Todd Bentley (Fresh with the Fires of Hell) visiting South Africa – BEWARE!

Todd Bentley (Fresh with the Fires of Hell) visiting South Africa - BEWARE!

todd bentley freshfire ministries

I know this article is a tad late, but I beg you if you went to see Todd Bentley on his South African Crusade Tour with “Prophet Zion

Matthew” in Durban, followed by visits to the Solid Rock Church in Johannesburg run by Johan van Wyk (who got into a bit of trouble by the Advertising Standards Authority over “miracle healing” adverts), Jabulani Camp Site in Bronkhorstspruit, then Worcester (hosted by YWAM) and finally to Cape Town at Lighthouse Ministries and Celebration Covenant Church International which belongs to the NCMI group headed up by Tyrone Daniels…..please, please, please ask Jesus for forgiveness for going to see this false teacher and ask Jesus to remove any demonic spirit that might have been transferred to you at these meetings.   Todd Bentley’s doctrine is out of the pit of hell and this is where his ‘fire’ comes from as well.

A short history of Todd Bentley:  Todd started the Lakeland Outpouring back in 2008 in Lakeland Florida which I watched from the beginning to it’s dismal end.  The ‘revival’ was run by a heavily tattood man by the name of Todd Bentley but in the background you had Apostles and Prophets from the New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) holding things together, namely, Super Apostle C. Peter Wagner, Rick Joyner, Bob Jones (Kansas City Prophets), Mike Bickle, Paul Cain, Che Ahn, Lou Engle, Stacey and Wes Campbell., Dutch Sheets, Patricia King and many others. Magazines like Charizma Magazine promoted the revival and Wendy and Rory Alec from God TV gave it ample air time.

The revival was a circus of lies, and a means to transfer the Kundalini FIRE spirit over the thousands upon thousands that attended each night and the millions that watched via streaming online.  Todd Bentley supposedly ran a “Christian revival” where millions were supposedly healed instead it was a cover where millions of dollars were collected. Todd would punch people in the stomach to heal them, he even kicked a man diagnosed with cancer in the stomach so that he would be healed and hit an old women because God told Bentley to, ”slap her in the face”.

Todd Bentley hits old woman  (1:28)

Todd had a ‘healing’ angel called Emma who did all the healings (not Jesus Christ).  Only when Emma showed up could he get his power to heal people.    Todd told the audience on numerous occasions about his strange demonic visions he had (which he thought were quite normal). He had the most bizarre visions of trips to heaven; stuffing their pockets with gold from Heaven’s Treasury room. He had a vision where he saw a hindu mystic Sadhu Sundar Singh meditating in heaven, in another he saw Abraham, David and the apostle Paul, but the worst was of a vision of an Angel cutting his stomach open with a chainsaw, removing his insides and filling the space with little white boxes. I kid you not.

Bentley was constantly drunk in the spirit, shaking, convulsing and lying through his teeth.  He performed a blasphemous baptism where he baptised people in the name of the Father, the Son and the BAM, or the name of the Sheeka BoomBa Bam or nothing at all!

This is a shocking video of the satanic Sheeka BoomBa baptism.  Listen at 1:24 how his voice changes into a growl when he baptises one guy.

Wendy Alec from God TV sent Todd Bentley a prophecy;

in which she told Todd that Jesus Christ would personally set foot on his stage on the night of the 8th June 2008.  Well of course Jesus Christ never showed up and they had a whole host of stories as to why not.

  Script from 3:02s

Todd Bentley:  “I’m telling you right now, I believe that people can receive impartation. Now, let me tell you the prophetic word that, that Wendy [Alec] gave me, for those watching. And, this is, this is why I believe tomorrow night’s meeting–if you live in, you live, you’re watching me on the internet and you’re local, and you can be here Sunday night. Listen to this:

At this point, Bentley reads Wendy Alec’s ‘prophetic word’:  “The Lord just spoke to me and said, ‘This is what will happen tomorrow night. The King and the King’s anointing falls tomorrow night. The 8 June, the anointing of the King of glory falls.’”

“Jesus said, ‘I am coming in person. The King is coming in person.‘ I sense so strongly there will be a personal, divine visitation of the Lamb of God–the Lord Jesus Christ to the revival tomorrow night.”

He will come in the clouds in His chariot, surrounded by a great angelic host, because the great honoring of the Lamb of God. The King of glory is coming to visit Lakeland; to visit the revival; to visit the outpouring. The devil trembles with that knowledge.

For tomorrow, the King of glory sets foot upon the stage in divine, personal, one-to-one visitation.

Todd Bentley then states:  “Now, for all those watching and even that just don’t understand the nature of the prophetic, though I’m open to a, the Lord can appear. Now, I’ve seen the Lord. I’m not suggesting there’s going to be a physical, flesh, Jesus Christ on the plat[form]. I hope, I hope you understand, we’re talking about in atmosphere; we’re talking about in spiritual experience; we’re talking about in impartation.”

“Now, now, Roy, if tonight and last night’s worship is any indication that something is changing in the realm of the glory; something about the King of glory.”

“Oh God, we wanna set a place up in the throne of our hearts, more than anything else, for you to come and visit! Come on! Who wants to have the King come in His glory?! Come on! Lift up…” (And the audience cheered)

He claimed 32 people were raised from the dead during the Lakeland outpouring but when crunch time came for these people to come forward, none did (must be because they are still dead – just a thought).  He challenged the media to test him and his ‘move of god’ until suddenly ABC Nightline did just that. Todd handed them a huge file filled with the contact details of people who had been healed.  ABC nightlight contacted them all, they could not find a single healing – they were are lies. (Can Satan Heal?)

The Apostles and Prophets tried to rescue the revival by holding a RITUAL ceremony and anointed  Todd Bentley as an “Apostle” within their ‘order’, thinking people would fall for their so called ‘godly’ decree over him that would bring him wealth, health, power, holiness, happiness, and many other glorious things, in the name of “The Lord”;  Geroge Banov even read scripture that was meant for Jesus Christ over Todd Bentley. But there were too many secrets that were about to come out into the open, like for instance the fact that Todd was having an affair with a woman (a staff member) who he would canoodle with after each nights running marathon of conning the crowd to ‘praise the lord’.  The alcohol would flow as well.

After the Lakeland outpouring came crashing to the ground, Todd Bentley divorced his wife and married this woman whom he had an affair.  Rick Joyner (a Freemason/Knight of Malta occultist) took Todd under his black wings for forgiveness and restoration.  Todd faded into the darkness and is now re-emerging in places that don’t know much about him like South Africa and the whole of Africa for instance.

Todd Bentley – Restored and Changed (for the worse)

RickJoynerA Note From Rick Joyner:

“When one goes through the kind of restoration Todd has been through over the last year and a half you usually come out stronger in basic Christian disciplines and character than ever. I feel that is certainly the case with Todd. However, I was surprised by the depth, power, and the impartation of the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit that was immediately present when we released Todd into limited local ministry…”   Rick Joyner – The ElijahList Email”

”Check Out These Todd Bentley Events” May 15, 2010

According to Rick Joyner, Todd has been restored, forgiven and has returned a genuine Christian.

This is what Todd said back in Lakeland in middle of 2008.  It was shocking that he did not want to preach about Jesus:

This is what Todd has to say now in May 2010:

Um yeah…. I can definitely see a change…for the worse.

——————-

Todd Bentley has not been restored or forgiven, he is the same Todd Bentley as before, except he is wiser as he has been mentored by occultist Rick Joyner.  Todd Bentley is as dangerous as they come, a dangerous dangerous wolf in sheep’s clothing.  In fact this wolf is so brazen he took his sheep’s outfit off revealing his tattoo’s and is showing you his teeth and glowing red eyes and hell fire – will you be the one to fall for his lies? It’s so obvious the man is false!

——————-

In 2012, Todd Bentley planned a visit to the UK which was cancelled after the Home Secretary banned him from entering the country.

——————–

Please see the why the calling down of FIRE and the person of Holy Spirit are TWO different things:

The calling down of Fire from heaven over a congregation, or praying Fire over someone is the norm in the church today. It has come to  resemble the early heretic Gnostic churches. Religious ecstasy (or Kundalini) was to be found in the mystery religions of the first century A.D..  Back when the Corinth church seemed to be a hub of pagan Gnostic knowledge and ran rampant in unscriptural and immoral practices; the Greek mystery religions had prophets who babbled in unknown tongues which were caused by a Kundalini awakening.

Below is a table explaining the differences between The Biblical Holy Spirit compared to The Kundalini unholy spirit that masquerades as the Biblical Holy Spirit.  This table is exhaustive and contains everything you need to know:   —> The Biblical Holy Spirit vs.The False Unholy Spirit of Fire

and

Please see an explanation of the following scripture which false teachers twist to try back up the use of FIRE:    Matthew 3:11-12  “Indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire. His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.”  —> Fire of The Holy Spirit – Judgment or Anointing?

Todd Bentley says: “We are now moving to the Pretoria Showgrounds on May 15 and will be prophesying to the twin cities in revival and power. Johannesburg and Pretoria are the Financial and governmental Capitals in SA, so get ready for an Awakening of His Power and Presence. We will now have a population of over 12 million to reach with the gospel. These services will continue to Broadscast live to the world on GOD TV. Many international guests are flying in and anyone reading this is more than welcome to come get under the cloud with us for a week or more.”

I lived in Florida when this nutty wolf in sheep’s clothing was exposed as nothing but a lie. The antichrist must be very close in announcing himself as the one person that can fix the world’s problems. The people who continue to follow these nuts have to have little if any Biblical convictions. The “church” is headed for collision. Those of us who truly know our Lord Jesus will end up being as the Jews were in Hitler’s Germany.
The wolves will remain behind when the Lord takes us outta here. Antichrist will cure the problem of wolves in sheep’s clothing. Even so, come Lord Jesus!

Dear Brothers and sisters in Christ
I believe you are doing Gods will by trying to worn others about other people and ministries. But I see a lot of gossip and slander going on. Which is also a sin. Some of the people you have been gossiping about have repented and ask for forgiveness. Why have you not fogiven? I would ask that all please read 1 Cor.13 before making any statements about anyone or a ministry.
We are to pray for and lift back up those who have fallen, not push them further down. The next time you hear of someone who fell or is teaching something other then the full truth, go into your closet and fast and intersead for them. With our mouth we build up and with our mouth we distroy.

    Like who? Talk nonsense!

There is no gossip on this website, only truth. You on the other hand by saying what you have said have lied.

Todd did not raise 33 people from the dead.He has not met Paul. His real gift is to tell a very tall tale with a very straight face.I dare anybody to take a little time and go on utube and watch Todd contradict himself. He comes up with new stories every day,so many in fact he cant keep them straight. It is pretty obvious that God Tv, lol is trying to hype him back .The Lord exposed tons of false prophets publicly at Lakeland yet nobody seemed to care .I dont consider my self a gossip Kathleen but have you considerd He is laying his hands on little kids for impartation .When Todd was at Lakeland he said this all started with William Branham a heretic who denied the trinity and had a pyramid with an all seeing eye placed on his tombstone. The bible says you will no them by there fruits.Look at the fruit of this movement .Scandel after scandel.I dont know Todd or any of the people He does but the bible says He who is faithfull in little is faithfull in much, and these guys come up with Seed Faith, Touch not Gods Annointed and too many failed to count

it was failed prophecys to count in last blog

    The Bam Bam Bam baptism

I am not a follower of this guy yet, but thanks to your scathing critisism because it made me curious. looking at this video objectively I do not see anything wrong. He is baptising in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost. The only thing is that sometimes he would subsititude the Holy Ghost with a sound symbol. This is also called Onomatopoeia. In the book of Acts chapter two the bible says the Holy Spirit came as a sound (not silent)like that of a mighty rushing wind. I don’t know how a wind sounds like even more so a mighty rushing one. The sound of heavy rain is “whoosh” or “splash” so I suppose depending on what the wind comes against; ‘bam’ is not unthinkable.

I don’t know much about this guy as I said but your blanket critism of everything he does; makes me look at your comments with suspicion.

There is a saying in the bible that goes like this:

Proverbs 18:2 ESV “A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.”

If he is preaching in the Name of Jesus what is the problem. Just pray and do not tear down…

  • Cynda Knoll wrote:

He is NOT preaching in the Name of the Jesus of the Bible. He is preaching in the name of another Jesus. In any case even the preaching in the Name of Jesus Christ can be very dangerous when you distort Scripture like Tod Bentley.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Mat 7:22-23)

I suggest that you loosen yourself from their heretic influence and begin to follow the real Jesus of the Bible before it’s too late. You have been deceived.
