I deleted your comment because it’s nonsense, it appears you can read the bible like a theologian but you don’t understand it, even your greek definition was not quite right. To understand the bible you need the guidance of the Holy Spirit in your life as He is the one that leads you to all truth (John 14:26), being a theologian means nothing, being born again means everything.

There are ample articles explaining the wonderfulness of the rapture on this website, if you don’t want to know the truth, there is nothing we can do or say to convince you, only Jesus can do that through His Word.

Indeed you must seek wisdom from God and his Word but it seems you are ignoring what He says to you.

If the saints are going through the tribulation period without having been Raptured prior to the seven year tribulation, then God is a deceiver. If, as you believe God is going to protect his saints from the vengeance of Antichrist in the tribulation, then we should at least delete the following passage from Scripture.

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. (Rev 13:7)

I hope you can see it is God who is going to give Antichrist the go-ahead to overcome the saints during the tribulation. These saints spoken of here are all the Jews and Gentiles who are going to be saved during the tribulation. It is not speaking of today’s saints.

The very next verse says,

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. (Rev 13:8)

If all that dwell on the earth are going to worship Antichrist, does that mean the saints whom he will have had overcome are also going to worship him? Perish the thought. They will no longer be earth dwellers. How do I know?

And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? (Rev 6:9-10)

Who killed them? Well, it must be Antichrist. Who gave him the go-ahead to slay the saints. Well, the Bible says it is God. And you call it protection during the tribulation??? Really???

Now let us get back to Rev 3:10,

Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. (Rev 3:10)

You say you are a Hebrew and Greek scholar. Well bully for you. If so, you should know that the word “ek” for “from ” is ἐκ, ἐξ ek, ex. It is the word from which the English word “exit” is derived. It does not mean a kind of protection within a certain zone of danger like God protected Israel in the land of Goshen. It means a protection by taking completely out of the zone of danger. It is a complete EXIT.

And there, my friend, you have the Rapture, plain and simple.
