The Bride of Christ is not a nation but consists of individuals from every nation, including the Jews. So, who is this nation to whom God is going to give the kingdom? It must be the believing remnant of Israel to whom He will give it. Israel as a whole is called the children of the kingdom but most of them will be cast into hell because they refuse to believe in their Messiah (Matthew 8:12).
