Angus Buchan sets aside God’s Doctrines to achieve Peace and Unity in South Africa

IT’S TIME – AGAIN (Pretoria)
Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed: For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds. (2 John 1:9-11).

Angus Buchan – In the spate of just a few months, several major religious events have already or are going to be staged throughout the world where some of the biggest heavyweights in religious and political circles will flex their spiritual muscles to make the world a better place and perhaps even usher in the Kingdom of Peace, so they think.

A religious, or shall we rather say, a spiritual blitzkrieg is currently set loose on the world in the field of conferences, seminars, prayer meetings, congresses, symposiums, and consultations of which the battle cry is, PEACE THROUGH UNITY.

On the “Lucis Trust” site that promotes Alice Bailey’s books, formerly known as “Lucifer Trust,” entitled “World Goodwill, Goodwill is Love In Action,” the necessity for a cycle of conferences is explained as follows:

“Today, in the planning now going forward in connection with the various international conferences and councils…the spiritual effort (for the first time in human history) is to bring all of them, as functioning groups, under the direct impact of the energy which motivates and actuates that place where the Will of God is known and the purposes of divinity are defined and protected. This means that each of the coming world conferences (and there will necessarily be many) will have a greater and far more extensive effect than would otherwise be the case.”

World Goodwill’s Cycle of Conferences project is a worldwide meditation group that joins together in a visualization to help spiritually enlighten the atmosphere on which world conferences vital to humanity’s spiritual progress depend

https://www.lucistrust.org/world_goodwill/world_goodwill_homepage/cycle_conferences

Therefore, it is no surprise that most of these conferences are based on spiritual experiences, either in the realm of miracles, signs, and wonders, or mystical experiences in the realm of meditation, contemplative or centering prayer and visualization (Eastern and Christianized Shamanism), rather than on the preaching of the Word of God and the correct interpretation of his doctrines.

Oom Angus boldly states “At Shalom, we have the saying, ‘One genuine miracle equals one thousand sermons.’” (Source).   No, Oom Angus, you are totally and completely wrong for God says, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” (Romans 10:17).

Jesus Christ very severely rebuked those who are forever craving to experience miracles, signs, and wonders when He said, “A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.” (Matthew 16:4). It follows that the conferences, meetings and church services where signs and wonders are so vigorously sought after are wicked congregations organized by wicked false teachers.

38th World Religions Conference

On 16 September 2018, the 38th World Religions Conference was held in the Humanities Theatre, Hagey Hall, Waterloo University with the theme, “Experiencing God.” As would have been expected the attendees hung on the lips of their gurus who have learned to worship the new 21st Century God called His Holiness Ecumenism.

On their official website, they quote some of their most eminent gurus whose ecumenism has become road signs of death leading to a false peace and unity, and the inevitable destruction mentioned in 1 Thessalonians 5:3, not only among the wide variety of pagan religions but most of all among the gullible Laodicean Christians who are more concerned about experiencing God through miraculous signs and wonders than sound biblical doctrine (2 Timothy 4:3; Matthew 13:22; Matthew 16:4; Matthew 7:21-23).

The Promised Muslim Messiah, Hadhrat Ahmad, is quoted as saying:

“This (interfaith harmony) is the most attractive and peace-giving principle. It provides the basis for reconciliation among nations and promotes better moral conduct. It teaches us to believe in the truth of all the prophets, wherever they might have appeared…”

Mahatma Ghandi said:

Our innermost prayer should be that a Hindu should be a better Hindu, a Muslim a better Muslim, a Christian a better Christian. I broaden my Hinduism by loving other religions than my own…. All religions are true” (Mahatma Gandhi – “Sacred Longings”)

Mother Teresa made the same lie popular in the Christian community when she said:

“I love all religions, but I am in love with my own. If people become better Hindus, betterMuslims, better Buddhists by our acts of love, then there is something else growing there.” And another occasion: “There is only one God and He is God to all; therefore it is important that everyone is seen as equal before God.

I’ve always said we should help a Hindu become a better Hindu, a Muslim become a better Muslim, a Catholic become a better Catholic. We believe our work should be our example to people. We have among us 475 souls – 30 families are Catholics and the rest are all Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs—all different religions. But they all come to our prayers.”

“In Yemen, which is a Muslim country, I asked one of the rich people to build a Masjid (mosque)there. People needed a place to pray, I said to him. They are all Muslim brothers and sisters. They need a place where they can meet God.”

One of South Africa’s own and foremost Kingdom-NOW protagonists, apart from the parrot-prophet Jannie Pelser, who reveres Mother Teresa more than Jesus Christ, STEPHAN JOUBERT, has said on occasion:

Stephan Joubert 1
Stephan Joubert: Jesus did not come to earth to destroy the works of the devil. JESUS CAME TO BRING THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Joubert: Jesus came to the earth, and friends, make no mistake, He did not come to do battle with the devil. The devil is not that important. Jesus did not come to earth, as I read in a book the other day, to destroy the works of the devil.

“The “book,” he said he had read must have been the Bible because it is the only book that contains the original quote from Jesus Christ’s own lips when He said:

Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God and NOT Stephan Joubert made of dust and ash: “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose, the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3:8).

Stephan Joubert’s statement is a denial of the power of the cross of Jesus Christ because it was there, on the cross, where He whipped Satan and his demons. Have you read this stern warning in a “book” yet, Mr. Stephan Joubert? — “For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness, but unto us which are saved it is the power of God” (1 Corinthians1:18)].

Joubert: The devil just did not have that stature in heaven so that theLord had to deem it necessary to come here and to do battle with him. “The devil,” said Martin Luther, “is like a wretched fly circling Jesus’ head the whole time.”

According to Stephan Joubert, it was Satan’s stature – big or small – that determined whether God’s Son would do battle with him to destroy his evil works. Had he been of a stature big and worthy enough to be taken on in battle with Jesus Christ, He would have been obliged to destroy his works. However, having been valued with no stature, according to Stephan Joubert, God deemed it absolutely pointless to do battle with the devil. What are the works of Satan? It can be summed up with one word – SIN.

It is no surprise that Stephan Joubert who candidly denies that Jesus came to the earth to destroy the works of the devil, would rather quote Martin Luther than the great apostle Paul who characterized Satan correctly when he said, “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” (2Corinthians 4:4).]

Joubert: Jesus came to bring the Kingdom of God. That’s what Jesus came to do, to proclaim his Father’s Kingdom; to win back for his Father the Kingdom that has declined into sin and death. He did not come to fight the devil in the first place, and also not in the second place.

Wherever He encountered the devil standing in the way of the Kingdom, Jesus unceremoniously knocked him out of the way. Jesus brings the Kingdom of God – Mark 1:15, Matthew 4:17 – repent because the Kingdom of God is here.

(Satan Exposed – Stephan Joubert).

Jannie Pelser is on record saying similar hard and blasphemous things against God (Psalm 94:4).

Jannie-Pelser_thumb.jpg
Jannie Pelser: Jesus did not come to save peoples’ souls. JESUS CAME TO ESTABLISH GOD’S DOMINION ON EARTH.

I challenge you to show me where Jesus commanded people to make sure they are going to heaven. Show me a single instance where Jesus commanded us to make sure people are going to heaven? Our assignment is to go and tell people that heaven has already arrived on earth and is gradually growing in this world. [DTW Comment: This is the kind of garbage that begins to ooze from your lips when you’ve visited the shaman T.B. Joshua and have since fallen into the rotten sewage hole of contemplative spirituality].

And you and I, my, our calling are to manifest God’s approaching glory on earth and not to focus peoples’ eyes on a pie in the sky when you die whilst the world around us is perishing in its daily struggle to survive. It is a wrong understanding of the Gospel. . . .

Jesus did not come to save peoples’ souls. Jesus came to establish God’s dominion on earth. His death on the cross and his resurrection represent the decisive victory of God’s power of love over all the violence in this world.

(From a Good Friday Sermon Jannie Pelser delivered on 29 April 2012 on KykNet TV).

These quotes are just a few examples of how deeply the Spirit of Antichrist has already permeated and poisoned the minds of church leaders who call themselves Christians and followers of Christ, and how the same spirit is empowering the lost and professing Christians to organize and present a multitude of conferences throughout the world to promote Satan’s Kingdom-NOW agenda.

They name the Name of Jesus, but in vain, when they misrepresent Him in such a heinous way. Had they really known and followed Him, as they claim to be doing, they would have known and preached his own words, “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.” (1 John 3:8) and “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” (Luke 19:10). Woe to them!

One of the most astounding phenomena of these demonically inspired conferences is that church leaders who in the past avoided any kind of fellowship with heretics, as they themselves labeled them, are now openly and publicly embracing one another to bring justice to a morally corrupt world.

Proclaim 19

Who would have dreamed that a staunch Calvinist like John McArthur would be willing to grace the stage with Rick Warren whose views and ideas he sternly rebuked in some of the articles he had written to expose Warren’s book “THE PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE?” The Apostle John’s warning in 2 John 9-11 seems to have slipped his mind. However, their new-found friendship is not so mystifying as one may have thought because both of them are Calvinists, and, as you may already know, all Calvinists are going to heaven because they are the elect of God. So, why not embrace one another here on earth in anticipation of their heavenly encounter in heaven one day?

Lo and behold, they will be doing just that at the PROCLAIM 19 CONGRESS to be held at Anaheim, California from March 24-29, 1919.  (Source)  The enigma of John MacArthur appearing at the same venue as Rick Warren who openly endorses mystics like John of the Cross and Teresa of Avila, deepens when MacArthur’s apparent rebuke of mystics like Richard Foster and Dallas Willard in an interview with Phil Johnson, gives one the impression that double-talk is not such a big issue with either one of them.

Rick Warren and Angus Buchan, not unlike the late Billy Graham, are more than willing to work together with all shades, shapes and forms of Christianity, including the Roman Catholic Church, to bring about unity in the Body of Christ, as they say. TBN (Trinity Broadcasting Network) has consistently supported and broadcasted some of Angus Buchan’s Mighty Men Conferences. Does that automatically make Angus Buchan a heretic? No, but it does indict him as a man who is willing to be a partaker of many heretics’ evil deeds for the sake of unity, peace, safety and brotherhood. (2 John 9-11).

Whenever Jesus visited the synagogue he never partnered or sought unity with the religious hierarchy. He openly and resolutely rebuked them for their idolatry, disobedience, deceit, and harlotry. Nowadays, every Tom, Dick, and Harry from whatever heretical Christian denomination imaginable is welcome to attend the many 21st Century open-air synagogues of Satan to pray together for peace, harmony, and unity, and bedamned with Jesus Christ’s doctrines. All these so-called Christian events have one thing in common, and that is to prepare their followers to accept the global thrust toward a one world ecumenism.

Angus Buchan: God’s Divine Numerologist

If there is one person on this earth who can accurately predict numbers even before they actually come together in a group or crowd of people, it is Angus Buchan. Someone recently sent me a WhatsApp message promoting a grandiose meeting in Pretoria from 25 to 28 October where Oom (Uncle) Angus will be the main speaker. The message begins as follows:

5 Million at Pretoria Prayer Gathering – biggest in SA’s history?

Country has to unite NOW!

For arguably the single biggest event ever held in South Africa, organizers for the It’s Time mass prayer meeting on 27 October 2018 in Pretoria are preparing for a crowd of 5 million.

In addition to the involvement of individuals, churches, and businesses, 300 community leaders from Mamelodi gathered last week and committed to mobilize a million residents from Mamelodi alone. They are planning to walk to the event venue.

“Never in South Africa’s history has there been a greater need for people to unite, says the gathering’s visionary, Angus Buchan. Peace is fragile, the economy and business confidence are down adversely affecting job opportunities, the poor are becoming poorer, uncertainty and unrealistic demands are emerging, racism is more prevalent and South Africans are punch drunk as a result of fraud and corruption. The planned venue is the Rhino Park Airfield just outside Pretoria East.

Whatsapp message

History has shown again and again that mankind’s efforts to unite has never been successful. In fact, it cannot possibly succeed for the simple reason that man’s endeavors are like trying to stop a 250 000-pound locomotive with a single straw. They are doing, as the Psalmist says, a vain thing in their counsel together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying “Let us break apart their [divine] bands [of restraint] And cast away their cords [of control] from us.” (Psalm 2:3). The cords of control are God’s inalienable biblical doctrines which Uncle Angus Buchan wants to set aside for the sake of unity.

The mustering of a crowd of 5 million people is certainly pretty, pretty impressive, I should think. The huge number of people assembled together in one place may indeed be the biggest in South African history. Nevertheless, whatever we may think of such a colossal event has absolutely no value, no value whatsoever. What counts is God’s views of an event where 5 million people of every religious shade, shape and form, regardless of whatever they believe and whatsoever doctrinal views they may uphold, come together to unite in prayer, purpose and goal, the purpose, of course, being PEACE AND UNITY.

Angus Buchan: We should put our petty doctrines aside and come together as a nation, no matter what your belief is.

Having heard Oom Angus being on record saying that we should put our petty doctrines aside (2 John 9-11) and come together as a united people for the sake of peace, safety, and security in our beloved country, it is no surprise that he boastfully makes a big hullabaloo about the huge number of people who allegedly are going to attend his meeting, and the wonderful unity it supposedly is going to bring about.

False prophets love to parrot one another. Angus Buchan sounds just like Pope Francis who said:

“Our differences must not be excuses. Even now we can walk in the Spirit: We can pray, evangelize and serve together. This is possible, and it is pleasing to God! Walking, praying and working together: This is the great path that we are called to follow. And this path has a clear aim, that of unity. The opposite path, that of division, leads to conflict and breakup.”

(Source).

The question remains: What does God think of Angus Buchan’s meetings and the magical unity it allegedly fosters among people of every religious and spiritual shade, shape or form? I can assure you without the slightest doubt that the God of the Bible is not impressed with huge meetings to bring about unity, peace and security, and I have a solid base on which to prove it. That foundation is Jesus Christ who said:

Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and twoagainst three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son againstthe father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against themother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in lawagainst her mother in law. (Luke 12:51-53).

Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to sendpeace, but a sword. (Matthew10:34).

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape. (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

Motives play an extremely important role in God’s economy of peace, safety and security. Wrong motives will never move God’s hand because it circumvents his own motives for peace, safety and security, which is that his Truth, established in his doctrines, ought to prevail in the world. His truth, and his Truth alone, sets people free and not a kind of artificial global unity that joins people together under one huge umbrella of a false peace, a false love and a false unity.

This is not of God and does not in any which way possible represent the Saviour, Jesus Christ, of the Bible but a false Messiah called ANTICHRIST, THE MAN OF SIN, THE SON OF PERDITION, THE LAWLESS ONE, THE BEAST, THE BLOODY AND DECEITFUL MAN, THE WICKED ONE, THE MAN OF THE EARTH, THE MIGHTY MAN, {sounds familiar, doesn’t it?) THE ENEMY, THE ADVERSARY, THE HEAD OVER MANY COUNTRIES, THE VIOLENT MAN, THE SPOILER, THE NAIL, THE BRANCH OF THE TERRIBLE ONE, THE LITTLE HORN, THE PRINCE THAT SHALL COME, THE VILE PERSON, and THE IDOL SHEPHERD.

If you still do not know who this is, do yourself a favour and study the book of Daniel and highlight the words in chapter 8.

And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand. (Daniel 8:24-25).

ecumenism-pope
One World Religion – Peace in Unity

Don’t be deceived by the honeysuckled words of preachers like Angus Buchan when they plead for unity devoid of divine doctrine. The Jesuit Pope Francis is doing the very same. “The Lord asks us for unity; our world, torn apart by all too many divisions that affect the most vulnerable, begs for unity,”   Pope Francis told top representatives of the World Council of Churches during a prayer service at its headquarters in Geneva soon after his arrival on June 21.

Gerard O’Connell, a reporter of “America, the Jesuit Review” continues to say,

“Throughout his pontificate, Francis has sought to advance the cause of Christian unity more by concrete actions—such as the visit today—than by theological discussion. He is convinced that progress to Christian unity can be achieved by “walking, praying and working together” as expressed by [the] motto chosen for his visit.”

Sound familiar? He may as well have said “we need to put our petty doctrines aside” instead of “advance the cause of Christian unity more by concrete actions . . . than by theological discussion.” Jesus never said, “Go into all the world and promote the cause of unity through walking, praying and working together.” Christians ought to know what He meant when He said, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations [help the people to learn of Me, believe in Me, and obey My words (doctrines], . . . (Matthew 28:19a, Amplified Bible).

The making of disciples cannot possibly bear fruit when you dare to put God’s truth (doctrines) aside. Instead, you are making proselytes twofold more the children of hell than yourself. (Matthew 23:15). Biblical doctrinal truths cannot do otherwise but cause division among people. We have already heard this from the lips of the essence of Truth, Jesus Christ, who said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” (John 14:6).

If this is true, then we dare not associate Jesus of Nazareth, the One who did not come to bring peace but division, with the false unity the Jesuit Pope Francis and Angus Buchan want to accomplish by “walking, praying and working together” in a cloud of unknowing and bereft of biblical doctrine. It follows that their unifying Jesus must be another Jesus who is leading millions astray and possibly into an eternity in hell (2 Corinthians 11:1-4). Hopefully, some would see the dangers Angus Buchan’s and the Jesuit Pope’s meetings proffer them and urge them to come out from among them without delay (Revelation 18:4).

Readers who are interested in learning more about the appalling history and ecumenical goals of the WCC (World Council of Churches), this article by M.H. Reynolds is a must. The WCC website “World Council of Churches, A worldwide fellowship of churches seeking unity, a common witness and Christian service lists the churches in SA that are closely in cahoots with the WCC.

Although there is no evidence that Angus Buchan and his Mighty Men Conferences have any direct ties with the World Council of Churches, his affiliation with the Roman Catholic Church and their goals to establish a false unity, is promoted publicly and openly.

. . . when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness (Isaiah 26:9)

The reasons given for South Africans to unite and repent at colossal meetings have instilled within themselves compromising elements of bargaining with God which is, to say the least, not kosher. It sounds something like this:

God, if we unite as a people by putting our petty differences (doctrinal issues) aside, come together as one nation against the heinous corruption, murders, rapes, injustices and political wrongs in our beloved country, and seek your face in repentance, you must hear our prayers and heal our land because you say, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

The very first sin the Pope of the Mighty Men clan needs to repent of is his brazen setting aside of sound biblical doctrine for the sake of peace and unity. (2 John 9-11). Has it ever occurred to Angus Buchan that the atrocious things that are running rampant from coast to coast in South Africa are the result of God’s anger and righteous judgments? Several passages from the Scriptures clearly attest to it.

For I do not want you to be unaware, believers, that our fathers were all under the cloud [in which God’s presence went beforethem] and they all passed [miraculously and safely] through the [Red] Sea; Andall [of them] were baptized into Moses [into his safekeeping as their leader]in the cloud and in the sea; and all [of them] ate the same spiritual food; andall [of them] drank the same spiritual drink, for they were drinking from aspiritual rock which followed them; and the rock was Christ. Nevertheless, God was not well-pleased with [c]most of them, for they were scattered along the ground in the wilderness [because their lack of self-control led to disobedience which led to death]. Now, these things [the warnings andadmonitions] took place as examples for us, so that we would not crave evil things as they did.

Now these things happened to them as an exampleand warning [to us]; they were written for our instruction [to admonish andequip us], upon whom the ends of the ages have come. (1 Corinthians 10:1-6, 11).

What this passage says, is: ‘Watch out! If you do the same things my people, the Israelites, have done to tempt me with their sins, waywardness, and idolatry, I will deal with you, in the same way, I dealt with them. You will not escape my righteous judgments which I will pour out upon you to teach you righteousness.’

Oom Angus is very keen to associate 2 Chronicles 7:14 with today’s believers in general and to deny that it was written exclusively for his people, the Jews. Yet, I have never heard him quote 1 Corinthians 10:1-6 which deals with God’s righteous judgments in the light of Israel’s idolatrous history.

History has shown that God’s judgments often fell upon Israel because their religious hierarchy led the people astray. It is one thing when the sheep sin but quite another kettle of fish when the shepherds lead their sheep astray because they themselves have been led astray by the angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14-15). The irony is that the sheep often give the shepherds the green light to lead them astray because they like to hear things that make them feel good. It is called “having itching ears.” (2 Timothy 4:3).

South Africa is fraught with spiritual leaders and guides, pastors and priests, laymen and self-appointed men and women who the masses revere and make a fuss of, even to the extent that some are literally applauded when they speak and deliver their sermons (a.k.a. Trevor Hudson). Jesus said:

Woe to you when all the people speak well of you and praise you, for their fathers used to treat the false prophets in the same way. (Luke 6:26; Amplified).

Wow! Five million woes? And why not, when Angus Buchan, in complete disobedience to God, bids people of all faiths to attend his  “It’s Time” prayer meeting in Pretoria on 27th October 2018? He explains his disobedience as follows:

“I want to appeal to people of all faiths, backgrounds, languages, and races to attend It’s Time in October. We have a challenging time ahead of us with the elections taking place next year, young people looking to go overseas in the midst of all the political uncertainty we are facing. I believe God has the power to solve all illness that stares us in the eyes. I call on everybody to join in our prayer, whether far or near, please we need this opportunity to build each other, pray together in order to pave our way into a better South Africa for future generations,”

https://rekordeast.co.za/182237/its-time-prayer-meeting-to-take-place-in-pretoria-angus-buchan/

Angus Buchan’s “It’s time” rallying cry to people of all faiths is not something new. The Theosophist, Alice Bailey, whose writings were inspired by the demon, Djwhal Khul, wrote:

It is time that the church woke up to its true mission, which is to materialize the kingdom of God on earth, today, here and now.… People are no longer interested in a possible heavenly state or a probable hell. They need to learn that the kingdom is here, and must express itself on earth … The way into that kingdom is the way that Christ trod. It involves the sacrifice of the personal self for the good of the world and the service of humanity …” (Alice Bailey, From Bethlehem to Calvary, Chapter Five – The Fourth Initiation, The Crucifixion)

“[T]here is a group of human beings, integrating now … upon whom is laid the burden of leading humanity. They are starting movements that have in them the new vibration, they are saying things that are universal in their tone, they are enunciating principles that are cosmic, they are inclusive and not exclusive, they do not care what terminology a man uses; they insist that a man shall keep his own inner structure of truth to himself and not impose it on anyone else … they demonstrate the universal light, they are servers …

“[T]hey are tied by no dogmas or doctrines because they have the word which has come to them in the dark, which they have wrought out for themselves in the strife and stress of their own souls. They meet the need of their fellow men, and theirs is the message of Christ, ‘A new commandment I give you that you love one another.’…

“‘A new commandment I give you’ can be summed up in ‘inclusiveness’, the hallmark of the New Age, the universal spirit, identification, oneness with all your fellowmen.…” (Alice Bailey & Djwhal Khul, The Labors of Hercules –Labor XII, Lecture by A.A.B. – 1936, (Caux, Switzerland: Netnews Association and/or its suppliers, 2002)

“Love, brotherhood, cooperation, service, self-sacrifice, inclusiveness, freedom from doctrine, recognition of divinity – these are the characteristics of the citizen of the kingdom, and these still remain our ideals.” (Alice Bailey, From Bethlehem to Calvary, Chapter Seven – Our Immediate Goal, The Founding of the Kingdom, (Caux, Switzerland: Netnews Association and/or its suppliers, 2002).

Have you noticed how Alice Bailey, whose books have been inspired by a demon (1 Timothy 4:1), also encouraged people to set aside biblical doctrines to accommodate the New Age objectives of peace, unity, and oneness?

The Same FILTHY Spirit

It is abundantly clear that the spirit which inspired Alice Bailey and is luring people away from sound biblical doctrine, and urging people of all faiths to come together and pray together at huge meetings (2 Timothy 4:3), all for the sake of love, unity, oneness and peace, is the very same filthy spirit enticing and energizing world leaders to embrace spiritual leaders of all faiths, and calling upon them to come together for interfaith prayers, dialogue and companionship.

Two major events which have been going on for many years to work toward these goals are The Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional religions and the World Parliament of religions. Christians who read this article ought to make a special effort to read the two links given above. It shows how deeply involved all churches have become in Satan’s plan to inaugurate a one-world religion (as we see from Alice Bailey’s and her demon, Djwhal Khul’s writings) and how intensely deep the end-time apostasy and deception have gained a foothold in the hearts of Christians.

For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold, and will turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into myths and man-made fictions [and will accept the unacceptable]. (2 Timothy 4:3-4).

It shows how nearer we’re getting to the Rapture.

Angus Buchan, Jannie Pelser, Stephan Joubert, Benni Hinn, Kenneth Copeland and all these other preachers want world peace but they want it on their humanist principles. They will go home after a conference and have a big spit braai or Big Mac or Kentucky Fried chicken, where God’s FIRST laws was Genesis 1: 29 in the Paradise (Eden) – no bloodshed of any earthling – DIET: plants, fruits, nuts & seeds. SIN (selfishness, hate, bitterness, selfish gain, lust) brought about a lust of the flesh.
The ONLY way peace will ever come is when ALL creation have the benefit of Jesus visitation, death and resurrection. He came to set ALL the captives free (including animals – lambs)
These false prophets WILL NEVER find peace in a humanist way (taking only interest in human affairs)
Jesus did not come to earth to establish religion He came to establish reconciliation in relationship with his Father with man which was broken down when Adam and Eve sinned. He came to SHOW us the character of his Father which is reflected in Genesis 1: 26-29.
If Christians are still fighting and bickering about religion and who is right and who is wrong, they are missing the point.

  4. Hi Martin.

Indeed, they are merely playing out what God has already said would happen thousands of years ago. I always say they are living proof that God’s prophecies are 100% correct. I saw on CNN news today that Russia is seeking closer ties with Saudi Arabia. Should we be surprised? I don’t think so. To my mind, it is the beginning of the alliance Russia is going to forge with Persia, Ethiopia, Libya, Germany, and Turkey in their bid to destroy Israel.

  5. Dear Elsje Parsons Massyn

It appears you worship mother earth and a thoroughbred vegan, so I hear. Tell me did Jesus Christ the Son of God eat meat?

Luke 24:41-43 41And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat? 42And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. 43And he took it, and did eat before them.

Jesus often ate meat. What about the story of Jesus multiplying fish and bread, not to mention the Passover lamb – this argues against vegetarianism. In a vision to the Peter, Jesus declared all foods to be clean, including animals (Acts 10:10-15). After the flood in Noah’s time, God gave humanity permission to eat meat (Genesis 9:2-3). God has never retracted this permission. We are not under law but under Grace.

If Jesus opposed the slaughter and consumption of animals, the New Testament tells nothing of it. Paul even warns against such doctrines of demons where we are supposedly required to abstain from God given food (1 Timothy 4:3). Then there’s the argument that Jesus called multiple fisherman away from their occupation of killing animals. No, this is not true, twice Jesus led His disciples to a catch so large that the nets nearly broke (John 21:5011). After Jesus Christ has risen He ate fish in front of the disciples (Luke 24:42,34), then He guided them in another massive catch, and had them bring the fish to eat with Him (John 21:9-12).

Are you calling Jesus Christ the Son of God (pre and Post resurrection) a sinner?

  6. Jon says:

Thank you for posting this article.
I recently watched a video on YouTube where students were asking Jews how they would know or recognise when the Messiah has arrived. It will give you shivers down your spine as you realise they are describing the anti-christ.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D8jf_PTSY_Y&index=20&list=WL&t=0s

What struck me when I read this article on Angus Buchan, is that how the Jews in this video describes the “messiah”, is very similar to the “ITS Time” message.

Some quotes from the video on how the Jews would recognise the Messiah:
    – “The Messiah is successful, bring world peace”
    – “Israel is recognised by the nations”
    – “different reality in the world, one of peace, real peace”
    – “People will understand the truth”
    – “Messiah is not a person, a reality, a better reality, a reality about peace, truth, brotherhood”
    – “We repair the world with your own hands”
    – We will know the god of the world”
    – “Everyone would live according to the Torah”
    – “When he arrives, we will know its him”

Notice the very similar message of peace and unity, creating a “different realty”: Dan 8:25 And through his policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart, and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he shall be broken without hand.

I had several discussion this week with both professing Christians and Atheists. The conversation this morning with an atheist/agnostic/everything except Christ, was more fruitful that my discussion with the professing Christian. The moment you criticize Angus (from scripture), it is as if you hit a brick wall. Sound doctrine are confused with religion, the moment you emphasise sound biblical doctrine, you are called “religious”.

Angus is very cunning in indoctrinating his followers. On a discussion on his facebook page after the first “Its time”, I was asking some of his followers questions pertaining to his teaching and his blatant contradiction of scripture, and I was repeatedly answered with “but God”. It turned out Angus instructed the attendees of the first “Its Time” to answer anybody who questions them with the phrase, “but God”. When I quoted 1 Peter 3:15 … and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: “ and that “but God” will not suffice, I was blocked from his page.

  7. Hi Jon, Thank you for your very insightful comment and the links you gave. Remember, “but God,” says:

“If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.” (Deu 13:1-4).

Fancy that! God is proving us to see whether we love Him with all heart, mind, and strength by allowing false teachers and prophets to come among us. Although Buchan does not say “let us go after other gods,” he does present another Jesus who is not concerned about sound doctrine but wants us to unite with all faiths.

  8. Ida Geyser says:

Dear DTW, thanks for another eye opening article. It has been known for some years now that Angus is on a mission to unite all churches and religions under the Roman Catholic pope. There are many articles published disclosing Angus’ mission and vision on accomplishing this by gathering the masses. I found it interesting that another heretic named Torben Sondergaard is also criticizing these mass meetings openly. See : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=za2nlAk-kbg

Sondergaard is of the State Lutheran Church who happens to hate the pope and the Romen Cathlics. They would rather die than unite, it seems.

Last week we were bombarded by church going Christians, mostly AFM church, who all on their way to Angus’ meeting, buses and taxi’s were organised from all around us. Even the Angus prayers were circulated on watss app, pleading for unity. Not explaining unity with who or what, just unity, calling us a “nation”. Now the forefather worshipers and the Muslims and Hindo’s and Romen Catholics are all one NATION in SA, according to Angus. Do we even have a say in this? As a Bible believer, am I not set apart and holy from the world and the “nation” ? Just saying… these masses might be going the broad way. Last night in the evening service we had a guest Pastor because the regular Pastor was at the Angus meeting. The guest Pastor was reminding us all the way…Angus said this… Angus said that….. did he forget the Name of the King of Kings?

  9. Johan du Toit says:

    Dear Tom,
Kindly comment on Donald Whitney’s take on Spiritual Disciplines…….it sounds so much like Richard Foster and/or Dallas Willard.
    Thank you kindly…johan

  10. Monnyane says:

I thank God for the sound doctrine or unadulterated Word… and for opening our eyes to false doctrines in our days.

  11. Mike Evans says:

    Very thorough article, Tom.
How shocking that a so-called minister would so openly contradict scripture and state that Christ did NOT come to destroy the works of the devil. That’s right up there with Copeland saying ‘the Cross wasn’t enough’, MacArthur saying you can be forgiven after taking the mark of the Beast and ‘ye shall NOT surely die’.
I perceive an interesting parallel between ‘Uncle Angus’ and ‘Dad Hagin’ (as many still call him). Both present this folksy old – family member – persona while they seduce the unwary with their poison. (Hagin is gone but still doing this via technology). I am reminded of the witch in Snow White who masquaraded as a sweet old lady when she gave out her apple. Jesus told us to call no man our spiritual father and I think this also goes for spiritual uncles.

  12. Hi Mike. You are absolutely right. That’s how Satan works as an angel of light – like a sweet old lady giving away yummy sweets, hugging one another with serpentine poison, smiling while they preach (like the false teachers at Mosaïek Church), shouting “Amen and amen,” etc. etc.

Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets. (Luk 6:26).

  13. Hi Johan. I don’t know much about Donald Whitney other than that he is a mystic and contemplative promulgator. I will have to do some research.

  14. Eva says:

    Good website. :hi:

  15. Please be careful says:

Yes there are certain names that you have mentioned that we need to ask for discernment regarding their teachings, but I am more worried about every article that you post. There is a lot of anger inside of the articles and in the wording. Yes, we should warn other believers about every possible sin that can and will cause their own desctruction, and the world wants everyone to believe that there is only just one God and that we need to be in unity regarding our religions. BUT we need to be very careful if we are answering out of what we ourselves have actually seen and heard the person say, in other words the fruit of their life or are we assuming and then answering according to our assumptions. For instance you are assuming that the book Stephan Joubert are referring to is his bible? What if its not his bible that he was referring to? If I see a young couple walking in the streets and holding their hands I can not go up to them and cast them to hell for sleeping together, I do not know, I am only assuming that’s whats happening due to what I see. But if I hear one of them speaking and saying for instance the other night I stayed over at my girlfriends house…yes that changes the picture because by the fruit that he just showed I can warn him and say friend, but do you not know that our bodies belong to Jesus and are the temple of God etc. Then I am not judging him, because I have seen the fruit in their lives, but please be very carefull for assuming something. The unity part of all the religions is not coincidence, its is exactly what Jesus prayed for before He was crucified. In John 17: 20-26 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me. THAT THEY MAY BE ONE AS WE ARE ONE!! Jesus own words and prayer to His Father, our Father. We as the bride of Jesus can not be on our own, we need to be in unity, one spirit, one mind one body, Ephesians 4. Jesus prayed for us to be in one accord in Him as He is in the Father so yes the world needs all the religions to become one, but we are at a time where Jesus also wants the same for His Bride in all of our actions, the ones currently with the law but without the Holy Spirit and His grace and the other side with His grace buit without His law. We need to become one in Him with His grace and His law, because its not abolished, Matthew 5:17-20 and Matthew 23:1-3 and Paul’s own words in Corithians when I am with a Jew and THAT law I am a Jew and when I am with a gentile without THAT law like a gentile, but I never leave the LAW OF CHRIST FOR IT IS GOOD. So you are correct that the enemy wants unity now for the anti-christ to come but the same is for the rest of us as believers in Jesus as our only true God. We walked far to Mitchells Plain for the prayer day with Angus and I can tell you one thing, he asks us to repent and that is what we did that day, our own prayers, to break the homosexuality in Cape Town, to forgive our ancestors regarding Free Masonry and forgive our shepherds for leading people astray regarding false doctrines and teachings, asking forgiveness and for His will to be here on earth and this is not incorrect, the Our Father prayer Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Here on earth we should be living as if He is already with us inside of us constantly, that is why celebrating His Feasts as stated in the bible is not being a Jew its rehearsing for what is to come. Zachariah 14 God says that the nations who will not come to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles will not receive rain, why if its abolished is it required in the New Jerusalem to come by God Himself? Please I pray that you will understand Jesus love for you completely in such a way that you do not fall prey as He says in Revelation 2:1-7 that we should forget His love,Nevertheless I have this against you, that you have left your first love. 5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the first works, or else I will come to you quickly and remove your lampstand from its place—unless you repent. 6 But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate. He is not talking about not loving Him, He is talking about forgetting how He still loved you and me before we had the awakening, when we were still drowning in all of our sins!! Yes we need to warn and have discernment but our prayers should be more in a love manner begging God that people will receive His revelation and repent while we still have time, our compassion for them should be much greater than for ourselves because we died to ourself through our baptism. Jesus always had compassion towards the crowds even if they just followed Him for the miracles and food, He still loved them. The same is for us, to still love that person even if they haven’t received the truth yet, only this way can we through our love for them show them the way of Jesus alone. Love before you correct, love before you judge, love first because I first loved you. Let love be the salt of My church that is a pleasing taste unto Me. Love Me first and love your neighbour as yourself because if you do not love you do not know Me because I AM Love. Love above all else. And I am not referring to the one world religion that is coming, I am referring to Jesus love, and you can ask Him to help you see as He sees, love as He loves. Religion is not of Jesus and that is why you will not find Him in the worlds ways. May He overwhelm you with His love, that you see what He sees, hear what He hears, love what He loves and hates what He hates.

  16. Your very last sentence proves that you don’t seem to understand God’s love. Indeed, it is imperative to understand what He hates in order to understand his love. So, let’s begin by listing some of the things He hates.

    1. He hates lies (the distortion and reduction or temperance of the force and effectiveness of his doctrines). Angus Buchan encourages Christians to put their differences aside for the sake of unity. He was referring, as he said, to petty doctrines. If what he said comes from God, it is the truth; If however, it is not inspired by God, it is a lie and must be rejected and hated as much as He hates lies (John 8:44). And yet, you wrote, “The unity part of all the religions is not a coincidence, it is exactly what Jesus prayed for before He was crucified. In John 17: 20-26, “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, . . .” That’s an outright lie. Jesus Christ never prayed for the unity of all religions. He prayed for those who would believe in Him through his apostles’ message. What is this message? Their message is purely and simply His doctrines in respect of salvation and sanctification, the very doctrines other religions despise and reject, including the Roman Catholic Church, and which Angus Buchan suggests are mere petty doctrines. God hates lies and the distortion of his doctrines so intensely that He inspired two of his messengers to write the following:

But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed (cast into hell). As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. (Gal 1:8-9).

(2 Jn 1:9-11).

    2. He hates a feigned humility that tends to twist his word. You wrote (with so much love and compassion, I may add), “We as the bride of Jesus cannot be on our own, we need to be in unity, one spirit, one mind one body, Ephesians 4. Jesus prayed for us to be in one accord in Him as He is in the Father so yes the world needs all the religions to become one, but we are at a time where Jesus also wants the same for His Bride in all of our actions, the ones currently with the law but without the Holy Spirit and His grace and the other side with His grace but without His law.” Are you serious when you say “so yes, the world needs all the religions to become one – those who are with the law and those who are without the law?” Your plea for unity amongst all religions is an abomination in God’s eyes. There’s no such thing that the Bride of Christ” (who is supposed without Christ’s commandments) must unite with those who are under the law. Have you never heard God cursing those who try to keep the law? “For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. (Galatians 3:10). Ecumenism and universalism which you and your guru, Angus Buchan, promote, is an abomination in God’s eyes.

    You wrote:

There is a lot of anger inside of the articles and in the wording. Yes, we should warn other believers about every possible sin that can and will cause their own destruction, and the world wants everyone to believe that there is only just one God and that we need to be in unity regarding our religions.

We have never received a mandate from God to expose the sins of others. That’s the work of the Holy Ghost, to convict of sin, righteousness, and judgment. Our duty is to contend for the faith (doctrines of God) that was once delivered to the saints (Jude 1:3), and you are supposed to get angry when God’s doctrines are twisted. Angus Buchan is deceiving millions with his encouragement to “put our petty doctrines aside” for the sake of unity. That’s anti-God, anti-Christ and anti-Gospel. It was not the Holy Spirit who inspired him to say it but a demon from hell.

I suggest that you start learning what God’s love really means.

  17. Please be careful says:

No this was never what I meant. You have two sides, the world on the one and Jesus bride on the other. On the side of the world they have to have all religions become one for the anti-christ to come, not Jesus, the false Messiah. This will happen as Jesus himself warned us about it in His word. On the other hand you have the bride of Jesus for whom He prayed for unity and in this the two seperate parts at this moment the one with the law but without the spirit and the one with grace but without the law. Satan copies everything that jesus does. So on the one side you have the world part where all religions must become one and on the other side you have Jesus own unity regarding us as believers. Never never can we stand and conform to the world’s ways of the religions to become one because as the bride that thought would not even enter as we are not part of this world and very aware of the false messiah coming. Our love is not the Love of the LGBT and love that the world wants us to have, the Love that we must show is that of Jesus, that even when we stilled sinned He stood with his arms wide open for us, He first wanted us to acknowledge Him as our saviour and then came repentance. The same for us towards the world and unbelievers, we must tell them about Jesus not condemming then in the first place and then repentance will come when they have accepted Him and get to know Him. We all did not come here as we were good, its all because God chose us and He started the work within us.

  18. Please be careful says:

You do not understand God’s law. James says show me faith without works? You will do the law of God because you love Him, not out of works as the law itself cannot bring salvation. James himself said to Paul in Acts 21:24 Take these men, purify yourself along with them, and pay their expenses so they can have their heads shaved. Then everyone will know that there is no truth to these rumors about you, but that you also live in obedience to the Law. Paul never departed from the law, in Matthew 22 Jesus own words All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments referring to the first two commandments. The heart of the law is Leviticus 17 and 18 exactly what James, Peter and Paul told the churches: Therefore it is my [James] judgment that we do not trouble those who are turning to God from among the Gentiles, but that we write to them that they abstain from things contaminated by idols and from fornication and from what is strangled and from blood.
    Acts 15:19-20
The Sabbath Keeping is part of the Ten Commandments that never changes. Yes you are most certainly correct that we are supposed to not compromise at all when the word of God gets twisted, what I am warning you against is that in no way must that be in such a manner that that anger actually in our way of reacting become ‘murder’ You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, ‘You shall not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.’ But I tell you that anyone who is angry with a brother or sister will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to a brother or sister, ‘Raca,’is answerable to the court. And anyone who says, ‘You fool!’ will be in danger of the fire of hell. This is what I am talking about the manner in what we do it, because our words can become very harsh more than what we realize. We still need to be watchmen (Ezekial 33) and yes the Holy Spirit alone can bring conviction. Angus has never promoted the one world religion, He is very clear that Jesus alone is Lord and that we need to turn to Him and repent, the enemy will never ask you to go on your knees and pray to Jesus and ask for repentance so lets just be careful.

  19. Please be careful

I don’t think Angus Buchan was being very careful when he said, “But we are needing to come together. We need to put our petty differences aside. I’m talking about doctrinal issues. We need to put them aside. We need to come as a people of God.”

Angus Buchan believes that 80% of South Africans call Jesus their Lord and all we need to do is to put our petty doctrines aside to achieve unity, and so, create a new wonderous South African Utopia where oom Angus can freely continue to proclaim his lies about doctrines.

    You wrote:

He is very clear that Jesus alone is Lord and that we need to turn to Him and repent, the enemy will never ask you to go on your knees and pray to Jesus and ask for repentance so lets just be careful.

The devil and his demons also acknowledge Jesus as Lord (Mark 1:24) and so do many professing Christians (Matthew 7:22-23). That is why he is so cunning as the angel of light to encourage professing Christians to put their petty doctrines aside.

You are definitely not going to reach the unsaved with the Gospel if you obey Buchan’s plea to put your petty doctrines aside. I suggest that you write him an email and urge him to retract his words and in public confess that he had deceived many.

And please be careful not to throw condemning passages at me whilst I never attacked Buchan personally and said “Raca” to him. I am not angry at Buchan. I am angry at his false teachings and false miracle sprees. He is misleading millions of people. Do you call that love? It’s a very strange kind of love, indeed.

I never could understand why those who call themselves Christians are so keen to defend teachers who malign God’s Word and at the same time vilify those who expose their heresies = just like you.

  20. Robbie says:

Angus on his way to Rome… with his followers.

  21. Tony Conrad says:

I don’t see anything wrong with what he said personally. Denominationism with it’s walls is causing disunity in the church as a whole. He said put aside your petty doctrines not put aside the word of God. It means that we will not blacklist another christian because of a petty doctrine. I pray with people from different churches without compromising my beliefs. One does not have to put aside their beliefs to pray with other christians. If any of them did not know Christ they would not want to come anyway unless they were seeking. I don’t see anything wrong in what he said. The country’s christians do need to unite and call upon God for the nation. I think it is a wonderful things.

  22. Tony Conrad.

Of course, unity among all religions (just as long as you don’t compromise your faith) is a wonderful thing to you and oom Angus, despite what Jesus said in his Word. (Matthew 10:34).

Are you prepared to pray with Catholics who believe it is wrong to pray directly to Jesus and, therefore rather pray to Mary?

  23. Johan says:

    Beste Tom,
    Groete. Johan

  24. Hallo Johan,

(Matteus 7:21-23).
