Kobus van Rensburg – Lied about his healing – Multiple times!
It has come to my attention that Kobus van Rensburg has once again duped his followers into believing that has been healed, however this is far from the truth.
This is the story of Kobus van Rensburgs so called ‘miraculous’ healing.
Kobus was diagnosed with cancer AGAIN after he went into remission. The second time, Prophet Ed Traut prophesied over him and told him that the 2nd time won’t be as long and as bad as the first, wherein he died several times. Kobus van Rensburg and his wife Annalise flew over to Germany for nearly 2 months where he received treatment at an institute referred to by Johnson Olowokere. Kobus van Rensburg led his followers on to believe that he received NO treatment at all. After he came back his body was clean of cancer, but during their time in Germany he was diagnosed with several diseases; like heavy metal poisoning and another, an allergic reaction to the cold. In the last week of October 2011 he was AGAIN diagnosed with cancer – a 3rd time, this time in his brain and according to the doctors his first two times with cancer was a walk in a park and the chemo and treatments for brain cancer will be the worst he’s ever experienced….
Nothing of this is shared on the TV channel or on the internet. It is kept secret, hush hush. Annalise and her sons are running Spirit Word Ministries from the back end trying to not let anyone know that the ‘gospel‘ they preach is false.
I feel terribly sorry for Kobus van Rensburg and I pray that he gets well, MORE IMPORTANTLY I pray that he realises he is following false teaching and preaching false teaching and that going to witch-doctors like T B Joshua to receive POWER is the CAUSE of his illness. I pray that Kobus van Rensburg comes before the Lord Jesus Christ of the Bible and repents of his ways and STOPS the lies and deception once and for all that he may be healed spiritually and physically!
I pray his followers open their eyes to the truth of the matter, open their bibles and seek Jesus Christ (The Way, The Truth, and The Life – bJohn 14:6) and not a man who claims he is immortal while on this earth.

There is no such thing. The church is not a building and everyone contained inside. The church or body of Christ is made up of individual born again Christians around the world and is spiritual. You can have a church and have not one saved person inside the church because the church follows false teaching. You can have another church with only a few saved individuals inside it’s walls because the narrow is the gate that leads to life. Matthew 7:13-14; “13 Enter through the narrow gate. Kobus is going thru a difficult time and it is unkind to judge him, Jesus wouldnt do that, the real Christians should also be moved with compassion. It is a waste of time argue with his critics nor agree with his supporters, the exchange of words can take years with no winner, it will only stir up strife which will benefit neither side. Kobus’ sickness should not be a matter of strife and debate. God knows all things and we’ll trust Him to pull him through. The fact that he died several times and came back from the dead is a miracle.My prayers are with Kobus and his family. I speak grace to his critics and supporters. Every one living on this earth has critics. Even Jesus had critics while he was on earth (the Pharisees and Saducees). Not everyone believed that He was the Son of God. It’s better to focus on and obey God than to worry about what people are saying about you, otherwise you will be discouraged. I love you all (both critics and supporters). Now let’s call for a cease fire in Jesus name.

The prophet of islam and kobus van rensburg has the same doctrine speaking against the Law of God.
They both fail the first test, false prophets.
If you believe God changes over time, and split the Bible into parts then you can’t test a prophet, you can became a muslim, mormon or a mason, they teach that doctrine.

Miracle and sign seekers are on the opposite side of God. When Pilate sent Jesus to Herod,Herod was excited because he hoped to see miracles…instead Jesus chose to remain silent and did nothing…yet our Lord never denied the poorest beggar or lepper his sight or healing, but denied a pompous king.
The same Jesus rules today…He does not show signs and wonders to appease man’s love of sensationalism but does His own healing, not at man’s command and demand but where He sees the real need. These people who crusade healing on stages are showing where they belong.
When I was a young Christian, I often wondered why Jesus told those He healed to KEEP QUIET. Now I understand…Jesus knew what was devious in the heart of man and his love of sensationalism and “showmanship”.

For the first time I understand this “anointed” business. Thank you for explaining it so wonderfully!!!!!!
It’s funny how people from charismatic churches can make you feel inadequate and even guilty for not having this “anointing”. I went to a Living Word church once, where they were praying over people to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Some people around me fell like flies. Then it was my turn…I felt nothing, no feeling of wanting to fall over. Then I remembered the pastor saying that if you don’t fall over then you must be filled with sin and probably not a true Christian…..now my confession….to save face, I faked it. There, I’ve said it! I never went back to that church. I was told later that that pastor was chucked out of the church because he had an affair with the organist.
I believe the Lord has always watched over me, letting me try things and then pointing me into a different direction. It is only now that I am starting to listen to Him, really seeking Him. I have so many things to be ashamed of but I believe in the crucifiction of Christ, the gift of removing all my sins.
Some people want signs and wonders, “magic”, they want gifts like to “heal” people and speak in funny languages. I am totally at peace with the ONLY gift I have received and that is the gift of Jesus Christ, my saviour.

People from charismatic churches have a way with words when it comes to just about anything. When I first got saved, I knew nothing of Christianity, so I went to a church down the road from my house, a New Apostolic church (lol) I didn’t know at the time there was such a thing as false Christianity. And I needed some assistance, so the old pastor says he will pray for me. Next minute there are 4 other people with the arms stretched out, hands extended praying for me too.
So I start praying. After about a minute, the pastor stops and says…”no no, no… are you praying??” and I said, “yes I am.” he says, “No, stop it, you can’t receive from God if you are speaking to God.” I had no idea what that meant so I took this PASTORS advice (because I knew nothing back then – gosh I had been saved for all of 4 days) and I stopped praying. Next minute I feel this warmth come over me and I find myself falling backwards as if onto a puffy cloud, I felt so happy and warm.
After a few minutes I got up (the pastor and others had long gone and just left me lying on the floor which I though was very rude – because I still wanted to tell him the problem I was facing). Anyhow after I walked out the church, it felt as if this ‘Holy Spirit’ that I received stayed behind, because as I left the through the church door, I became cold, I felt dead, like I was in a mortuary. I thought to myself, “this is not right, surely the Holy Spirit is supposed to come with me, not stay behind?” So I went to another church, looking for help. All I wanted was to get baptized. What a mission that was. lol. Anyhow, I have long since asked Jesus forgiveness for being ‘slain in the spirit’ and He removed any demonic affliction over my life because of it.
I was in the Worldwide Church of God. They followed a man called Herbert W. Armstrong who blatantly twisted the Scriptures to line his own pocket.
In spite of the fact that he has been rumbled time and time again, people put him on a par with Jesus Christ and, although his words clearly contradicted Scripture, his followers put those words on a par with it and still do.
To this day Armstrong rules people from the grave. Whenever his “teachings” are challenged, his disciples react exactly like the people who are this Kobus’ disciples.
Actually, it’s the same with people in all cults who follow leaders. They put them on a par with our Lord and Saviour. In fact, they worship these men by doing so and are blind to the fact.
I’d never heard of Kobus before I read the above but I have heard of many just like him and read their “teachings” and I think I’ll hear a lot more of these people till Christ’s return. And I’m sure I’ll also hear their defenders making the same claims and excuses as these defenders of Kobus.
Isn’t it interesting how people who follow men–Buddha, Mohammad, Calvin, David Ike, Benny Hinn, popes, &c.–always follow the same thinking patterns and refuse to budge from them?
It is so difficult to get through to these deluded folk as these they read Scripture which must conform to what they’re taught as opposed to their teachings conformning first to Scripture.
