I know the Lord has done a work in my life to reduce my sinful pride over time, but I can only speak for myself and my walk is not finished.

Real, genuine humility is a key behavior in true believers in Christ. The deep trials a true believer in Christ needs to endure hopefully removes our pride over time as we trust Christ in our lives.

Hopefully when we are ready to die we will have the needed humility to be in the presence of a Holy God.

1 Peter 5:5-7 – “Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time:

7 Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you.”

We all need grace from God and God resists the proud.

People are different and God works on different things in people’s lives at different times in their walks.

The key is true humility is a genuine walk with God, obeying His Word and dying to sinful self.

Oh that’s the last thing I wanted to hear this morning, that that horrific website can still be found online…. *sighs* Oh well, let it continue then to open people’s eyes against the very person who wrote it: Jacob Prasch.

Prasch does his schtick of demanding internet users and Deborah “debate” him—the main thing—after teaching Midrash and screaming at people—he is most well-known for:

“Seeing that they have understanding regarding Midrash would they want to debate issues such as Midrash with Jacob on an independent public platform where they do not have the ability to adjust facts? We would not think so because of their anonymous names and e-mail addresses. Not surprising that her current friends operate under the same guise.”
“What is observable however is that many who have started these blogs live in secrecy and blog under aliases and no defined addresses and will never in the public and on camera debate people they confront cowardly in the internet. No wonder no debate has been extended to Mr Prasch regarding Midrash and his views for example his views on the rapture.”

I’ve recorded the 56 known times he has on video or audio demand such debates where he frequently uses the same type of language (“independent public platform”, “in the public and on camera debate”): https://vimeo.com/364680768 Despite all his grandstanding as a master debater, Prasch has never actually debated anybody, because, as Dr. James White says, he can’t.

Prasch also falls into his own trap of extreme and immediate inconsistency and hypocrisy by railing against DiscerningTheWorld users for posting under aliases, calling them “cowardly”, before, like an idiot, signing off his document with ‘Anonymous@discerningdeborahdurand.com’.

The website is 100% Prasch.

Is he hitting me below the belt? Yes he is, but he must carry on, the more he insults me the more people will realize how evil he is and run away from him.

Jesus actually said something more glorious. He said:

Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.(Luke 6:22-23)

You know what? Jacob Prasch is the best heaven’s investor for others on earth. He is loyally heaping up reward after reward for you in heaven. So, fire away JACOB THE RAILER. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

There is a vast difference between attacking people by calling them all kinds of filthy names in the way Jacob Prasch attacked Deborah, and discerning the heresies of some so-called prophets and teachers spread in public. You should know that, shouldn’t you?

There are other Christians who are as concerned as we are about Prasch’s inordinate attacks and who has experienced his sharp lashing tongue.

As far as I have gleaned from your site you have engaged in your own fair share of naming of people in less than flattering terms. As for your passive aggressive response to me at the end of paragraph 1, this tells me all I need to know about your ministry. Speaking the truth in love especially to those who are simply calling out what appears to them as genuine inconsistencies I thought should have been the order of the day.

I understand that there is a need for watchmen ministries in these last days, but we are still charged to operate in love even against those who oppose us.
