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption. Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: ‘Death is swallowed up in victory’.”
    – 1 Corinthians 15:50-54

“And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, ‘Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven’.”
    – Acts 1:10-11

It is Jesus Christ who will restore the kingdom when He appears and changes us, not some separate event. We earnestly and patiently wait for Him because we cannot accomplish it on our own.

“so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.”
    – Hebrews 9:28

“And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.” – Romans 16:20

“Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.” – 1 Corinthians 15:24-26

There is no Scriptural support that Paul who was the least of the apostles, or any other apostle ever went beyond servanthood by attaining sonship. The Scriptures teach that we are servants (Galatians 3:10), friends (John 15:14-15), and sons (1 John 3:1). The manifestation of the sons of God will take place when Jesus comes back, when we see Him, when we are made like Him, and when, at last we will be the kind of people we’ve longed to be.

“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
    – Romans 8:14

“Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him. Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.” – 1 John 3:1-3

    Hi

I have discovered another possible Angus Buchan “kid on the block”. His name is David Hathaway. He seems to be of the same stock as Angus but from Britain. Does anybody have information regarding the accuracy of his miraculous claims. His latest claim is that thousands of unbelieving Jews attended his meetings in Israel and 500 gave their lives to Jesus. Is this true or exaggerated.

It seems that only his Organisation’s website have reported this story. Like Angus Buchan I cannot find evidence outside his site. I checked out his biography and found that he travels with John Osteen of Word Faith and preaches in Catholic Cathedrals. I listened to one of his videos in which he states that Babylon (in Book of Revelation) refers to Berlin of today and that Mystery Babylon is Islam (as far as I could tell). Never does he suggest that the prophesies refer to the RC. From this evidence it appears that he is supportive of Rome ie ecumenical. Why would God give miracles to a man who supports that idolatrous religion? If any of his stories can be verified, which I doubt, doesn’t mean that his power is from God, does it?

I am amazed that some find it so easy to make mountains of mole hills. Christian Faith is sooooo simple and yet unbelievers put stumbling blocks in the way of others who wants to know about it. Angus Bucan may not be a learned theologian but he is a blessed child of God and we should listen to his simple messages of faith from God and heed what he says. Consider him and the fruit of his ministries. He speaks the truth.

  13. annatjie

Yes Annatjie, the Christian faith is soooooo simple and yet Angus Buchan can’t get it right. So what’s his problem?

  15. Hey Wickus!!!

I am so happy you found my blog. I was actually on your blog a few months ago and was going to post a comment but there was something wrong with my browser and I could not comment, in fact I could not comment on anyone’s blog – it was very frustrating. But you found me, so all’s well and ends well, YAY!

  16. Jannie says:

Deborah!Went on this Website for the first time today! You really have a lot of time on your hands to write ugly things about every man thats doing something for God! Shucks, Paul wasnt a qualified preacher! Mabe you shouldnt be reading the Bible if you are looking for men who went through a Bible school!!! You feed on negativety and get pleasure out of it! You have a big blind fold over your eyes and you are pretending to know the way and you are leading yourself (and your little support group thats helping you gossip about other men of God) astray! Rather pray for the people! But whats happening on this website and all the gossip thats happening here is wicked and filthy!!!! SIES!!!

  17. Jannie

Truth hurts hey! Wake up! I PRAY you see the truth.

    >> Shucks, Paul wasnt a qualified preacher!

Paul was the GREATEST APOSTLE OF THEM ALL. Take that book called the bible you have in your house somewhere and blow off the dust, open it up and start reading it, start in the NT, mkay? First read this:

    >> But whats happening on this website and all the gossip thats happening here is wicked and filthy!!!! SIES!!!

Discernment and gossip are TWO DIFFERENT things. You would know this if you read the bible.

  18. Burning Lamp says:

Jannie, could you please explaine what “SIES!” are?

I assume you meant “LIES!” You are calling Deborah and everyone else who questions false teaching a LIAR?
If that is what you meant, may the Lord open your blind spiritual eyes. Walking in darkness is dangerous to your spiritual health as the enemy has laid many traps for the unwary. Deborah is trying to serve the Lord by shining the light of truth for which you are condemning her. Think about it.

  19. BL

Actually SIES is Afrikaans for ‘disgusting’. But I would not be surprised if Jannie believed me to be a liar.

  20. Jannie says:

Ja sies!!! I looked up the definition of gossip, then discernment. Went through the website again… I saw a little bit of discernment, and a whole lot of gossip. Come on people, when last did you go out and tell the world about a saviour that loves them and forgives them? When last did you pray for the sick? Take a chill pill. We can never convince people that they are wrong. These people that you are condeming are not rapists, murderers, fornicators, pedafiles, etc… these men are trying to make a difference! You can say what you like, Angus Buchan has been used by God, and this country has been healed from a lot of wrong…. Families came togethor, racism ended people fell in love with Jesus again. Rather take the time off from your computers and do something for God rather! When Saul was persecuting the church, Jesus asked him, “Why are you persecuting ME?” Not refering to the church but Himself! Be careful with your discerment that you dont gossip and persecuting Jesus! Anyway like I said, Its very hard to convince someone that they are wrong… Gave it a shot! Trust your eyes will open, and i ask forgiveness if i offended anyone!

  21. Oh boy… you had to look up the definition of discernment? Oh boy. If you don’t know what discernment is then you don’t have the Holy Spirit abiding in you Jannie. Because the Holy Spirit IS DISCERNMENT. Did you read that article I asked you to read?

    >> When Saul was persecuting the church, Jesus asked him, “Why are you persecuting ME?” Not refering to the church but Himself

Have you got an issue with Paul or something? First you say he was the most uneducated of the lot and now you refer back to when he was persecuting Christians. What’s the deal with this?

Oh I get it, you are comparing Angus Buchan to Paul. Wow.

  22. Jannie says:

  23. Burning Lamp says:

Jannie, I know Deborah has a burden for the lost and that is one reason why she does this blog – so the lost won’t be led into a pit! As for myself, I spend the equivalent of 6 months a year both domestically and on the foreign mission field in evangelism. Not tooting my horn, but felt the need to answer your insinuations that those who post here don’t care about reaching people for Jesus. But we do it in the right way, with the Word of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit, not by the efforts of mere men.

  24. Robbie says:

Jannie, next word – “DECEIT” and see how easily one mixes “discerning” with “gossip”.

But if you have scripture… even better

  25. Sheugnet says:

I would like to get back to the whole manifestation of the sons of God – business. The manifestation of the sons of God will NEVER come to pass through human effort. That will happen ONLY when Jesus Christ returns to set up His kingdom on earth. We cannot do it for Him. He will do it Himself.

  26. Jeremy says:

I would humbly ask that everyone re-evaluate the criticisms they are bringing against others who claim to be brothers and sisters in Christ, such as Angus Buchan. The apostle Paul advised us to do all things in humility, having the very attitude of Christ in considering others as more important than ourselves. Even if Angus Buchan or Paul Cain are deceived, which I do not know because I am not very familiar with them nor do I personally know them, we should lovingly and humbly pray for them to be delivered from deception, not openly criticize them and do so behind their backs. Also, none of us have the full revelation of all that is in Christ- we all “see dimly, as through a mirror” (1 Cor. 13). Perhaps their understanding of the manifestation of the sons of God is not exactly correct, but that doesn’t mean they can’t be blood-bought brothers and sisters in Christ. Isa. 58 tells us to “Remove the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger, and speaking wickedness.” The Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 4, “Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, that it may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.” I understand we must judge and know others by their fruit as Jesus told us to, and we should test those who make claims about themselves as being “apostles” etc. as the Early Church did, but even if we do so and find someone to be false, shouldn’t we pray for them and “with gentless correct those who are in opposition, if perhaps God may grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth…”? (2 Tim. 2:25) When we speak against others behind their backs, isn’t that slander? Aren’t we supposed to have a charitable Spirit and love which “COVERS a multitude of sins?” Unless you have personally sent these blogs and messages to Angus Buchan and others that are talked about in these comments with your allegations that they are false teachers, are you not slandering them behind their backs? That sort of thing grieves the Holy Spirit and goes against the Scriptures.

I plead with you to repent in any way you have wronged others in this way, and instead pray for them and gently correct them personally.

Also, when it comes to the manifestation of the sons of God, true it won’t be complete until we receive our glorified bodies, but we do have a measure of the Spirit of God which now leads us into sonship by which we cry, “Abba! Father!” as His sons. I believe that there is a greater anointing in the Holy Spirit to display some of this manifestation as His sons- sons who are bondservants- here on earth. Men such as John Wesley, Charles Finney, Smith Wigglesworth, Sundar Singh and the Apostles of the early Church walked in this kind of anointing, and I believe there are brothers and sisters in Christ such as Paul Dhinakaran, Heidi Baker, Surprise Sithole, Brother Yun and probably others that I do not know of that are walking in a similar anointing of the Holy Spirit today.

Please, before you speak out against such people, research their lives and the fruit of their lives first, go spend time with them (for those I have mentioned that are still alive,) and truly give them a chance before you label them as false teachers. I will say about Angus Buchan, even though I don’t know him, that every time I see him he seems to be full of joy, peace, love, and faith. Doesn’t the Bible in Galatians tell us that “nothing counts but faith expressing itself through love,” and that the kingdom of God is “righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit?”

Again, I don’t personally know Angus Buchan or walk with him to see his daily life, but seeing these things in his words and actions when I see him on t.v., I wouldn’t be so quick to judge him and say he’s not a Christian and just a false teacher. I would also say the same about Benny Hinn. I never fail to feel the presence of God when I see him minister, and I detect joy, peace, love and other fruits of the Spirit coming from him whenever I see him on t.v.

And again, even if I’m wrong and they ARE false teachers, we should be praying for them or gently correcting them in person and not criticizing them behind their backs. Whatever we do to those around us, we have done it to Christ. The Holy Spirit is grieved when we slander others- whether they be unbelievers, false teachers, etc. They are all people that God has made in His image that we are to love and bless, not slander. If we confront others for wrong actions or teaching, we are supposed to do it in person or in union with the Spirit in prayer, with love and gentleness, with the fruit of the Holy Spirit, and in the power of the Spirit of love. Please repent and ask God to forgive you if you have taken part in anything on here that doesn’t glorify Him.

Lastly, I would like to say one thing about William Branham’s quote about the fullness of God living inside of His Church- genuine Christians- as “God in men.” This is completely Biblical. Through the Holy Spirit we have “Christ in us, the hope of glory” as Col. 1:27 says. Just read John 17:23 and you will see that if Christ lives in us, then the Father also lives in us, because Jesus said “I in them, and Thou in me.” When He said, “Thou in me,” He was speaking of the Father. If Christ lives in us through the Holy Spirit, and the Father lives in Christ as Jesus says He does in John 17:23, then in an incredible way, we have the whole Trinity indwelling us! This is only possible because as the Bible says, “God is Spirit.” Also, if Jesus lives in us by the Holy Spirit, and “in Him all the fullness of the Godhead dwells in bodily form, and in Him [we] have been made complete..” as the Bible says in Col. 2:9-10, then all the fullness of God dwells in us corporately and individually as His Holy Spirit-indwelled Church. I believe this is what William Branham was talking about, and it appears to be completely Biblical.

I can’t wrap my brain around it, and neither can anyone else, which is perhaps why Paul calls it a “mystery” in Col. 1:27, but who are we to argue against God’s Word just because we can’t fully wrap our minds around it? Let’s just believe and receive and walk in our inheritance as Holy Spirit controlled and filled sons of God, who manifest the love of God and our adoption as sons in God (although not the fullness of it that includes glorified bodies )on this earth through the Spirit of Christ- Christ who is the fullness of God!!!

    Hallelujah!!!!

    >>>Lastly, I would like to say one thing about William Branham’s quote about the fullness of God living inside of His Church- genuine Christians- as “God in men.” This is completely Biblical.<<<

You see Jeremy, that is the devil's oldest trick (since Gen3:5) to mix truth with error. Branham is an expert here.
Ratpoison = 99,9% good food and 0.1%poison. It kills.

  28. Dion says:

Dear Jeremy, I note from your comments that you are genuinely compassionate about caring for others. However, I also cannot help but notice your ignorance on the very matter you’re trying to warn others about. I’m not going to write a book here, don’t worry. What I am going to do is to suggest you go down on your knees and ask God to help you get to know His Word when you STUDY it (not read it.., STUDY it) and that God would help you see the deception that lies in the message brought by Angus,Branham,Power, and so many others. My request to you my brother is that you get to know what you’re talking about BEFORE you may wish to admonish others. You can only do this effectively if you know your Bible which unfortunately you do not seem to at this point….

  29. Natasha says:

Jesus once asked me when I face disappointment and confusion with the church, “Do you want to love me with your whole heart? Love my church!”

I agree with Jeremy. This site is not beating in the same rhythm as the heart of God! It is not doctrine that bind us together but love! This site is nothing more but becoming “as sounding brass or a tinkling cymbal” it has and shows no love.(1Cor 13) Why on earth are we picking on brothers and sister in Christ. No-one is perfect or has a perfect message and God uses the foolishness of preaching. I believe that everyone who confesses Jesus as Lord and Saviour is my brother and sister in Christ and WE OUGHT TO COVER ONE ANOTHER, not expose one another. You purify yourself by learning to love like this. If we love Jesus we should be loving one another it’s the only real proof that you love God (1Peter 1:22/Col 3:14/Prov 10:12/ 1Cor 13:1-13/) 1Jo 2:4 “He who says, I have known Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him”. What is His commandments? Love God and Love your brother.

1Jo 2:4 He who says, I have known Him, and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
1Jo 2:5 But whoever keeps His Word, truly in this one the love of God is perfected. By this we know that we are in Him.
1Jo 2:6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk even as He walked.
1Jo 2:7 Brothers, I do not write a new commandment to you, but an old commandment which you had from the beginning. The old commandment is the Word which you have heard from the beginning.
1Jo 2:8 Again, I write a new commandment to you, which thing is true in Him and in you, because the darkness is passing away, and the true Light now shines.
1Jo 2:9 He who says he is in the light and hates his brother is in darkness until now.
1Jo 2:10 He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no offence in him.
1Jo 2:11 But he who hates his brother is in darkness, and walks in darkness, and does not know where he is going, because darkness has blinded his eyes.

Luk 6:35 But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return. And your reward shall be great, and you shall be the sons of the Highest. For He is kind to the unthankful and to the evil.
Luk 6:36 Therefore be merciful, even as your Father is merciful.
Luk 6:37 Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you shall be forgiven.
Luk 6:38 Give, and it shall be given to you,(THIS IS NOT TALKING ABOUT MONEY BUT JUDGING, CONDEMING, FORGIVING) good measure pressed down and shaken together and running over, they shall give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you measure, it shall be measured to you again.

    – this site is not based on Biblical principles. Calling Cobus a liar instead of covering a suffering fellow Christian who is battling a awful illness is so short sighted. We cannot as mere human beings know exactly what is going on in his life. Who are we to judge. Calling our brothers and sisters deceived and their works false is demonic and blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. A church divided against itself will not stand!!

I use to enjoy this web site exposing the world, its media, cults and satan. I enjoy it when the devil is exposed and the carpet taken out from under him but this web page seems to be more interested in harming its own, our brothers and sisters in Christ. Jesus builds the church and is the head of the church, We should trust Him to know what He is doing, we have no business trying to control it blinded by our own arrogance claiming to have all the right answers and everyone else is wrong. This is a sign of cultism. The devil us using this web page to take the focus from what is really happening out there – we are on the edge of a new world order – this site is causing confusion amongst ourselves. The oldest trick in the world which is not mixing truth with error Robbie, but causing us to ask ourselves, “Did God really say…” The oldest trick in the world is to cause us to doubt Gods word and this site promote that.

Please do not ignore this warning – What you dish out will come back pressed down, shaken together, and running over. They shall give into your bosom
    In Love
    Natasha
