We know the world will wax more and more evil. It is sad to see that the Church has failed to do what it was called to do and has allowed leaven and false teaching to rule and reign.

Occasionally I see some music videos on TV, and I feel disgusted. They are blatantly sexual and demonic. Recently I saw Cheryl Cole on the Stand Up for Cancer program, and there was quite a discussion going around about her miming as you could not hear her sing. Anyway, that did not interest me one bit, what I noticed, and I have seen her do it before, is that she constantly puts her hand between her legs and uses other sexual movements that I did not see her use before. She has become much more sexually overt since hooking up with Will.I.am from The Black Eyed Peas. (see DTW article) This is something that I have seen singers doing more and more.

Please do not think that I watch alot of this stuff, I sometimes come on it when searching channels for something decent to watch, and sometimes I do purposely look just to see what they are doing now..but a few minutes is more than enough to make me feel ill. I have sons who watch this stuff and I am constantly trying to point out to them, the evil in all this garbage.

Another thing I have seen advertised is a program called SWITCH.. about some young girls who are witches, I told my 18 year old son not to even watch the advert. Sadly, the youth are being brainwashed to think all this evil is quite ‘normal’. First there was all these films and series about vampires..now this..withcraft is being sold as ‘fun’.

I was watching the news the other day and an advert came on for a program that is going to be aired soon.. I do not remember the name of it, but this guy doing the voice over said, ‘now that more people are realising that there IS NO GOD’ !! I have written into programs before to complain of the content, and I intend to find out the name of this program and I am going to email them. It infuriates me!

We all really need to pray for our children and youth..satan is attacking them heavily through this evil music and these TV programs. That is why I am also against Disney cartoons and others.. satan comes as an angel of light, whilst accosting our kids with violence, which is supposed to be funny. Computer games are another avenue for the devil to reach our children. Those of you with young children, I beseech you and pray that you will be ruthless to, and stand strong in eliminating these things out of your families lives. For those of you with older children, pray for them constantly and speak to them about what all this really means behind the devil’s cloak of entertainmemnt.

The topic of media and the explosion of knowledge in electronics and communication has been brought up previously. It has an up side and a down side.
On the one hand, it is good that people can access this site and get the truth, but on the other hand there are multitudes of others that promote lies. That is how the world has always been, but now on a much larger scale.

Personally, I think we have to use wisdom in these things. The world has such a skewed concept of “Christianity” that I don’t think it is worth the effort to post on secular sites. It is like casting pearls into a pig pen.

As believers I think where we have the most impact is on blogs like this where we can reach across the miles and encourage others who have an ear to hear.

And most importantly, reach out to the circle of influence the Lord has placed you in – sharing the Gospel and being a witness to those who cross your path on a daily basis. The world has become a very impersonal place and seeing Christ being lived out and hearing the true gospel message is refreshing in such a desert of lies and misconceptions.

Someone that de-converts from Christianity was never a Christian to start off with and their heart never loved Jesus to begin with.

We can spend a certain amount of time defending the gospel and preaching the truth, but ultimately if their heart is open for the Holy Spirit to do His work when we preach God’s Word will make an impact, if the person is closed to hearing the Truth, then there is nothing more we can do, but pray and hope they come around. But to befriend the unbeliever (as the Emergents do) is unbiblical.

Even atheists worship Satan but they don’t know it.

Simple, yet confusing.

The worrying thing is that there is a section on News24 where people can write their own articles and post them. Then the readers get a chance to comment on them. Of late, alot of articles have been about dismissing Christianity, God and Jesus. As an example, [if I’m allowed to, I’ll put a link here, but please remove it if you want]:

Now the articles are usually [mostly, always] terrifying [sad, disgusting] for a Christian to read BUT the people that give their opinions are pure evil. Most [seems like all of them] are athiests and they are very proud to say so. The blasphemy is intolerable.

The thing that worries me is that it is only athiests posting and hardly ever a Christian that would defend the Word of God. Sometimes there is one little voice trying to show Gods Glory but he is shut down in milli-seconds. These athiests are very informed about Christianity and well educated.

I always skip over those type of topics but I decided to read one the other day as there were so many of them. It will be 10 minutes of my life that I will never get back, 10 minutes spent on hate, destruction, evil and pain. I felt sick afterwards.

It is a little confusing that God told us to be disciples, knowing that man is wicked and most will not change their ways. So do we only concentrate on the few that want to listen and keep each other on the right track? Are we to leave “those wicked” to their own devices?

On a serious note, there is no difference as to which hand you use. Yes, left hand path does refer to black magic but showing the Sign of Satan with your hands can be left, right or both hands. Maybe the more serious evil satanist will only use his left hand and denounce those who use their right as being traitors. Serious, there are factions within satanism… to be more evil than the next. Some satanists (who have no clue) even view Wiccans to be of a Christian nature. Some even view Freemasonry to be Christian. And then you have Wiccans who don’t believe in Satan, but believe that Satanists worship Satan and that to go that route is bad news… talk about confusion.
