In your article you state “The judgment of the Gentiles in Matthew 15:31-46…” I think that is a typo. I’m sure you meant Matthew 25, not Matthew 15.

In reply to ChosenJulia. ChosenJulia. I am beginning to think you are bragging and boasting that your sinlessness is keeping you saved, and not Jesus Christ. You misunderstand the passages you quoted which is very dangerous.

As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction. (2 Peter 3:16)

Peter is not speaking about redeemed saints but false teachers and the recipients of their false teachings, i.e. false Christians. But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. (2 Peter 2:1-3)

Here is another passage from Scriptures that also assures one if they return to sins after being washed with the blood of Yeshua; they will not be able to be saved again:
2 Peter 2:
For if—after escaping the world’s pollutions through the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Yeshua the Messiah—they again become entangled in these things and are overcome, the end for them has become worse than the beginning. For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after learning about it, to turn back from the holy commandment passed on to them. What has happened to them confirms the truth of the proverb, “A dog returns to its vomit,” and “A scrubbed pig heads right back into the mud.”

My dear brother Tom,
The passage in which you are speaking of in John 10:28-30 is Yeshua speaking about the ones who do not fall back into sin. No one can make another person sin. In other words the adversary cannot make one sin. Sinning is a choice. As long as one does not choose to sin, that one cannot be ‘snatched from the hand of Yeshua’. But, on the other hand, as it says in Hebrews 6 and 10, IF one goes backward into their sins in which they were washed clean from, then the Ruach ha-Kodesh will leave them and never return and that one is doomed for eternal punishment in the lake of fire. May God give us all more wisdom! In Yeshua’s name, amen!
