Soon dear Real Jew Israel is going to be in the grips of a 7 year Peace Treaty (just follow the news, it’s happening right now) – the bible calls this the ‘time of Jacob’s trouble’ in other words the start of the Tribulation, where Israel will see a man come to them who brings them peace and they will believe he is their Messiah, but he is not, he is Satan, the antichirst – he is there to destroy Israel.

You are going to see miracles start to happen Dear Real Jew, God’s hand is over Israel and He sends Moses and Elijah to earth to preach to people like you Dear Real Jew, to tell you that the Jesus Christ that you reject is in FACT God’s son and the real Messiah who will return soon (within a few years). Jewish people will be prophesying, and having dreams and visions (Joel 2) all pointing to Jesus Christ.

You can deny Jesus now dear Real Jew, but you WILL see Him soon, no matter what you believe, think, or say.

Just wanted to say thank you. I have never visited this site till now. I must say that I have enjoyed this entire conversation so far. Really love how you stand up for the Lord. One day all will see the truth. Problem is that it may be too late for them. Keep praying!

I want to go on record as saying that I do not regard Jacob Prasch, our brother and gifted teacher as a gnostic. Neither do I see Midrash as anything but a biblical hermeneutical tool. I strongly advice Philip Powell to reconsider what seems to be being said in the above email he sent out. It is very important to keep separate real personal problems between brothers and serious accusation about doctrines. I urge all involved to prayerfully work out any differences in the spirit of Christ with forbearance, humility and love.

Really? Midrash is biblical?

What is Midrash?

If we go and read about Midrash here on Moriel’s website, we can clearly see that something is very very wrong.

The Midrash definition is extremely vague, so much so that Jacob Prasch says,

“Unless someone has been educated in Judaism, Hebrew, or theology, it is easier to demonstrate midrash than to explain it.”

How peculiar, why can’t he explain it, are we not smart enough?

Strangely enough Wickipedia can explain it.

Midrash (Hebrew: מדרש‎; plural midrashim, lit. “to investigate” or “study”) is a homiletic method of biblical exegesis. The term also refers to the whole compilation of homiletic teachings on the Bible.

Midrash is a way of interpreting biblical stories that goes beyond simple distillation of religious, legal or moral teachings. It fills in many gaps left in the biblical narrative regarding events and personalities that are only hinted at. [1]

So it helps you “go beyond” teachings and “fill in the gaps” of the Bible; that is very interesting – basically you are adding “extra biblical revelation” to the bible. Jewish websites and others will admit Midrash is a collection of stories, allegory, history, scientific observations and legend. Jacob claims the word Midrash is supposedly mentioned in the bible, as he claims here in this article: What does the Word of God Actually Say About Midrash?. But then we need to ask ourselves so is Enoch mentioned in the Bible, this does not mean we now can read the Book of Enoch as something inspired.

I went to go and look through the bible for the word “Midrash” and I can’t find it, but then after reading Jacob Prasch’s articles, the word “Midrash” does actually appear, as the word “story” – this is what Jacob deems to be “Midrash” in the Bible.

Strong’s Number H4097 matches the Hebrew מִדְרָשׁ (midrash), which occurs 2 times in 2 verses in the Hebrew concordance of the KJV (2Ch 13:22 – 2Ch 24:27)

1) study, exposition, midrash, record, story
a) writings of a didactic nature
b) midrash – transliteration of the Hebrew word
Root Word (Etymology): Hebrew דָּרַשׁ (darash) – Strong’s Number H1875

meaning to resort to, seek, seek with care, enquire, require, search be it of God or of heathen Gods.

Hmmmm. Really? I think someone is a trying to make the Bible fit the Midrash. Just because the word ‘story’ means Midrash, and the root of it means to ‘seek’, it does not mean we can use stories and fables or ancient methods of study to investigate the bible.

Prasch states:

“You will never understand the Book of Revelation with the kind of limited approach to biblical interpretation that is taught in Protestant seminaries. Midrash is like a quadratic equation or a very complex second order differential equation, a thirteen or fourteen step equation. Some people take the first step of grammatical-historical exegesis and think the equation is solved” [Emphasis added]“ The problem with the Reformers is that they only went so far. They made rules governing the application of their grammatical-historical system in order to refute medieval Roman Catholicism, and many of those rules are still taught in theological seminaries today. None of those thing point to Jesus, that’s just missionary propaganda. The Messiah would not be born of a “virgin” or be three g-ds in one, that is pagan mythology. The vast majority of Jews didn’t accept Jesus while he was around over 2000 years ago and we have no reason to accept him today.

Dearest Real Jew: At the very LEAST, READ your own PROPHETS-I “Triple-Dog DARE” you! If you cannot be bothered to read YOUR own “Book”, you have NO right to complain about us Christians who not only embrace YOUR “Old Testament”, but also embrace HaShem’s NEW Testament! We LOVE HaShem with all our hearts- can you say the SAME thing about yourself????

Please, at the very least READ your Prophet Isaiah, and do so thoroughly, several times. I think you are AFRAID to do this, because in your PRIDE, you might be found to be WRONG about your “belief”.

HaShem said in His “Old Testament” that He would make you JEALOUS because of us Gentiles who embraced Him and His Christ! Another thing I will add too, is Jackie Alnor, is NOT a very nice person, and I was not trying to defend her, she lashed out at me when I was still on Facebook becasue I asked her what was up with Missler’s false teachings and she accused me of defending him when I was NOT I was only asking what happened. So yeah, them lashing out is wrong, I am not defending Prasch’s poor and tacky display, but the folks on here are wrong too, as am I, I admit, I could be more graceful, but I just vehemently hate lying especially when I have heard other wise with my won ears. So yeah, I KNOW some of those people can be out right jerks and I have never liked Jackie Alnor too much after that, but it’s neither here nor there. It is insane and unthinkable to even think that a man of Paul’s education and priviledge in Jewish standing and order of his day to embark on a course that led to severe hardship, persecution and eventful execution because of his conversion.

If it was not radicle and life changing would any sane man do this…evidence supports it was genuine.
