The message of salvation has to be dealt with individually not en masse (no pun intended).

From the above statement, they don’t want to attract people to Jesus Christ but to themselves.

Interesting to note that they are moving from the ‘culture of death’ to a ‘culture of life’ where it seems that the 7 Mountains plays a big part in the RC’s plans as well – people need to be more involved in politics, media, communications, education, etc.
