What to EXPECT in the Last Days

IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL ON THE OUTSIDE

I actually started to write this as a comment on someone else’s website and ended up writing so much that I decided to just post it as an article instead.

I was writing with regards to what South African’s expect, what the people of this country expect to happen when they attend crusades and gatherings like the Mighty Men Conferences with Angus Buchan or Rhema Church with Ray McCauley jumping on the bandwagon inviting big names like Joel ‘stop talking to God’ Osteen. 

[Note this entire article does not just apply to South Africans but every other country in the world too of every race, colour and lanuage.]

I wish I could have attended the Mighty Men Conference 2009 like I did the Absa Stadium conference back in 2008 so I could hear exactly what Angus preached for myself at MMC.  Of course I could not attend the MMC because women are not allowed as you all know, they even had security at the gates to make sure women did not sneak in.

It’s tough being a women nowadays, banned from hearing the word of God. Not that it was even preached there, so maybe it was a good thing. Women were protected by God from attending so they can help their husbands snap out of the hypnosis and lies by telling them the truth; reading the Word of God with them and through the complete guidance of the Holy Spirit realise that they have been deceived. 

You know, it’s a common fact that men just don’t think sometimes haha that’s why women generally ask for directions when men are driving LOL.  Marriage is a joint union between husband and wife through Jesus Christ (I am talking about a husband and wife who are both born again.) She is there is look after him and love him and support him. He is there to look after her and love her and support her. She does silly things and he helps her get out of trouble. He does silly things and she helps him get out of trouble – all this by solely relying on Jesus for assistance – Jesus is THE problem solver.  Both men and women, husbands and wives, boys and girls can do nothing in their own strength.

I pray all genuine born again Christian women are able to stand strong for the gospel of Jesus Christ. And pray that their husbands have not been totally led astray even though they come home more cheerful than when they left.  This might distract women into thinking that what went on at these gatherings was definitely of God. I pray that husbands heed the Holy Spirit’s warning to them and they realise that they have to always TEST to make sure what is being said completely lines up with the Bible. 

I know many are waking up, but unfortunately the percentage of those who are waking up is like 0.01% compared to those running after this deception with an expectation of finding God.

I used the word expectation for a reason because this is what they tell you and this is what you expect:

• Expect to find God at these gatherings and you will find God.
• Expect to get healed at these gathering and God will heal you.
• Expect to see signs and wonders you will see them.
• Expect that when you do see signs and wonders it’s from God.
• Expect that God will physically ‘heal our land’ because thousands of men went on a glorified camping trip – so we must expect that God will instantly make everything better in South Africa or whatever country you live in.
• Expect that your business will prosper immediately because you prayed and asked God to do it.
• Expect that your bank account will have at least 4 extra zeros on a surplus of course when you return home after attending a gathering where God is supposedly present.
• Expect that you are now saved because you had 8 spiritual prayer warriors come and pray over you for 8 solid hours as they walked around your house 8 times because 8 is the number of new beginnings.
• Expect that God will hear that Shofar being blown because for some unknown reason that will get His attention and chase all evil away.
• Expect that your words are powerful and if you speak what you expect then God will give it to you.
• Expect, expect, expect!

But…

• God should not expect to find you genuinely want to repent of your sin and genuinely wanting to change your ways.
• God should not expect to find you loving your wife/husband and family as much as you say you do and pretend you do to the outside world.
• God should not expect to find you adhering to His Word to make sure you are not caught up into deception.
• God should not expect to find you instantly accepting a False Christ when he is presented to you by the world (Satan) instead of instantly accepting His Only Son Jesus Christ who was a sacrifice for your sin.
• God should not expect to find the whole world believing that they are all going to live in everlasting bliss because God would never punish anyone for their wicked ways.
• God should not expect to find you on judgment day because you will just bypass that whole process because you are one of the lost from the lost tribes of Israel.
• God should not expect to find you following new age / occult teaching.
• God should not expect to find you trying to unite with false religions when they refuse to follow the real Jesus Christ of the Bible.
• God should not expect to find you falling for signs and wonders that appear when what is being preached does not tie up to His word.
• God should not expect to find you constantly re-interpreting His Word to suit your every whim and fancy.
• God should not expect to find you giving the excuse that you are ‘only human therefore you constantly make mistakes’ when you are confronted with the gospel of Jesus Christ and repentance of sin.
• God should not expect to find you studying His Word to find yourself approved.
• God should not expect to find you being hoodwinked into thinking everyone who raised their hands at a gathering are all now ‘saved’ because you will believe anything that is thrown at you. Only God knows a man’s heart.
• God should not expect to find you completely unable to discern the difference between His Holy Spirit and a false spirit.
• God should not expect to find you standing up for Him when persecution comes your way instead of prosperity.
• God should not expect to find you completely complaisant and unperturbed when they mock, insult and ridicule Jesus Christ the one you call ‘your’ Lord.
• God should not expect to find you siding with men who preach lies.
• God should not expect to find you sitting on the fence, luke warm, bending whichever way the wind blows, or should we say, winds of change.

So technically, God should not EXPECT to find your name written in the Book of Life. Because the Bible tells everyone to EXPECT that pretty much everyone WILL choose a false Christ instead of the real Jesus Christ of the scriptures.

God TOLD US to EXPECT that they WILL FALL AWAY from their professed faith in the One and Only Living God of the Bible who sent his Son Jesus Christ to save us.

 

IT’S SO HORRIFIC ON THE INSIDE

They are FALLING AWAY by the millions and millions from the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  These are the ones who ONCE SAID  they truly believed in Jesus Christ but are no longer believing and are now following another god. 

But God knew this already, He knew what your choice was going to be from the very beginnning and He knew what your choice would be at the end. Your choice is now NOT Jesus Christ our Saviour but Satan the destroyer.

God does NOT have to wait until the very end to KNOW who YOU have already chosen in your heart.

He KNOWS your HEART right now and HE KNOWS that when you put your hand up that day to accept Jesus Christ into your life, if you were REALLY sincere or not.

  Who are your “they”?
  I have been to a few of the kind of gatherings like Mighty Men and Loftus vir Jesus, and I never ever heard any of the leaders or organizers talk about any of the “expectations” that you are mentioning…

  There are thousands of apostles/prophets and pastors in the New Apostolic Reformation / Word of Faith who are part of the Emergent Church. You don’t even have to look far, in fact it’s right in front of you but you don’t care to look. Actually, lets make it really easy for you. Before you look there, look at the people who are teaching you at university – they are really in front of your nose – you can’t miss it.

  Well if you did you research you would see that this is what they say on their websites and videos. But then you refuse to do your research Freddie. Just like you refuse to disagree with the people where you are studying who mock, insult and redicule the Jesus Christ you profess to believe in.

  Btw, is this all you can find fault with in the above article? That I didn’t mention who ‘they’ are?

  Ag shame…do you nit pick the professors in your classes like this? Who quote New Age Occultists in a favorable way?

  See the point above where I said: God should not expect to find you following new age / occult teaching.

  I mean really… I do Expect.. I expect that God is the same as He was in the beginning. He is the same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.. the Same God who sent ;us his only son… the problem with the church is they don’t Expect God to be who he says he is…

  Bwahahaha, oh please….If I started to list names I would be listing names for the next year and would not get around to writing articles. Was I supposed to list names instead? To make my brush stokes smaller? Really? Can’t please you people…either say to much or too little.

  Maybe you should open your bible, cos that’s a master work of art painted with every size brush imaginable.

  Since when is discernment a “license” to criticize, judge and condemn (almost) every ministry (or so-called ministry) on the planet.

  So you LOVE false teaching? And are happy to accept it? Ok. The Bible tells us not to judge SIN, but it commands you TEST false teaching and warn others. If you don’t care for others, then I would have to say your love and grace is lacking. And yes we all make mistakes and then we fix the problem right? And we repent of our mistakes and then we? What? Change our ways? Right?

  Apparently preaching false teaching in a church and lying to the congregation is loving and great stuff.

  PS, next time someone lies to you or constantly tries to deceive you, just hug them and don’t whatever you do, DON’T tell them that what they did was wrong. Give them that license to go and hurt others with this planets new motto of ‘love and grace’.

  And I condemn no one. Good grief. Stop lying.

  Lovely meeting you. I think… nah, not really. You can’t be trusted to tell the truth, you are happy with leven in your bread, a rotten apple in your basket, and you have no intention of warning others of danger ahead.

  How about reading other articles on my website and see how loving I am, instead of you judging me.

  amazing that it’s this “leaders” (well, many of them) who are offended, and then criticize, blame and condemn you and then a gross group of them using foul language and warnings.

  Hello Debra, what an excellent article. You are not politically correct in your exposition of the truth….but Bibically you are so right. Even the responses you are getting is right on target. The word of God is a two edge sword ,it cuts and pierces the heart with truth, this is not comfortable to some. After all,Love is now a feeling good about our selfish self syndrome. Grace has become a license and it’s gone wild.JESUS DIED to set us free and set us in right relationship with GOD. I pray for us as believers that we dont abuse the grace of GOD…while professing to love him. Love is what we do. Thank you, for not being afraid to speak the truth…this to me is love for the bretheren, warning me of a ditch that is ahead. IF this is being a GRACE stealer I stand in need of the correct biblical definition of the term. God Bless you.

  This was my first time on your blog and I am amazed by the extent of criticism used to express discernment in your comments on each and every topic discussed. Since when is discernment a “license” to criticize, judge and condemn (almost) every ministry (or so-called ministry) on the planet.
  I was brought up in the Reformed Theology, tried and tested the Old Apostolic Church, was then reborn and landed in the Pentecostal/ Charismatic stream where I became a Pastor.
  Recently I made the brave step of cutting the cord with the Institutional Church and now I am on a simple but fantastic journey of FREEDOM in the Love of God for me.
  Interestingly searching your blog, I found NOTHING on the topic of being FREE, because Christ (or can I say His Love for you) sets you free. I only found a lot of RELIGION on both sides – weather placed as a positive or negative article.
  Where is the freedom that God offers?
  Secondly, I really experience your discerning commentary as GRACE KILLERS. It seems that you are saying to all the ministers of the Gospel that they are condemned out of reach of the STONGEST POWER on the face of the planet: God’s LOVE & GRACE. Obviously ministers make mistakes and even mislead people sometimes, but that surely does not condemn them to hell!!
  I see God’s love as the only redeeming factor needed for us to enter into a relationship with Him. NOTHING we do, or even don’t do, can earn us any points to get more or less of His love. But, when you get a revelation of the love He has for you, you will learn to TRUST it – His love for you – and by trusting Him, be drawn into a love relationship with Him. That is what God is longing for!
  I honestly believe that many people miss this – the purpose of creation – playing God, by keeping themselves busy with the work of the Holy Spirit, convincing people of their trespasses and sins!
  My prayer for you (and your team) is that you may have a revelation of His love for you!

  Peet first lie out of your own writings……….The LOVE of Jesus Christ never ever set me free or will set anybody free, but His love for the world was to die and redeemed our sins…..If we are prepared to admit our sins, repent from it and STOP IT BY accepting the heavy burdened price paid for us by His Loving grace on the cursed tree, then and only then we may rejoice in His love abundantly.

  Obviously ministers make mistakes and even mislead people sometimes, but that surely does not condemn them to hell!!
  So preacher Peet, ministers may sometimes mislead people….what a joke! Ya, surely it will not condemn them to hell but you know what, if a person died just after been misleaded and turn away from Gods grace and love, God for surely said that the blood of that person will be required at thine hand.
  Eze 3:20 Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

  Ecc 12:13 Die hoofsaak van alles wat gehoor is, is: Vrees God en hou sy gebooie; want dit geld vir alle mense.
  Heb 10:31 Vreeslik is dit om te val in die hande van die lewende God.

  Ekself is aangevat oor my uitlatings oor die vuurpoel….nou skimp dit op my as “brimstone and fire” prediking.
  Jy sien Peet, die predikers is bang om die mense te waarsku want dan ly die koffers gebrek, dus lees nou oor die finale toorn van God :
  Rev 20:10 En die duiwel wat hulle verlei het, is in die poel van vuur en swawel gewerp waar die dier en die valse profeet is; en hulle sal dag en nag gepynig word tot in alle ewigheid.
  Rev 20:11 En ek het ‘n groot wit troon gesien en Hom wat daarop sit, voor wie se aangesig die aarde en die hemel weggevlug het; en daar is geen plek vir hulle gevind nie.
  Rev 20:12 En ek het die dode, klein en groot, voor God sien staan, en die boeke is geopen; en ‘n ander boek, die boek van die lewe, is geopen. En die dode is geoordeel na wat in die boeke geskryf is, volgens hulle werke.

  Rev 20:15 En as dit bevind is dat iemand nie opgeskryf was in die boek van die lewe nie, is hy in die poel van vuur gewerp.
  My volk sê ek nou moet uitkom uit al die sisteme van bedrog, leuens en verleiding gepaard met korrupsie en hul bekker tot God deur jsus Christus met belydenis van sonde, dit los en heiligmaking lewe waarsonder niemand God ooit sal sien nie.
  Mag Vader in Jesus Christus sy genade ryklik en oorvloedig uitstort sodat die dowe ore kan HOOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  Nie net hoor nie maar waaragtig bekeer…….en dan bekering en heiligmaking LEWE…….waarsonder niemand God sal sien nie……
  Please note that it is not the LOVE of Jesus that will set us free, but the TRUTH and only the TRUTH and the very and only TRUTH is Jesus. (So find the scripture and be wise)
  but wait, I will give it :Joh 8:32 En julle sal die waarheid ken, en die waarheid sal julle vrymaak.
  Joh 14:6 Jesus antwoord hom: Ek is die weg en die waarheid en die lewe; niemand kom na die Vader behalwe deur My nie.
  His LOVE is to safe our life and keep us going until we die either as a born again for eternal life or for everlasting comdemnation into the great lake of fire.
  Its a choice of FREE WILL and we had to warn the people, and if not then God will surely require their blood from our hands.

  I was at the last mighty men conference. God changed my heart. I made a new start. Do you doubt that? Angus Buchan did not lead me to Angus. He led me back to Jesus. Now I read my Bible and work on my personal relationship with Him. How can that be critisized? Ladies, I know you felt left out. But do you really want to see 400 000 men having an outdoor shower? I am sure it was a practical arrangement as well. The facilities were not well suited for women. The Sunday sermon though was open for women to attend. Please don’t just critisize.

  I don’t doubt anything anymore. Come back in a year and let us know how your ‘new heart’ is back to it’s old ways. ok? Btw, why did you have to go to MMC, why could you not have stayed at home and asked Jesus to come into your life right there and then?

  And please, I did not felt left out. The point is, Jesus speaks about the family being together, not split, are women not allowed to hear the gospel? And Johan I am gonna score you 1 point for the outdoor things and yucky amenities, but….that was not the reason why women were not allowed. The entire concept was based on Promise Keepers which is Freemason ‘brother’ hood type get together.

  If you were genuinely saved Johan, I praise our Lord Jesus Christ for that. Now open your eyes to the false teaching that surrounded you at MMC and let the Holy Spirit guide you into all truth that you GROW in your relationship with Jesus. Tell me of the 250,000 men there (no it was not 400,000) ;) can you say that they were ALL converted or just some came to accept Jesus Christ – NOT because of MMC but because they were looking for Jesus Christ Himself in their hearts and nothing else.

  So don’t criticise us John until you understand what is fully going on here. You see what’s happening on the outside, but underneath MMC with all their ‘praise the Lords’ and stuff things are not looking good. MMC is the trap that will lead me into more false hood. Now that you are saved – leave MMC alone and follow Jesus Christ the Son of God with the Holy Spirit in your life only.
