Some are “ruling over Satan”, others are “ruling over their nations”. I recently brought up this false doctrine with a hardcore dominionist of an organization I was once involved with. They said Jesus is going to divide the nations of this earth into “Sheep nations” and “Goat nations” and that the church is responsible for making their nations into “sheep nations” via national transformation. They say this is what Mathew 25:32-46 teaches. Sooo whole nations ie all their inhabitants would be sent to heaven or hell based on whether their nations were transformed or not. Scratch/ Apart from the fact that the “whole nation saving” concept negates the need for each individual to place their faith in Christ, and is thus already wrong, before it gets off the ground, Mathew 25:32-46, actually NEVER said that the nations of the earth would be grouped into two ie “Sheep nations” and “Goat nations”. What it does say however is that the Sheep (all those who have placed their faith in Christ) will be separated from the Goats (all who didn’t). And anyone indwelt by the Holy Spirit will see that is what is said and meant. These folks are clearly just making stuff up as they go along.
