Here in the United States, the soapies, (called soap operas here) are just awful. They are full of immorality.

Philippians 4:8 tells us- Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. (KJV)

It's really difficult to watch any television programs today without finding evil at every turn. Many commercials are becoming a way to slip in subtle evil also, even on so-called children's channels.

Sibusiso Cele,

The reason why there are so many and varied voices in the church today is the following:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. (John 10:1-5)

Those who are truly saved (his sheep) will never listen to nor follow strangers but rather flee from them.

Who are the strangers?

<blockquote>Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
Dear DTW team

I'm thankful for your insight on many things and you really bring the light to us. Christianity is very inconsistency/wobbling now. Let alone the difference in doctrines while we claim that we worship one God( of which I think this claim in itself is a lie). We can't worship one God and be so different, for if we worship one God and I believe that, that God has some guidance and instructions on His doctrines and how to worship Him. The Christian foundation is destroyed because we take what we hear from pastors than to read the bible for ourselves and even if we read, but we don't follow the right way of reading, which is to pick a verse here and there and follow its consistency.
