Perhaps part of the explanation is that pride, the worst and most evil of all sins, has blinded Satan to reality. Why did he attempt to thwart God of His throne when he knew he would never get it right? Because he became so proud and ambitious that he believed he could be higher than God Himself. Read (Isaiah 14:12-15 and Ezekiel 28:11-19) for a picture of Satan’s original position in heaven and the reasons for his loss of that position. In fact Lucifer’s power was so great that even Michael the archangel viewed him as a foe too powerful to oppose (Jude 9).

Satan is exceptionally intelligent and he influences ALL worldly affairs (John 12:31). Through his intelligence he deceived Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden and then took over their rule of the world for himself (Genesis 1:26; 3:1-7; 2 Corinthians 11:3). Because He is so clever it enables him to carry out his deceptive work and deceive the earth’s inhabitants. Having said that his power is subject to God’s restrictions (Job 1:12; Luke 4:6; 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8). If God gave him free reign and let him be, I am pretty sure we would all be dead, he would have destroyed us long ago. He truly believes and carries on the illusion to mankind that he WILL have victory over God Himself. But it will never happen. He is the father of lies (John 8:44) so much so that he even lies to himself thinking it’s the truth, this is what sin does.

Satan knows what the bible says about his demise but his evilness blinds him and he carries on never the less and his view is that he will take as many people to hell with him as he can. He does not love mankind he hates man as they are created in God’s image and his end-game is to destroy you through temptation to sin (1 Timothy 3:6-7; 2 Timothy 2:26). His great lie is that good can come from doing evil; so evil becomes good and good becomes evil. (Isaiah 5:20) This is why Jesus Christ paid the penalty for your sin on the cross by shedding his blood so that you can come to Him and ask for forgiveness of your sin and change your ways and be born again (John 3:16). So that you do not end up in hell with Satan and his angels (Matthew 25:41, Matthew 3:12, Daniel 12:2, Mark 9:44-49, 2 Thessalonians 1:9, Revelation 20:10) – God made hell FOR Satan, Satan does not rule hell and never will, as many people like to believe – he will burn there WITH everyone who believes in his lies.

Satan is destined to fail in his continuing rebellion against God. His final defeat is predicted in the New Testament (Luke 10:18; John 12:31; Revelation 12:9; 20:10). But before the end, a great tribulation will come upon the earth (which is going to happen very soon) in which The antiChrist, the man of lawlessness (possibly possessed by Satan himself) is going to rule the whole earth and everyone; all tongues and all nations are going to follow him because he brings a false PEACE to the earth. During this time of peace and saftey on earth the bible says this is when sudden destruction will come (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

In this case, if this were true of Monster’s logo, that they are Hebrew letters, three waws (or three vavs, if you prefer) would be 6 and 6 and 6 which together would be the value 18 (just as in Roman numerals, three letter I in a row such as III is not 111, it is 3). The value of 18 (three waw letters in a row) is the number associated with life/living, and with God in Judaism (notably, it is the same value as the word “chay” in Hebrew which means ‘living’). It is this reason that it is traditional to give donations and charity in multiples of 18, and that the number 18 was associated in Christianity and Judaism with doing good and Godly things. That you have misapplied Hebrew numbers to the logo for Monster energy and are condemning it as satanic is very ironic considering the actual number you get is actually more associated with God.
